CHAPTER 36&37: THE EXECUTION.
★ ★ ★ ★
“Raymond!!!” She screamed, falling on her knees. She fainted.

Raymond was laying on his bed, his both hands rested behind his head. His eyes were closed, but he wasn’t sleeping.
“Raymond!!!” The voice echoed in his ears.
He opened his eyes. He smiled.
If he was able to hear her voice, then that means… he has her back in control.
But he wasn’t going to do anything. Wh@tëver that was going on in the castle was their business, not his.
All he has for Moon Stone pack and its King was revenge and justice.
It’s three days left to go, yet, Kaleb hasn’t showed any sign of taking off the crown… Willingly.
And he wasn’t intending for him to take it off willingly.
He wanted him to be the stubborn brother he has always known so as to have a chance to pour all of his anger on him.
Anger was an understatement to him. Anger was his heartbeat, his aim.
And nothing pained him than being betrayed by the one person he cared for the most. The one person he had always believed loved him as much as he did loved him back.
Not just that, being ignored by someone you trusted. He had always pictured hope in her, but she turned it all down the very moment she pushed him off her head.
Since that very day, he swore never again will he trust anyone. If possible, not even himself.
His pains, his hurts were from those dear to him. And that is why he was never gonna do anything, despite knowing how much she needed his help.

The afternoon sun was so hot on the skin. Raymond was busy with the press up in his training room, tirelessly doing it without a pause.
Even as he got to thirty, with the droplets of heat which soaked his skin, he didn’t stop.
When he had gotten to the fortieth count, he stopped, and he continued with the sit-up.
After that, he walked to his desk, taking his black gloves from it and fixing it in his hands.
He went to the punching bag. First, he stretched his fingers before landing a punch on the bag.
He offered another punch, then another before he made it a continuous attempt.
He made sure he had enough punches which ended up creating a hole in the bag, causing lots of sands to fall out.
He took off the gloves, taking the bottle of water on the desk. He opened it, gulping the water at once.
He flicked his hands, his claws portrayed out. He moved his claws on the desk, leaving marks on it.
He knows what it’s like facing his brother, so if he did wanted him dead for good, he ought to be ready for it.
“I’m coming for you, Kaleb.” He smirked, like he was saying it right on his face. “I’m coming home for you.”

Sophie couldn’t sleep last night, her mind wasn’t at rest since Theodora was still alive.
She doesn’t know why Kaleb refuses to execute her the previous day. And she hoped he won’t try extending the days again.
“My Lord, today is the execution day, remember?” She reminded.
“Of course, My Love. I have ordered the executor to get ready for the execution, so rest assured. ”
She sighed in relief. “Well, I was thinking you wouldn’t order for it.”
“Is it concerning yesterday? I was a lot busy to focus on that. But today, your wishes are my command. ”
She smiled evilly. “Finally, we’ll see who goes to hell first.” She mumbled to herself.
A guard knocked on the door. “Your Majesty, the execution is ready.” He informed.
Looks at Sophie who was as much ready for this than anyone. “What are we waiting for, let’s get going.” She urged.
He held her hand as they made it to the execution ground where Theodora could be seen tied against a stick.
She was already bleeding from the hard slap one of the guards had given her.
Kaleb sat on his chair, and so did Sophie. For a while, Theodora’s gaze were focused on Kaleb.
