“Please, let’s rest for now ok?, I love you” Starr said.
“I love you more” she replied as he started stroking her hair.
“What do you like most about me?” She suddenly asked.
“Everything, everything baby” he replied and she chuckled.
“Me too, I love all of you”
“I need to tell you something” he said, caressing her back.
“What?”
“Mum and Martin’s dad has been having a secret affair, they planned to dupe dad of all his fortunes and run away, they succeeded though but on their way to the airport, Martin caught up and…he caught them with fire, they’re burnt but still alive” he said.
“I’m strangely not surprised” Lotus said.
“Why?”
“Humans can be unpredictable so anything can happen anytime” she replied.
“She was the one who tried to kill me the other time, and she aborted my dad’s baby” he continued.
“She deserves to be cursed” she sighed.
“Martin cursed them, that’s why they’re not dying yet, they’ll live in pains for the rest of their lives, they’ll pay for all what they did to I and my dad, then what Mr Luther did to Martin and Mrs Luther, can’t believe he has been maltreating them and my friend has been taking it all with his mum”
“Martin is a strong prince, it’s painful that he won’t be able to stay forever in this world” she replied.
“I hope we’ll be together forever, me and you” he said.
“Same here, I wish” she replied.
“But how’s your dad doing?” She asked.
“He’s still in shock, but I’ll help him get over it” Starr inhaled.
“Noona!!” Jungkook shouted from outside and they both left the room after throwing on their clothes.
“The mansion is cracking!” He said, pointing at the visible cracks.
“My powers are really leaving Starr, they’re leaving, this house is the greatest thing I’ve ever created with my power so it’ll crumble surely” Lotus said.
“We should get out” Jungkook said.
“Of course” Lotus replied and held Starr.
They ran out with Jungkook and the mansion started crumbling after them.
When they got out of it, it crumbled completely in front of them and entered the ground after a short quake, then the piece of land came to view again.
“It’s gone” Lotus said weakly, holding her knees.
“Are you ok?” Starr asked, holding her.
“I’m losing my powers, I feel so…so weak…very weak, don’t let me fall” she replied, standing straight but she went down immediately.
Starr held her tightly.
“Noona!” Jungkook said fearfully.
“She’ll be fine, stop panicking” Starr replied, carrying her in a bridal style.
“Where are we going?” Jungkook asked.
“My place” Starr replied, walking down the road where he waved down a cab.
They got home and he dropped limp Lotus on his bed gently
“Is she fine?” Jungkook asked.
“Of course, trust me” Starr replied.
“I want her to be awake when the grim reaper will come for me” Jungkook replied.
“You got Justice already?”
“Yes, Ryan confessed his crime and he has been sent to juvenile this evening” Jungkook replied.
“I’m glad” Starr smiled.

NEXT DAY
Lotus sat up on the bed immediately she opened her eyes, Starr is right beside her and Jungkook is sitting on the chair, sleeping that way.
She made to call Starr but she couldn’t, her voice is gone and no matter how much she tried, she couldn’t speak.
When she tried more than required, she started coughing.
That woke Starr up and he quickly sat up
“Are you ok?” He asked , turning her face to himself.
“I lost my voice” she said in her mind.
“What!, Completely?” Starr said.
“Yes” she mind talked again.
Starr hugged her and started patting her gently.
“It’s ok, so far you can communicate with me through your mind, I’m ok” he said.
“I don’t want to lose you, it seems real since it’s already happening” her mind replied.
“You won’t lose me, stop worrying and let’s get ready, we’re meeting my dad and we need to go say bye to Bluey” he replied.

HOSPITAL
Bluey didn’t know when tears left his eyes as his time to leave came.
Tasha is crying inside but she’s pretending to be strong in the outside, not shedding a tear.
“I’m gonna miss you a lot” Bluey cried.
“Me too, black rice ” she replied and he smiled despite his tears.
“You’re the best girl I’ve ever met….trust me” he said
“You too” she smiled, touching his face.
“Bluey you have to go now” Primrose said from the door.
Bluey kissed her lightly on the lips before hugging her.
“How long will you take?” She asked.
“Months, it won’t be up to a year” he replied.
“I’ll be waiting” she said.
“I’ll come back” he replied, breaking the hug before stepping away.
“Bye” he waved.
“Bye” she replied and he left completely.
Tasha started her tears and Mrs Luther had to start consoling her.
Telling her that she’s her mum won’t definitely sound well in this type of situation so she’s waiting for the perfect timing.
“Stop crying, he’ll be back” she said, patting her.
Bluey met Starr in front of the hospital with Lotus and Martin.
“Starr!” He almost screamed, hugging him tight.
“Get off, who said you could leave suddenly” Starr replied sadly.
“I’m sorry, I just can’t stay here and allow that mad man to control me” Bluey replied and Starr broke the hug.
“Can’t believe I’m missing you already” he said.
“Me too” Bluey smiled and they hugged again.
“Weird prince” he said when he hugged Martin.
“Do well in California” Martin replied and Bluey nodded then he faced Lotus.
“Cute girlfriend” he said, wanting to hug her but Starr stopped him.
“Hug me again instead ok?” He said and Bluey smiled.
“You don’t have anything to say to me?” He asked but Lotus just looked on, unable to speak.
“What’s going on?” Bluey said.
“I’ll explain everything to you in a text once you land in California, don’t miss your flight” Starr replied, pushing Bluey into the car.
Lotus waved as the car drove off and ad if planned, the grim reaper appeared.
Jungkook looked at Lotus then at Starr.
“Grim reaper is here” Martin said.
“Jungkook” Starr said sadly.
“Don’t miss me too much ok?” Jungkook said.
“Who’ll miss you?, You know we h@të each other right?” Jungkook replied.
“Yes we do” Starr replied and hugged him.
“Noona” he looked up at Lotus and Lotus squatted.
“Please stay well and alive, protect your soulmate because….I sense danger… today” he said seriously.
“I smell danger too” Martin said.
Starr got scared immediately.
Jungkook whispered some things into Lotus’s ear and she hugged him immediately
They hugged for long before she let him go and he slowly walked to the grim reaper.
“Bye noona” he waved as he got to him.
Lotus waved sadly, wiping her tears.
He was still waving when he vanished together with the grim reaper.
“What next?” Starr asked.
“I’m not going to school, I need stay around you both” Martin replied.
“Then we should go see my dad at the hospital” Starr said, taking Lotus’s hand.
He led them to the car and they drove to the university hospital but surprisingly, the girls are waiting except Yolanda.
“Rhythm, Constance” Martin said.
“You girls aren’t going to school?” Starr asked.
“No, school won’t be fun with none of you guys around, Yolanda left for America this morning too” Constance replied.
“Why?, Why did she suddenly go?” Martin asked.
“Alec was only playing her, it was a plan with Enolla and Ophelia” Rhythm replied.
“What the hell!, That jerk” Starr said loudly.
“She said she needs to change environment and forget about him, we only heard about it this morning too, she was so broken” Constance replied.
“And why is Lotus not talking?” Rhythm said, holding her.
“Is it because you’re still mad at me for my sudden change?, I’m ready to beg for forgiveness on my knees, I’m sorry” she said but Lotus still didn’t speak.
“Girls, she has a bad sore throat so speaking is impossible right now” Martin said.
“Gosh!, That baby voice, so sorry girlfriend” Constance said, holding her second hand.
They went in together and Davis smiled when he saw them.
“How’re you doing dad?” Starr asked, hugging him.
“I can’t be more better” he replied and Starr smiled.
Davis looked at Lotus.
“It’s definitely her… right?” He asked and Starr nodded shyly.
“She’s really cute” he said.
“She’s having a bad sore throat so speaking is impossible right now, I hope you understand” Starr said.
“Oh dear, sorry about that, but we’ll get to know each other better as time goes by” Davis smiled.
Lotus nodded, smiling prettily.
“Do you wanna stroll the hospital?” Constance asked, holding Lotus.
Lotus nodded and followed the both of them out of the ward but immediately they stepped out, a strong whirlwind came, taking Lotus away from them.
“Lotus!!” They both screamed as Lotus disappeared without a trace.
Martin ran out of the ward with Starr and smirked when he saw traces of water on the ground.
“An evil mermaid” he said.
“Her sis from Quenshi?, She made her leave the river, why can’t she just leave her alone and where the hell did she take my girlfriend to!” Starr said fearfully.
Constance and Rhythm are still busy searching everywhere.
“Let’s go” Martin said, holding Starr.
They both vanished.
