He wished he wasn’t hearing her speak. He had to, anyways.
He loathed her.
“Did I perhaps hurt you in anyway? Do you h@të me? Why? Who are you to me? You must have heard,,, I have amnesia. It means,,, I can’t remember a thing”
Malcolm scoffed.
“If you wanna find the answers to your questions,,, You should start remembering cause you alone, knows it better than yourself”
Ariana arched her brows, a bit.
“What do you mea- She paused, and groaned loudly.
Malcolm widened his eyes, watching her.
“What’s your problem?” He asked.
“My head. It hurts,,, crazily” She answered, holding onto her head.
She didn’t stop groaning.
“What’s going on?” He asked, almost getting worried.
She bent down, and Malcolm did too.
Now, they were facing each other.
Ariana slowly faced him, her eyes staring deeply into his.
“Ah…” She Mõ@ned, and squeezed her head.
“Are you alright?” He asked, holding her arm.
Cindy suddenly ran in.
She stopped when she saw them, and heaved.
“I…just saw something” She whispered, looking down.
Malcolm swallowed hard.
“What did you see?” He asked.
Cindy slowly walked towards them, listening carefully.
“I saw loads of cigarette smoke everywhere in a cosy room,, where different colored light collided. It seems like it was a club or something” She replied.
Cindy smiled, and pocketed her hands.
“I have to say,,, Ariana. Your memories are coming back”
“Really??” Ariana bulged her eyes, and stood up, quickly.
She ran to Cindy, who nodded.
“But,,, What kind of memory was that. It was looking so heinous. I wouldn’t like to have such memories” Ariana shook her head.
Cindy smiled nervously.
“There must be a good reason why you had that memory. I’m sure you’re a good girl, Ariana”
Ariana face beamed, immediately.
Malcolm scoffed and stood up.
“Lead her to her room. I h@të heart attacks” He warned, and left.
Cindy sighed deeply and faced her.
“What are you doing here, anyways??”
“I’m sorry,,, Did I make y’all worried? I was so bored staying in, and wanted to look around” Ariana replied.

“Its fine. Let’s go” Cindy muttered.
“Hmm…By the way,, Who’s that guy?” Ariana asked.
They were descending the stair case now.
“You mean Malcolm? That’s my cousin” Cindy smiled.
“Something is weird about him” Ariana whispered.
“What?” Cindy asked.
“His eyes…They made me remember. He, himself…He is the reason why I saw those memories. I think he might help me remember what I’ve forgotten”
Cindy slowly decreased her steps, and turned to face Ariana.
Ariana simply shared the stare, Cindy wanted.

Malcolm laughed.
“I…brought back her memories. This is so funny. You came to my house to cap this trash? Nonsense” He uttered, slowly drinking his rum.

Cindy sighed deeply.
“Listen to me. Most times, This happens. I’ve been a doctor for 5 years now,,, and this things occurs. Most people recover their memories by coming in contact with someone, people or even things around”
“But does this makes any sense to you?? Me? Her muse to get her memories?? Out of all people?. This is nonsense. We don’t even know each other. Well,,, I think she kinda knows me. Thats her business, anyways”
“Malcolm,,, We need to get her memories quick and end her lifespan once and for all” Cindy said, earnestly.
“So,,, what are you implying?” He asked, cooly, refilling his glass with his rum.
“Ariana…Let’s bring her closer to you. Only you, can bring back her memo-
Cindy paused.
Of course, The shock of her statement, made Malcolm choke, and he ended up splattering the rum from his mouth, all over her face and her clothes.
