November took her hand from Ricardo immediately.
“Why the hell would you punch him!” She yelled.
Ricardo couldn’t talk, he just stared at her speechlessly.
“He did nothing wrong but you just came and punched him, does that even sound well in your ears?” She said again, looking at him disappointedly.
She faced Newton afterwards, he’s just standing up.
“Let’s go” she said pulling him away.
Ricardo felt like the most horrible person on Earth immediately, he folded his fists tightly, standing on the spot for long before leaving.

MEDICAL LAB
“This place is not the school clinic, it’s a lab for d_1ck’s sake” Newton said as November took him in.
“But there’s a first aid box in here, I really don’t want to go to the clinic” she replied, getting the box.
He sat on a chair and she dipped a wool into a bottle of disinfectant.
She disinfected the cut on his face and he kept cringing painfully.
After disinfection, she got a Mickey mouse band aid and made to stick it on the cut.
“Mickey mouse band aid on my face?, Try to be logical” he said, stopping her.
“It’s the only one here so let me attach it or you’re dead” she replied in a jocose threat and he smiled as she attached it on the cut.
He used his phone screen to view his face.
“Gosh, I look like a ware, branded for sale” he said and she let out a light laughter.
“We’re not having a practical class today” he stood as she returned the box.
“Yes, classes ends early today too so I’m glad” she said, yawning lightly.
“You hungry?” He asked.
“Slightly, I can’t believe I didn’t eat much from my pizza because of that bastard” she scowled as if Barron is in the lab too.
“Be careful of Barron though, he can be dangerous” he said and she faced him.
“I’m more dangerous, don’t you know me?” She rolled eyes.
“November Gracie Blanco” he smiled.
“It doesn’t end there” she replied, flaunting her short hair.
“I’m a spec, I’m a Bîtch, Beautiful, Intelligent, Talented Charming, Hot!, I was born to rule over the….
Newton shoved a lollipop into her mouth to make her stop talking.
“See ya at the garden later, and thanks for treating my face, I love the Mickey mouse band aid” he winked and poked her cheek before leaving.
November stood on her spot without moving after he left.
She brought the lollipop out of her mouth.
It’s still covered with the nylon.
“I’ll have my payback you tricky owl!” She said, unwrapping the nylon from the pop.
She licked from it and her eyes widened.
“Hmmn!, Strawberry flavor!, Sweet!” She smiled and licked again as she left the laboratory.
“Role model!” Ixora’s voice made her look back.
“Ixxy” she smiled, removing the lollipop from her mouth.
Ixora hugged her immediately she got to her.
“Role model” she pouted.
“Are you ok?” November asked as she broke the hug.
“My heart hurts” she said seriously, touching her chest.
“Why?”
“Let’s go somewhere else” she pulled November to an empty class.
“If you love someone and they don’t love you back , what’s the best thing to do?” Ixora asked.
“Aww, my Ixxy is in a one sided love” November smiled.
“You’re right, like I love Denver so much, despite the fact that he’s acting blind, following Wendy around, I still love him, I just can’t stop myself and it’s just so crazy” Ixora said in confusion.
November held her shoulders.
“Denver Wellington?, Son of the deputy governor?, The one i pushed in class earlier”
“Yes he is” Ixora replied.
“That Crayfish?, Oh he reminds me of one of my lecturers in Cornell, Denver even looks stupid”
“But he’s handsome” Ixora said silently.
“What handsome faces will cause these days will be beyond repair, but I understand the heart can’t be controlled…. about what you’re gonna do, if you always tried to start a conversation with him before, stop doing that, if you always say hi whenever you both cross ways, stop doing that, if you both have to sit together, ask for another seat, just start staying away from him, trust me you’ll come back to thank me” November said.
“Really?” Ixora’s eyes brightened.
“Of course, I think I made a mistake by coming to the medical field, I should have gone to relationship counselling” November smiled and Ixora quickly hugged her.
“I love you role model!”
“I love you more Ixxy”
“I’m hosting a sleepover tonight, more like a pyjamas party, you’ll come right?, In my mansion” Ixora said expectantly.
“Of course!, I love parties!” November winked and Ixora hugged her again before rushing out.
“What have I done?, When did I become a relationship counselor?, I’m so unbelievable!” November hit her head before leaving the class.

THE EMPERORS LECTURE HALL≈ 2 HOURS LATER**
The last class is just ending, Ricardo stood and didn’t bother to shut his laptop down before starting to walk out of the class.
Kennedy blocked him.
“Why did you punch Newton?”
“I’m sorry if that made you lose your brain” Ricardo replied.
“What!”
“Out of my way” Ricardo glared but Kennedy pushed him.
Ricardo landed on a chair and Kennedy held him down.
“Let me go!”
“No!, And you need to listen to what I’m about to say!” Kennedy said loudly.
“If you like November, why not win her heart instead of being a chicken!, You think love can be gotten by force?, No bro, force was never an element of love and it’ll never be!, You punched the president!, He’s the closest to you among us all Ricardo, what has come over you!” Kennedy yelled at his face.
Ricardo started staring at him , breathing loudly as Kennedy spoke.
“It’s your first time in love, so what?, Win her heart instead of doing Sh|ts!, You might be the vice president but Newton might still decide to rusticate you because he made you the vice, so get it straight please!” Kennedy shouted again.
“Stop shouting at me” Ricardo said childishly.
“Why?, Are you feeling like punching me?” Kennedy said.
“He was hugging her so tight that I lost it immediately I saw them, I didn’t even know when I got to him and punched him, I just wanted her to give me attention too, I want her to allow me to hug her too, I just….I don’t know what’s wrong with me, I don’t know” Ricardo said slowly at the verge of tears.
“Wait…don’t tell me you’re gonna cry” Francisco said.
“I don’t know what to do, I don’t know how to go about it, she just won’t leave my head, she kept living there, she has a mansion there” he replied in tears and Kennedy laughed.
“Wow, this is complicated, Rica is crying cos of a girl, I should make a video” he said.
Ricardo wiped his tears and stood.
“I’ll go back to the hostel first” he said and left the class.
“”I need to use the restroom” Francisco left the class.
He was coming back from the restroom when someone called his name from the stairs base.
He peeked down and saw Monique.
“Hey” he waved simply and she climbed up to him.
She hugged him instantly but he pulled away from the hug quickly.
“Are The Emperors coming to Ixora’s pyjamas party tonight?” She asked, biting her lip slightly as she slid a piece of her black hair behind her ear.
“Of course” he replied and she smiled widely.
“Then I’ll…. I’ll see you there” she said awkwardly and touched his arm slightly.
“I guess” he replied and she smiled again before leaving.
“She’s…. weird” Francisco sighed before going back in.
