CHAPTER 68&69: PREGNANT?

The following day, everyone had gone to their respective class. The doctors had already informed the White Sisters about Nancy’s quick healing.
Mrs Joyce phoned Nancy’s parents the previous night to come pick her up.
Nancy was called to the sister’s hall for a brief questioning. Though her body was in good shape, but it was obviously clear something did happen to her. She still limps.
She stood before the sisters. Guilt stained on her face.
“We have come to a conclusion that you will be leaving our school for good. We have tolerated enough of your bullies and act, we can’t anymore. I have called your parents and they are on their way here, you will go back to your room and get packing.”
Nancy nodded her head.
” What do you have to say about this?” Mrs Joyce asked.
” I do regret what I did, but I ain’t gonna beg to stay back. Thank you all for accepting me into the campus, and for letting me know what I am. My gift. I will gladly leave, but I won’t forget all you’ve done to me.”
” Good.”
Nancy first went to the class to meet Theodora. Everyone were amazed to see her alive. No one thought she would survive the incident.
Theodora felt pity for her, she was gonna leave the school.
Nancy was standing before her table. “Hey.” She started.
“Hi. I can see you’re getting a lot better than last night.”
Nancy smiled.” That’s all thanks to you.”
” It’s nothing. Like I said, you aren’t my enemy.”
“But you could have killed me yesterday.”
” I was angry. You would do the same if I bullied you so much. I heard your parents are coming.”
” Yes. “She nods. ” After this conversation, I’ll be packing my stuffs.”
“I’m sorry.”
“It’s nothing. I deserve it. I will only regret leaving without getting the chance to know you better. Can we be friends?” She asked.
Theodora smiled. ” Of course, we can be friends.”
” No, I meant let’s make it official.” She stretches her hand for a handshake. ” My name is Nancy Brett. And you’re?”
“Theodora Rutherford.” She said, returning the handshake.
” Oh my goodness, your name is Rutherford?” Asked one of the girls. “I mean, the Rutherford history talked about? The one with the two brothers, a human and a beast locked up underneath mountain Everest for century?”
” Yeah. I guess you’ve been doing a lot reading on your history.”
” d@mn, it was the most terrifying book I ever read. So what happened, is the beast back?” She asked, curiously.
” Yes, he is.” Theodora answered. “Though, it’s a long story but to cut it short, he defeated his elder brother and took the throne to himself. He got married to the one person he had thought he would lose to his brother. He’s the king now. And his name is, Raymond Rutherford.”
” Your husband?” The girl added.
” My husband.” She smiled. “I wish this won’t have to be the last we’ll see.” She said to Nancy.
” It won’t. We will see one day. Someday.”
” Someday. Good bye, Dora.”
” Good bye, Nancy.”
She limped out of the class to her room to get her stuffs packed up. Thirty minutes later, Mr and Mrs Brett are seen in the adminstration block with the White Sisters.
They told them everything they needed to know and why they had sought to expel her, except the part where Theodora almost had her killed.
That won’t be necessary, would it?
That was the last day they saw each other. And likewise the last day Theodora ever got bullied.
Theodora was respected by the rest of the students, they even had her teach them. Sometimes, things happen for a reason.
Not just for the bad reasons, but for the good too. Guess the good just happened.
Theodora was serious with the few days she’s got in the campus. She knew her time with the White Sisters was coming to an end.
14th October, 2026. That’s barely two weeks from now.

Sometimes we think everything is over, but when we look around, it’s not. It’s just the beginning.
Nancy is gone, though I h@të to say this, I miss her trouble. Inside me, I think I am free from threat or the multi universe stuffs, I am not.
As far as Sophie is still alive, and fate is concerned, I have a lot ahead of me.
Just like every other night, I shut my eyes to sleep, then everything became blur. I am back in the multi universe, staring at the bloods on the floor.
I know what’s going on here, the multi universe wants to punish me. But I will keep saying that over and over and over again, I am not Moon Stone’s threat. . . Sophie is.
I went to the royal hall where I met Raymond at the first vision. “I didn’t do this.” I said to him.
“You didn’t.” He said, holding the side of his stomach. ” You will never do such a thing, Dora. She did.”
“Who?”
“Sophie. She came, unexpectedly.”
” No. It’s not even 14th yet.”
” Well, that was what we thought.” He groaned. ” But she came, surprisingly.”
“No. I have to come back home.”
“You don’t. Dora you still have a lot to train. Your powers will consume you if you don’t give it time. No one is blaming you for what you did, I don’t.”
” I can face her. I don’t need more training to defeat her, I am ready. I’m coming back home. They all need me, you do.” I hold his hand. ” Wait for me, I’ll be back home soon. I promise.”
He forced himself to smile. ” I will wait.” I place a kiss on his forehead.
“I have to go.” I woke up back to reality, gasping.
I knew it. I knew I have never been a threat and I won’t. I am not the third evil, Sophie is. And I have to stop her or she stops me.
“Just I have wanted.” I heard the familiar voice say. That’s my guardian angel.
I smiled
” Never thought you are always around.” I say.
“I am.”
“So, what do you say about the vision? Do you still think I will kill the people I love?”
” I knew you’d never. Sophie has always been the evil. Though you were at first, you changed destiny the moment to you healed the girl.”
” Nancy?” I asked.
” Yeah, Nancy.”
” How? ”
” You didn’t kill her even when you wanted to. And you gave her a chance.”
” Everyone deserves a chance.” I said. “We all do.”
” Well, what you just saw in the vision is the truth. But, the date you saw at the previous vision isn’t the date anymore. Sophie knows you are here, and she is doing every thing to visit the fortress in your absence. You have to come back home, Dora, your people needs you the most.”
I have to go home and wait for wh@tëver it is Sophie is up to.
“I need you to help me with some thing. Tell Raymond to send a message to the White Sisters requesting that I should come back home.”
” Okay.” He vanished.
” I’m coming home, Ray. I’m coming home.”
