“You must be Lyric, Mini-me told me about you already” she said, reaching out to shake Lyric’s hand.
“Who’s she?” Lyric asked, her voice strained.
“Oh me! Permit me to introduce myself properly… I’m Josephine. Leonardo’s fiance…”
Lyric eyes widened. She turned to Leonardo, her eyes filled with hurt.
“What are you saying?” Leonardo held Lyric hand, who was still looking annoyed.
Josephine broke into laughter.
“Oh my goodness! Did I scare you? I’m really sorry darling.. I was only pulling your legs!” She said, still laughing.
“It’s not funny.. Do you want her to break up with me?” Leonardo rolled his eyes.
“Calm down, Lover boy. I’m actually his sister, but I’ll allow you call me sister-in-law okay? Since you’re already part of the family” Josephine smiled.
“You’re so pretty” Josephine hugged her again.
“I was really glad when I found out he’s dating again. You both can’t break up without my permission or I’ll break his head first”
They broke the hug.
Lyric nodded with a smile.
“He’s really clingy type when he’s in love.. You should do your best to put up with that” Josephine whispered.
Leonardo grabbed Lyric hand and pulled her closer to himself.
“See what I’m talking about” Josephine winked.
Lyric laughed.
“Enough of the talk.. You talk too much. We have to be somewhere” he said.
“Let’s catch up soon Lyric” Josephine said and turned to Leonardo.
“I’ll wait for you at home.. bye lovebirds!” Josephine waved and walked out.
“I didn’t know you had another sister aside Mikaela” Lyric said.
“Cos she’s a pain in the neck. You’ll understand what I’m talking about when you get to know her better”
Lyric smiled and they both exit the office.

Princeton and Mikaela stepped off the elevator, making their way to Clarisse’s hospital room.
As they approached the door, they could hear voices inside, low and muffled.
They knocked softly, and the voices went silent. After a moment, a nurse opened the door and smiled at them.
“You can go in,” she said, stepping aside.
Mikaela hesitated, but Princeton gently pushed the door open and led her inside.
Clarisse was still in bed, her eyes closed. She was obviously sleeping.
Mikaela dropped the basket of fruits she brought as Princeton tapped Clarisse gently.
“Mom!” He called and Clarisse slowly opened her eyes.
“Son..” She smile rubbing her hand on his.
Her eyes went to Mikaela.
“Good afternoon, Ma’am! How are you doing?” She said politely, her voice sounding nervous.
“I’m good dear-”
“I’m Mikaela.. Princeton’s girlfriend” Mikaela smiled.
“Oh he told me about you already, it’s feel so good to finally meet you. You’re so pretty!” She smile.
“Thanks ma’am” Mikaela smiled.
“I brought you a few things.”she said, her voice shaking slightly.
Clarisse smiled at her, her eyes warm.
“Have a seat, my dear” she said, gesturing to the chair next to her bed.
Mikaela sat down and set the basket on the table next to the bed. He eyes met with Princeton who gave her a smile.
“Get well soon.. I can’t wait to be seeing more of your face often, mother-in-law” Mikaela giggles.
Princeton chuckled.

Leonardo pulled the car to a halt, he turned to Lyric.
“Are you sure they’ll like me?” He asked and Lyric chuckled.
“Of course.. trust me okay?” She assured as they both get off the car. She held his hand and they both head in.
“Mommy!!!!” Starr and Pearl called excitedly and rushed to hug Lyric.
“Cutîes!” Lyric smile hugging them tigter.
Leonardo couldn’t believe her eyes when she saw the twins. He recall seeing them once in the toy store.
“Oh! It’s Mr handsome!” Pearl exclaimed pointing at Leonardo. She was the first to saw him.
“It’s truly him” Starr gasped too.
“Hi kids” Leonardo waved squatting to thier level.
“You know each other?” Lyric asked confusedly.
“Of course.. remember the guy we told you we met at the toy store with godmother Gianna.. he’s the one” Starr replied.
“You’re the new boyfriend mom told us about right?” Pearl turned to Leonardo.
“Wait?” Lyric gasped.
“Well yes.. is that what she told you?” Leo asked and the kids nodded.
“She won’t stop smiling constantly whenever she’s back from work.. Now we know the reason why!” Starr mumbled and Leonardo couldn’t believe his eyes.
“Really?” He said with wide eyes
“She must really love you a lot-”
Lyric palmed her mouth before he could finish.
“Where’s Granny Lupe?” She grinned, changing the topic.
“She just stepped out to get some groceries” Pearl replied and Lyric stylishly released Starr.
“You should seat” She led him to the living room, where he sit and the kids rushed to him again.
“I’ll get you something” Lyric left for the kitchen.
Starr and Pearl swoon over Leonardo, staring at him internly.
“Do you really love our mommy?” Pearl spoke and Leo turned to her.
“Of course.. A lot!!” He answered.
“You passed the test since you’re good looking. Only ugly guys hurt people we’re sure you won’t hurt our mommy” Starr smiled.
“You’ve my word” Leonardo said and they all bumped fist like pals.
“Does that mean we’ve a daddy now like David? And he’s rich too?” Pearl whispered.
“Are we going to leave this place and live in a big mansion now?” Starr whispered too.
“Jeez!” Lyric held her head and Leonardo chuckled.

Leonardo walked out of the bathroom in his towel after spending what seems like eternity. If there’s anything he’s obsessed with.
It will definitely be water, he loves bathing a lot.
He opened his closet and was about bringing out a shirt-
“Tornado’s Leg!!!!” He heard Josephine screaming his name from outside and he sighed.
The door opened and Josephine entered.
“Here you are.. Tornado’s leg” Josephine smiled.
“Don’t you understand the word privacy? What if I’m undressed?” Leonardo said.
“So what? I bathed you for years and I’ve touched and played with that ball you’re so proud of a million times.. What’s there to hide?” Josephine rolled her eyes.
“You’re just crazy! Get out! Devil!” Leonardo grabbed her attempting to push her out but she release herself from him and rushed in.
She ran to his table and grabbed a frame she found. It’s contains 4 boys, Leonardo, Dean, Pierce and Jayden.
“Awwn.. I can’t believe the kids I raised her now twenty five. You guys keep making me feel old” Josephine gushed rubbing her thumb on the their faces.
Leonardo walk up to her and snatched it. He turned the face down, placing it’s back on the table.
He’s already dressed.
“Stop touching my things-”
“Are you still not in good terms with Jayden? He’s not back from Singapore?” Josephine asked.
Leonardo said nothing.
“Jeez! You both refused to tell me what’s cause the beef. I’ll have to meet with Dean or Pierce in one of this days” Josephine shakes her head.
“Don’t try it.. I’m serious” Leo said seriously, He left the room.
Josephine followed him.
“That aside.. that’s not the reason why I come here”
Leonardo halted and turned to her.
“I was about to ask that.. Why are you here?”
“Your birthday is coming-
Leonardo face expression changed immediately.
“You know how much I have being reminded of that?” He said and left her side.
Josephine went after him.
“Co’mon Leo! This is the fifth year you refused to celebrate your birthday like you used to. This is not the real you.. Just because that Bîtch Davina broke up with you on your birthday doesn’t mean every birthday is going to be like that. You have a new girlfriend now and you should-”
“That’s not the only reason” Leonardo cut in.
“Then tell me the gawd d@mn reason Leo! I’m so worried”
“I don’t want to talk about it. Please-”
Josephine watch him leave the house and she sat dejectedly, letting out a sigh.

Dylan walked into the coffee shop, his mind feeling fuzzy and muddled.
He needed a pick-me-up to get him through the rest of his day.
As he approached the counter, he looked up, ready to order. He suddenly froze.
The lady behind the counter was Lisa.
Lisa’s eyes widened in surprise, and she dropped the coffee pot she was holding. “Dylan?” She called.
“Lisa!” He breathed.
“What are you doing here?” He added.
“I work here… You?” Lisa smiled.
“I was bored at home alone” Dylan replied.
“Oh. Sorry bout that-”
“Wanna hang out with me?”
“I’ve work to do-_
“I’ll wait!” Dylan cut in and immediately took a seat.
“You sure?” Lisa stared at him in disbelief.
“Of course, I’ve nothing to do in the house anyway” He replied.
“Okay.. Your call!” Lisa smiled.

“Why does it has to end like that?” Mikaela pouted as she made her way out of a movie house.
“We have to return home.. before boss come back” Princeton replied.
“Not the movie.. I don’t want out first date to end like this” She turned to him.
“Let’s go watch some fireworks before we head back. Please!” She made puppy eyes and Princeton chuckled at her cuteness.
He tried to hesitate but she was just too cute to resist.
“Fine!” He finally said and Mikaela’s eyes brighten.
“Yay!!!” She squealed and peck him lightly.
They left the movie house and headed to the nearest park.
As Princeton and Mikaela rushed towards the crowded park, they could hear the distant boom of fireworks.
The sky was starting to glow with a fiery red, the colors streaking across the night sky. They could hear the excited chatter of the crowd, everyone eager to see the display.
As they reached the front of the line, they could see the fireworks starting to burst above the trees, painting the sky with color.
Mikaela’s eyes widened as she watched the display, a smile spreading across her face. “It’s so beautiful,” she said, turning to Princeton.
“It’s truly is”
She could feel Princeton’s gaze on her, and she blushed, glancing over at him.
“What?” she whispered.
Princeton tucked her hair behind her left ear,staring at her more deeply
“Just feeling lucky to have you” He said,staring at her lips
Mikaela blushed even more.
“Me too” She pouted.
Princeton held her waist pulling her closer with it. Mikaela held his face and they began kissing passionately.

“We’re here!” Dylan announced and Lisa raised her head, stretching tiredly.
“I’m so tired. You really owe me a lot for keeping you company all day” Lisa said Dylan chuckled.
They have been hanging out since she finished her shift by 2. They had dinner at a small bistro nearby. They had talked and laughed, enjoying each other’s company.
“Is this where you stay?” He asked, looking around.
“Yh, don’t be surprised.. I’m not as rich as you. I stay alone and work to pay my tuition fee” Lisa replied.
Dylan stared at her for a while, not saying a word.
“Don’t give me that pitiful look.. I’ve to go” She made to leave but he pulled her back, closing the gap between them. Her nose was brushing his.
A loud gasp escape Lisa’s lips and she was unaware of when she closed her eyes.
“Eclipse…..” He called and Lisa frowned and opened her eyes.
“Goodnight!” She got down from the car and walk away.
“Lisa wait!” He called but she didn’t stop.
“Is she angry?” Dylan ruffled his hair.

As Dean walked into the bar, he could feel a familiar buzz of excitement. It’s been a while since he last visited this place and only God knows how much he miss it.
“Dean!!!” A Bîtch rushed to her to him immediately.
She hugged him but Dean broke the hug shortly.
“I just got here.. Maybe later!” Dean said and left her side.
He made his way to the back of the bar, where a booth in the corner was reserved for him and his friends.
Peirce was already there, nursing a beer and looking bored.
“Took you long enough,” he said, his tone slightly mocking.
“I had to take care of some things,” Dean said, sliding into the booth. “What’s up?”
Peirce shrugged.
“I have a good news!” Dean smirked pouring himself a full glass. He drank it all at once while Pierce just stared at him, wondering what he’s so happy about.
“I won the bet! I Füçked Gianna last night.” Dean said proudly.
Pierce just stared at him without a word.
“Why aren’t you saying anything? Hand over the f*cking key-”
“That is not important right now” Peirce said, draining his beer.
“What is?”
“Leo’s birthday is coming” Pierce replied
“You know how much he h@të being reminded of it. He won’t celebrate it,forget it” Dean said.
“You remember the girl we gave to him on his 20th birthday as a present” Pierce paused.
Dean raised his eyebrow.
“I think it’s Lyric. His secretary” Pierce completed and Dean eyes grew wide.
“Oh my f*cking gawd!!!” He exclaimed with wide eyes.
