^^ BACK AT THE PARTY ^^
Seated alone at a large table, Elsa gaze wander
to two guys were talking.
They were both engross in their conversation
that they failed to see Elsa and Elsa was lost
starring at the dark haired guy.
His companion said something and that got
him laughing, on seeing that Elsa couldn’t help
but to smile too.
“For how long will you keep starring at him from
afar?” Angela broke into her thoughts as she
joined her.
“What on earth are you wearing?” Elsa asked on
seeing Angela’s outfit.
“What? It’s a great combo” Angela replied as she
stared at her purple flay gown coupled with
white sneakers.
“You really are something”
“And you are something too. For how long will
you keep watching him, don’t make that face
with me, I know you like Maddox” Angela said
which got Elsa covering her mouth.
“It’s high time you confess your feeling” Angela
added when she manage to free her mouth.
“You know I can’t do that, it’s you he likes” Elsa
replied, a sad look appearing on her face.
“You know I don’t like him, so you have to
confess your feelings to him and get him off my
back. If he puts all his attention on you then am
pretty sure that he’s gonna forget about me”
Angela returned smoothly.
“I can’t, I don’t have the courage to” Elsa said
taking a deep breath.
“How about I help you?” Angela asked, a
mischievous look on her face. Elsa knew that
whenever Angela had that look on her face,
she’s going to do something crazy.
“Angela,don’t you try to…where are you going “
Elsa called after her but Angela was no longer
listening.

“Isn’t my Angie so unique” Maddox said as he
kept grinning from ear to ear while starring at
the picture he took of Angela earlier.
“She is” Jamie, Maddox younger brother replied
while also starring at the picture.
“I don’t know of any more trick to approach her
with. Do you know of a way I can win Angela’s
heart? You are smart, you must know
something” Maddox implored.
“Don’t ask me, am not smart enough for
something like that” Jamie said looking away in
guilt.
“Tch! Just say you don’t want to help your big
bro” Maddox grumbled turning away from him.
It was then he noticed Angela making way
towards them.
“Is my Angie really walking towards us or am I
just dreaming?” Maddox asked and on hearing
that Jamie stood straight, trying to fix his
composure before Angela got to them.
“Hello” Angela greeted flashing them her most
charming smile.
“Hello Angie, missed me already?” Maddox
asked trying to flirt with her.
“It’s been three weeks since school break began,
if I had missed you then I would have called you
three weeks ago rather than to wait for this
party” Angela replied.
“Then why are you here? Have you realise that
you and I are meant for each other?” Maddox
asked not wanting to give up.
“Stop flirting with me and come along, I need
you to do something for me” Angela said as she
took hold of his hand.
Jamie who had been watching couldn’t help but
to feel sad.
They say love comes to you when you least
expect it and that was what happen to him.
He knew Angela is the girl for him but the age
difference coupled with the fact that his brother
is in love with her got him keeping his distance.
He wouldn’t deny that he felt relieved knowing
that Angela didn’t reciprocate Maddox feeling
but seeing them now…makes him think
differently.
Will she end up being with Maddox or could
there be a teeny weeny chance for him.

Elsa could feel her feet throb, she was about to
take off the heels when someone approach her.
“Here, put it on before it turns into a blister”
Maddox said stretching a band aid to her.
Elsa could feel her heart thumping fast and
when her hand grazed his while taking the band
aid from him, she couldn’t help but to feel
butterflies.
How did he know she was hurt? Could it be that
he’s been watching her.
“If you knew the heel was going to be a problem,
you shouldn’t have worn it. Do you know how
distressed Angela was when she told me to get
you the band aid?” He said and that shattered
Elsa illusion.
“So you are saying that Angela was the one who
told you to get me the band aid?” Elsa asked
and that got him nodding.
“For the first time ever, Angie approached me
first. I thought it was because she realised her
feelings for me but she had only done that so I
can get you a band aid”
“You aren’t a baby, you should take care of
yourself and stop making my Angie worry “
Maddox reproach not knowing that his words
were hurting Elsa.
Even when she’s in pain, all he can think about
is Angela…she thought as she tried to hold back
her tears.
“Hang on a sec, don’t tell me that you are going
to cry?” Maddox asked as he took a seat in front
of Elsa who did her best to cover her face.
“I didn’t mean to lash out at you, I just…” He was
prevented from saying more when Elsa got out
of her seat, heading to the rest room.
“But I didn’t say anything to warrant her tears.
Gosh, I feel pity for the guy who’s going to fall
for her” Maddox muttered before going back to
his table.

^^ SWIMMING AREA ^^
“You heard my conversation with Angela?” A
stunned Vance asked and once again Tracy
gave a nod in return.
“I did, I heard everything. Like why would you let
her force you into doing something you don’t
want” Tracy said as she rolled her eyes at him.
Vance was still stunned by the knowledge that
she knows everything when she spoke again.
“Why would you disguise yourself as a guy just
to accompany Angela to the party? How on
earth did you even hide your B@@bs? Did you
perhaps use a bandage to wrap it all in, that
must be painful”
“Hang on a sec? You think I disguise myself as
a guy just to accompany Angela?” He asked
and when she gave a nod in reply, he was
overwhelmed with relief.
“Though I can’t tell you what to do but I do hope
that you won’t give in to Angela’s demand
again. How can a girl dress up as a guy, it’s
crazy” Tracy said as a smile lit her face.
Vance who was watching couldn’t help but to
be entrance by this cause the smile made her
look more beautiful.
Tracy was still smiling when Reed showed up.
“We need to talk” he said taking hold of her
hand before sending a glare at Vance who
quickly turned away so he won’t be recognize.
Tracy might not be able to link him to being the
run away Idol but others might do and Reed is
not an exception.
“I better get myself a face mask” he muttered
before heading back into the mansion.

“Let go of me, Reed!” Tracy said as she pulled
her hand out of his.
“Who’s that guy? Why were you with him?” Reed
asked feeling very jealous.
“It’s none of your business. I don’t ask you for
the identity of the girls you talk to!” She snap In
return.
“That’s because you don’t care. You don’t love
me enough to care!” Reed retaliate which got
Tracy sighing out her frustration.
“You are right. Have made it clear to you that I
don’t love you but you keep forcing me. Did you
really have to go far by proposing to me in front
of everyone?” Tracy asked.
“It’s the only way to make you say yes and
besides as long as you are mine, I don’t care if
you love me or not. My love will be enough for
the both of us” Reed stated making her more
frustrated.
“Why is it so hard for you to let me go? Even
when you found out about James and I, you
chose to continue our relationship instead of
letting me go” she choked out softly.
“I can let you cheat on me as much as you want,
I can let you fall for someone else but what I
won’t let you do is to be in a relationship with
them cause you are mine ” he said this as he
pulled her close. “James got what he deserved,
if only he hadn’t set his eyes on you then he….
let’s not talk about the dead, you are wearing
my ring now which means you are mine, don’t
ever forget that” he said before forcing a kiss on
her.

Vance had just finish getting into his maid’s
uniform when he got a text.
★ THIS IS TRACY, CAN YOU COME TO MY
ROOM, I WOULD LIKE TO TALK TO YOU ★
Vance read as he left the kitchen, heading to
Tracy’s room.
As soon as he got to the sitting room he was
surprised to see Elsa, Angela, Tracy and Mr
Martin in the room.
No one had to tell him that a fight was taking
place between father and daughter.
“You just do wh@tëver you want and lie that it’s
for my good when you know it’s not, then it’s
time I put a stop to it” Tracy said glaring at her
father.
” I can’t marry Reed, I won’t marry him and that’s
because am in love with someone else ” She
added before making way to Vance.
She stood on tip toe and gave Vance a kiss on
the cheek startling him and everyone else.
“Sarah and I are in a relationship, Am a lesbian
dad” she said, furthering shocking everyone.
