Kunle didn’t go to work same with Amber, she got a call from Kelly who said that she is coming over to her house to get the files and get her sign the contract, that was there conversation on the phone.
They were in the living room, Amber was on his laps when she walked in, without knocking, she quickly apologized and closed the door. She knocked on the door, by then Amber has left Kunle’s laps.
“Come in.” Amber said. She walked in and apologized for what she did, she didn’t know that her husband was around.
Kunle left them in the living room and Amber went to her room to get the files, she met her husband on her way out. “Are you mad at her?”
“No, I just left you guys to do your business. I don’t want to interrupt it.”
“Oh, I see.” She muttered.
“I gotta go, she’s waiting for me. You come downstairs too, okay. I love you.” Amber said and kissed him, he chuckled softly and lick his lips slowly and shook his head.
“Here’s the files. Just got through it, and it’s month end already. I will make the payment tomorrow.”
“Alright, ma’am. Sign here.” Kelly mumbled, pointing at the place to sign. She signed it. Kelly smiled and congratulate her, she arranged the files.
“Uhm, K can I get some cash from you?” Amber asked, her husband.
“Okay, like how much do you want?” He replied.
“5k.” Amber replied. “Did you come with your car?” Amber asked, with a glance.
“No, ma’am.” Kelly replied, smiling.
“Here.” Kunle said, and gave her the money, she collected it and handed it to Kelly. “I hope this will be okay?” Amber questioned.
“Yes ma’am. Thank you.” She said, smiling. “What are you waiting for? You can go now.” Amber said.
“Oh, yes ma’am. Thank you.” She replied, Amber rolled her eyes. She went back to her sitting position on his laps, they were kissing and mumbling, when the door opened again. “Who is…” She paused.
“Hi…” The female voice said, and walked in.
“Hey, how’re you doing? You look beautiful today. Are you going somewhere today?” Amber replied.
“Yeah, hanging out with a friend.” She said.
“This friend must be special.” Amber said, smiling.
“Yeah. I just came by to say hi to you. Thanks for the video, I gotta go.” She replied.
“Bro..I will see you later. Enjoy..” She said to her brother and left, Amber smiled.
“She’s so sweet.” Amber muttered. “Yeah and troublesome.” Kunle said, and rolled his eyes.
“Why didn’t you talk to her?” Amber asked.
“She too my took my credit card.” He replied, frowning.
“And how much did she spend?” Amber asked, staring at him and his frowned face.
“Are you covering her?” He asked.
“No, I’m willing to pay back.” She replied.
“You’re not serious. Anyways congratulations on your new contract.” Kunle said, smiling. “Thank you, honey.” Amber muttered and smiled.

That same day, Amber prepared toasted bread and egg sauce. She served the dinner, they ate and Amber retired to the room, she has been complaining about being tired over a little work. But she didn’t tell her husband, because she doesn’t want him to start thinking over a little issue and began to give her medication.
She lay on the bed, with her head resting on the pillow. She slept off, before Kunle could come to the room. He laid on the bed, and cuddle her.
12am
She woke up and went to use the bathroom, she returned back to the room and laid on the bed, but couldn’t get any sleep. She kept her eyes, staring at the ceiling.
Soon, she picked up her phone and began to play games with it. Fifteen minutes later, she left the bed for the bathroom, this time Kunle woke up and saw her phone, which was still on.
“What’s she doing with her phone?” He thought and sit up. She came back and saw him sitting on the bed, she smiled and sat down.
“Why are you awake?” She asked.
“I should asked you that, what are you doing with your phone? It’s 12am.” He said, worried.
“I couldn’t get enough sleep. After I went to use the bathroom, this is second time I’m going there.”
“Are you okay?”
“Yeah, I’m fine.” She replied. “Come let me cuddle you, you’ll get some money. Are you feeling cold? I will warm you up.”
She blushed, and went to him. He cuddled her and made sure she was comfortable with him, she’s now used to his coçk touching her aßß.

Next morning
Amber woke up with argue to throw up, she quickly rushed to the bathroom, it was already dropping off her mouth, she was fast enough to open the toilet and threw up, again and again. She touch her belly and spit out, she sighed softly, immediately her husband came in holding her waist.
“I’m fine.” She said and washed her mouth and quietly brush. He was there with her this whole time, after she was done brushing. They left the bathroom, he helped her sat down on the bed. He wanted to carry her but she declined politely.
She stared at him, “Are you sure that you’re okay?”
“I’m fine, I think it’s because of the toasted bread and egg sauce, that’s why I threw up this morning.”
“When…” He couldn’t finished his statement as she ran into the bathroom for the same reason, he became scared and went to the bathroom, but she was already done. He was about asking her, when it started, because he heard her throwing up.
“I told you that I’m fine, stop being worried.” She said to him, with a cracked voice. He sighed and rubbed his head softly and slowly.
“Let’s go back to the room.” He said. She went to the room, he followed her. “Don’t stop or postpone your work, because of me. Because I’m going to work today, no matter what.”
“Okay.” Was the only reply, he walked out of the room. He went to kitchen, but luckily the cook was around and was almost done with the food. He went to the room, and off his clothes and then walk into the bathroom.
Amber looked at her husband, she knew that he will be worried about her, that was why she told him not to stop or postpone his work.

HOURS PASSED
Amber returned back home, she was having a fever and a slight headache and at the same sleeping in her office, this is something that has never happened to her, in her entire life as a workaholic.
She went to her husband’s room, she fell on the bed tiredly even though she didn’t work too much, she removed her sneakers and lay on the bed, suddenly she fell asleep.
Kunle on the other side wasn’t at rest, he became more worried when called her phone and wasn’t picking, but later pick. Although it was when she was in the office.

Kunle returned back home, after he called her phone again to know how she’s doing, but she didn’t pick up. So he called her office, which Kelly was the one that picked up, she told him that she has left for the house. He hang up and drove to the house.
He got down from the car, and sigh softly. He went to the door, he knocked on it severely but he got no response. He came out and stared at her car, parked. “Where’s my wife?”
“Boss, she’s inside.” The security guard replied and bow slightly. “But, she’s not responding nah. Did she go out?”
“No, boss. I have been here since madam came back from work.” He replied. Kunle rubbed his forehead furiously.
“What’s the meaning of this nah? Amy?” He asked himself, he brought out his phone and called her but no answer. He went to check if the back door was open, but it wasn’t and he didn’t go out with his keys.
He opened the gate and walked out, while returning to the house he came in with a stone. He threw the stone, which hit on the window made of glasses and it was his room, immediately Amber woke up and get down from the bed, to check what happened. If it’s a riot. She couldn’t believe her eyes, she quickly walked downstairs, and collected the keys which was on the small table, in the living room. She opened the door, she didn’t know how to face him. She greeted him, bowing her head in disbelief. He replied and walked in.
“Are you okay?” He asked, heading to the stairs. She followed him, they got to the room, that’s when he took a good look at her. She was still on her office clothes and the socks on her legs.
“I’m fine. How was your day at work?” She replied, smiling. “It was….” He paused, staring at her. He cupped her cheek, with his hand and caress her cheek. “I was worried about you.”
“You don’t have to be, look I’m fine.” She replied, smiling sheepishly. He sighed softly, and shrugged his shoulders.
“Why are you still putting on your office clothes? The one you wore to the office, I called your office and was told that you’re back. That’s why I came back home, I was thinking that we’ll have lunch together.”
“Well, my clothes. I slept off when I came back. I was having a slight headache, so I decided to take a little nap, but it turns out to be a long nap. I’m sorry for keeping you waiting outside.”
“Alright, some guys will be here to take care of this window. It’s broken.” He said.
“Where is your phone?” He asked, staring at her. She looked around her phone on the bed, but it wasn’t there. She then remembered that, she left it in her bag. She brought it out and checked her missed calls. She got 15 missed call from her husband and 5 missed from Kelly, who wanted to know how she’s doing.
