EVELYN’S POV
“You’re not actually the father of Abigail.” I confessed with my eyes closed in fear.
I was expecting a yell or punch on my face but it’s so quiet. I slowly opened my eyes and felt an unexpected hot slap on my face.
I stumbled and fell on the table, I stood upright, stared at him in shock, my hand automatically rising to my cheek, the heat of his slap burning my skin like a hot iron. “Adam, you slapped me?” I whispered in disbelief.
He gave me another slap “Argh!” It landed me to the ground.
He bent, resting his hands on his knees “You f×cking unsatisfying homewrecker!” He sneered angrily.
I sniffed and was wiping off my tears that was dripping down my cheeks, and didn’t stop.
“Did you know what you’ve caused?! All because of your stupid lies?” He yelled.
He stood with a scoff, running his hands through his hair “I lost Anna Leigh because of you, I wasn’t myself for the past six months, taking care of the child that’s not even mine!”
“Adam, I’m sorry.” I cried, standing up “I didn’t want anyone else to suffer except you and now I’m regretting it.”
“What did I do to deserve all this sh×t?!” He sobbed.
“You ruined my life!!” I cried “I thought I’d have a good life, you never cared about me like it’s all my fault that we’re married! All you do is to insult and criticize me for nothing!! So I decided to get reveal on you.”
“You don’t want me to have a peaceful life because you’re suffering alone. No one is making you to suffer, you’re just a desperate evil being.” He jeered.
I pressed my eyes as more tears are falling from my eyes.
“Thanks for the gift.” He signed the divorce papers and shoved it on my chest “Sign it too and get the hell out of my office and my life and make sure Abigail goes to her real father. Bastardized wh×re.” He stormed out of his office.
I fell on the ground, bawling and sniffing “What have I done with my life?”
ANNA LEIGH’S POV
“What are you doing in my house again?!” I yelled “Didn’t I warn…?”
“I’m sorry!” Evelyn went on her knees “Please, forgive me, forgive Adam. It’s all my fault.”
“Evelyn, no, get up.” I cried to lift her up but she’s adamant “Stop this…”
“I deserve all this, I’m really sorry. I didn’t mean to hurt you.” She cried, holding my leg
I rolled my eyes with a sigh “You didn’t do anything, Abigail needs her father…”
“Adam, isn’t her dad.” She sniffed.
I turned pale “Wait what?”
“I’ll explain everything. Adam didn’t show me love, we only had s×x once because I took advantage of him when he was drunk. The next morning he abandoned me alone in the house and…”

EVELYN’S POV
I was at the living room, crying profusely after few days of Adam leaving me alone in the house.
Abigail went for summer camp for a week, now I’m alone in the house.
Why is Adam hurting me? Why did he marry me in the first place? Now he left me after ruining my life, what will I tell my parents?
“Why?”
I stood angrily and left the house, I walked to the nearest liquor store, ordered some alcohol and started drinking straight from the bottle.

I sniffed “Gimme my bottle.” I groaned drunkenly.
“You’re too young, what are you? 16?” He scoffed.
“I’m 17.” I rolled my eyes.
“Doesn’t matter, lemme take you home.” He carried me in a bridal style out of the liquor store.
He crossed the road and took me into a small bungalow, pushed me on the bed and took off his shirt.
I giggled, feeling weak as he went on top of me and I hugged him as we started kissing and ended sleeping with each other.

I woke up and noticed I’m naked, next to the brown haired unknown guy who’s also naked.
“F×ck no!” I screamed and jumped from the bed “What have done to myself? I’m such am idiot!”
“Hey” He stood from the bed, standing naked shamelessly “Come on, it’s just one night.”
I slapped him angrily “You stupid fool! You took advantage of me.”
He shrugged “You were laughing when I was giving it to ya.”
I can’t believe this.
I turned and held the knob to open the door but it’s really locked. I’m trapped.
“You can’t go away from me.” He shoved my neck and kissed my lips again ready for another s×x.
¶Few Weeks Later¶
After discovering I’m pregnant from the doctor, I went straight to my parent’s house and told them that Adam left me and I’m pregnant for another man.
“You shameless girl!!!” Mom stood and yelled angrily.

Mom pushed me out of the house “Don’t ever come back.” She slammed the door angrily.
I started weeping bitterly “Mom, dad, you can’t do this to me.” I cried as I fell on the ground.
I gritted my teeth angrily, clenching my fist “I swear Adam, I’ll never let you get what you want, I must have my revenge.”
*Presently*
“Is that why you decided to wreck his life and mine?” Anna Leigh asked.
“I’m sorry, I don’t want you to suffer too, I only wanted to make Adam pay for what he did to me. I’m really sorry.” I pleaded.
She scoffed angrily “Get your filthy hands off me, b×tch!” She walked away from me “And don’t make me see your face again.” She left the scene.
I burst into more tears feeling like a dirt around here. I’ve lost my reputation because of revenge.
×Adam’s Mansion×
I was in my bedroom, typing on my phone, booking a flight back to America, no one wants me and my daughter here anyway.
“Mommy.” My daughter walked in and rest on my lap “I wanna go home, daddy’s yelling at me.”
Poor girl. Now Adam is venting on her because of my sins.
“I’m sorry dear.” I sobbed and sniffed.
*Later In The Evening*
ANNA LEIGH’S POV
I stood at the seashore of Espenada beach, close to my mom’s house, wearing a rose floral stretchy sweetheart tube top flare long dress, I’m folding my arms on my big stomach, as the gentle breeze caressing my hair.
I was starring at the beautiful sunset with, reflecting on the ocean, the orange sky above the indigo and brown clouds around the dramatic shiny sun bringing the passion.
My mom, the sunset, and my baby is the only beauty I’ve ever had in my life. I just wish it lives forever. But I still feel incomplete.
“Do you know what I love about sunset at the beach?” I heard the voice I wanna hear all this while.
His long hair was dancing like a banner in the wind, he was wearing a white shirt, putting his hands into his black sweatpants, walking towards me slowly, glancing at the sunset.
“The sky brushes with shades of gold, the sun represents a blazing jewel and crimson, the stars, the celestial chandelier, shining and twinkling the eternal sea, and the beautiful clouds painted on the sky by God.” He smiled.
He stood right in front of me, my bare feet toes are touching his shoe toe caps, I raised my head, looking up because of how tall he is. Why am I this short?
“Did you just come up with all that in your head or you wrote that down?” I gave him a suspicious look.
He shrugged “I think you should guess.” He smirked.
I frowned “Why are you here?”
“Don’t you want me here?” He sobbed “All what Evelyn…”
“She told me everything.” I cut him off “And she asked me to forgive her.”
“Did you forgive her?” He asked.
I shook my head negatively “I couldn’t because a lot has happened between us and she’s one of the problem.”
I bent my head feeling guilty “I’m also the problem, I should’ve listened to you, I should’ve waited and understand what you went through.” I sobbed, my eyes was soaked with tears “I’m such a dumb b×tch.”
He used his finger to gently lift my chin, tilting my face up so that I was looking at him. Then, he moved his face closer to mine, bringing us closer to each other.
“You’re not, don’t say that to yourself, all what you did was right and I’m proud of you, I should be the one to called dumb b×tch because I didn’t make any investigation, I should’ve suspected Evelyn and go for DNA test. I was so stupid and I’m sorry for everything. I love you, Annabella Leighton Montez.” He said softly.
I smiled, shedding tears of joy “I love you too, Adam Rodriguez.”
We finally shared a beautiful loving and affectionate kiss. For the first time in 4 years, I feel complete.
I yelped, breaking the kiss as my baby kicked for very first time. I held my stomach.
“What’s wrong?” Adam asked in worries, touching my belly too.
“Our baby just kicked.” I laughed.
He frowned confusedly “Our…?”
My smile went down, is he okay?
I gasped in realization “Oh, I forgot to tell you that you’re actually the father of Adam junior.”
“Wait what?!” He exclaimed “I thought, Chris is the father.”
“He isn’t.” I rolled my eyes “The doctor did some mistakes and he told me that you’re actually the father.”
His jaw dropped “Huh? I…actually have a family to call my own?”
He hugged me, shedding tears “My dream just come true.”

He bent and kissed my stomach, laughing and shedding tears of joy “My baby.”
No one will try to ruin our relationship again.
I grabbed his collar and pulled him down to my face, smirking “You’re too tall.”
“Well.” He shrugged “You’re pregnant with my baby so I guess I could talk to you like this.”
