The kiss lasted for minutes and when November made to break it, Newton held her still, not wanting to let her go.
She wants it to continue too but they have a class to attend so she just has to break it.
November pushed his chest to make him stop but he won’t budge so she did the only thing she could think of.

He broke it and smiled naughtily.

“Can we just do this all day and skip classes?” He said and she giggled.

“Roger that!” He smiled and she opened the door but she suddenly turned back and came to him.

He made his way upstairs and met the first lecturer for today in class already.
“I’m sorry” he apologized shortly and the lecturer nodded in approval as he took his seat.
He sighed and smiled as he tried to listen to what the lecturer is saying but it was abortive.
He couldn’t, all that’s in his head is November.
He smiled more widely, puckering his lips as he imagined the kiss.
Kennedy suddenly looked back at him.
“Why the hell are you smiling like that?” He said and Newton stopped
” Get well soon” Kennedy rolled eyes.
Newton started attempting to calm down again and then he noticed Ricardo is not in class.
“Where’s Rica?” He asked in a whisper.
“He said he’s gonna attend classes at the general LH today” Francisco whispered behind him.
“Why?” Newton replied.
“Isn’t it obvious?, November” Francisco replied again and Newton’s expression changed.
“Are you planning on going too?” Francisco asked.
“Emperors!” The lecturer cautioned.
“We’re sorry doctor, please go on” Francisco said.
Newton sighed and finally concentrated, though the thought of Ricardo and November in one class kept bothering him.

November got to the door and smiled, touching her lips.
“I miss him already, I’m seriously crazy…. seriously” she giggled silently before opening the door.
All eyes fell on her immediately and the lecturer stopped talking to face her.
“Miss November, kudos for coming late” he said.
“I was…. Puking” she said and knew immediately that it’s a flimsy excuse.
“You pregnant?” Poppy asked and everyone laughed.
“Pregnancy is still better than idiocy” November replied and everyone laughed again.
Poppy smirked.
“That hurts!” Monique laughed loudly.
“Poppy do you need an ice for the burn?” Dahlia said and everyone laughed again.
“I hope you choke on a d_1ck and die soon, RIP in advance” November said and Poppy huffed angrily as November walked to her friends but shockingly, Ricardo is sitting with them, just beside the space reserved for her.
“What the hell are you doing here?” She mouthed.

“November …” the lecturer said and she reluctantly sat beside him.
“Where did you go?” Monique mouthed.
“Restroom” she replied and opened her laptop .
Ricardo helped her click on the needed docvment before she did.

“I can’t help it” he smiled and she smirked before concentrating on the lecturer.
As usual, she doesn’t understand what he’s saying.
Consequences of coming late.
“Hey” Ricardo called her attention and she faced him.
“Here, he started with the placenta, then the umbilical cord and the womb” he said, clicking on them one by one.
She leaned in more closely as he explained everything step by step in a hush tone till he caught up with the lecturer.
“How about now?” He asked, looking at her.
“Thanks, it helped” she replied and he gave her a peck.

Dahlia quickly looked away from them, she has been staring since they started.
Ricardo smiled and they both turned to the projector, listening to the lecturer.
He noticed her left earring was worn wrongly.
He suddenly removed it without warning.
“Ricardo” she whispered, facing him.
“You wore it wrongly” he whispered back, touching her ear as he wore it back the right way.
As his fingertips made contact with the skin on her ear, he felt the butterflies in handfuls…in the deep pit of his stomach.

His eyes turned wistful as he stared at the beauty in front of him.

November blinked when he saw him coming, no one seems to notice what’s happening.

Everyone faced them immediately.

“We’re ok” November replied and he continued his class.
It ended ten minutes later and November yawned lightly.
The next class is in twenty minutes after now, they still have like five classes left so it’ll really be an hectic day.
“Should we go grab snacks with the twenty minutes?” Monique suggested.
“Of course” November replied and they all stood at once.
“Go back to your class recharge card” November glared at Ricardo before leaving with her friends but he followed them till they got to the cafeteria.
The girls got fried chips and sodas before settling to eat fast.
Ricardo sat with them and all eyes turned to their table

“Get your f*cking self out of my way” Ricardo sneered and bumped his shoulder into Barron’s as he walked away.
“Seems you’re one of her protectors too, interesting” Barron said and Ricardo stopped.
“I’ll make her cry soon, it’s something you won’t be able to protect her from, you’ll even cry with her” Barron laughed and Ricardo turned to him angrily, his neck veins revealing.
