I wore a white long-sleeved mini bodycon dress that showed a bit of cleavage.
I was slipping on my lace-up heels with cross-straps, and it showed off my newly done white nails, while Alessandro was leaning against wall and holding my ripped denim jacket.
“Baby, you came two minutes earlier than I wanted.
There is no reason it has taken you an extra thirty minutes to get dressed. If we’re late it’s on you.”
I rolled my eyes and slipped on my last heel before standing up.
“We might’ve been their earlier if you hadn’t decided to Fuçk the Sh|t out of me.”
I pulled some of my hair over my shoulders, deciding to leave it in it’s curly state.
“You wouldn’t have gotten Fuçked if you didn’t have such great pu$$¥.

I looked at him with a disgusted face and he chuckled. Moon walked in, sniffing Alessandro’s foot before rubbing against him and purring.
“I think she likes you.” I smiled, walking over to pick her up.
“How did you get up here, hm?” Moon was wiggling her little tail and tilting her head to the side. When I looked up at Alessandro he was staring at me with a smile on his face. “What?”
“You look stunning.” He handed me my jacket, taking Moon out of my hands so I could slip it on.
“You don’t look too bad yourself.” I wanted to Fuçk him so bad. He was wearing a burgundy dress shirt with black slacks, my favorite chain laying on his chest.
“We’re bringing her right?” I smiled at the way his attention was on Moon, petting her. She sat on his arm and meowing as he stroked her fur.
I hummed in response, grabbing my purse off the dresser and walking past him. Moon was sitting on his arm like a little princess while he had his free hand placed on my @$$.
I took the car keys, looking at him with a pout. “Please? I swear I won’t crash it.” I gave him a smile and he stared down into my eyes thinking.
“Fine.” I squealed and ran to the elevators. “But if you crash it I’m going to let you die in the car.
” I told him to grab a small to-go bag of kitten food I had just in case.
“You would never. You love me way too much.”
“Whoever told you that lied.” We walked outside, thankfully paparazzi wasn’t around.
“You weren’t saying that when your mouth was on this ‘you can’t get enough of’ pu*ssy.” He looked at me horrified and covered Moons ears making me laugh.
“Such vile words.” I got into the driver seat with a big smile. Moon was placed on his lap and she played with the little toy he grabbed.
“Okay, first things first. They’ll mainly be speaking Spanish so I’ll let you know if their talking Sh|t about you.” He chuckled as I pulled out onto the road. “Second, my father is an alcoholic, my mother as you know is a retired lawyer, and my brother is overprotective.
Father, Carson Escarra. Mother, Elora Escarra. And my brother is Damien Escarra. Remember those names.” He nodded. “Now, my family isn’t as put together as yours.
We are literally all over the place. A fight happens almost all of the time we have these big family gatherings. There will be a lot of kids since the women in my family won’t stop having kids.
We must protect Moon from those monsters at all times.”
“I’ll be sure to keep her with me or you at all times.” I nodded with a satisfied smile.
“The only kid to trust her with is Adalia. She’s the sweetest one of them all. You’ll probably get dragged around a lot.
My dad will definitely take you and have you grill. Damien will just give you the regular speech of not too hurt me.
My mom will judge us both.” I rolled my eyes and he laughed. “Carson, Damien, and all of my uncles will drag you inside and make you watch football or something. Georgia Falcons is who you cheer for.
Elora will just stare at you with an attitude.”
“Is that all?” He asked and I thought about anymore important information he’d need to know.
family was a lot and to be honest I was kind of scared for him to meet them.
“That’s all. Remember everything I told you or your done.”
He rolled his eyes, “Thanks for the encouragement, baby.”
“Always.” I smiled and Moon crawled onto the console. She just sat there, playing with her squishy.
We drove for an hour before we were pulling into the driveway of my parents home. My heart felt like it would fall out of my chest as I parked and turned off the car. There were already over ten cars here and telling from the music I knew it was pretty packed.
I grabbed my purse, draping it over my shoulder, and grabbed Moon. “You got this, okay?”
“Are you reassuring me or yourself?” He slightly raised his eyebrows with a small smile.
“Both.” I breathed out and got out of the car, petting Moon as she chewed on her toy.
I was a nervous wreck, and I knew Alessandro could see it. He wrapped his arm around my waist and leaned down to kiss my cheek.
“You’ll be fine, butterfly. We can leave whenever you want.” I nodded and took a deep breath as we walked to the front door.
It was wide open and there were children running around, my aunts and other women I was supposedly related to standing around and gossiping.
Alessandro and I greeted everyone as we walked to the bath, most likely were my parents were located.
“Athena!” Damien yelled, running up to me and hugging me.
He was careful not to squeeze to hard with Moon in my hands. “I thought you weren’t going to come.”
“Well, mama kind of forced me too. Some big news she has to tell us.” He nodded, hugging me once more before directing his attention to Alessandro.
“Damien. Her brother. You are?” He asked, holding his hand out.
Alessandro shook it firmly. “Alessandro. Her Fuçk-buddy.” Damien laughed at the joke and I rolled my eyes with a smile.
“I like you already. Not as dull as Olivia.”
“Oliver.” I corrected but he completely ignored me.
“Mom is with Kaia talking Sh|t about you so I wouldn’t go over there just yet.” Per usual. “Dad would want to see you I think. But he’s been drinking, so you know, be careful.”
“Yep.” I sighed and they did some handshake thing that seemed to make him like Alessandro more. His approval of Alessandro was the only one I really cared about.
He wrapped his arm back around my waist, pulling me to him at the sight of all the men outside. Some I was related to others were very old family friends so I guess in a way we are related as well.
I walked past my mom and just like I expected she didn’t even notice me. “Hey dad.” I smiled, passing Alessandro Moon and hugging him.
“Hey, Kiddo.” I was appreciative of him that he didn’t use the other nickname.
“Dad, this is my boyfriend Alessandro.” I wrapped an arm around him just as he wrapped one around me.
My dad was doing the same stare thing he did with Oliver. He did it to look intimidating but he was way shorter than Alessandro.
Instead of cowering away like Oliver he stood there and stared back. To my father it showed some level of strength.
“Welcome to the family.” He held his hand out for him to shake and when Alessandro did he smiled. “I wish you well with my wife.”
He chuckled, “Your daughter said the same.”
“What’s your name son?” He told him. “Can I speak to Alessandro alone?” I nodded with a smile.
“Georgia Falcons.” I whispered in his ear as I hugged him.
“I know, butterfly.” He leaned down to place a kiss on my lips before handing me Moon.
“Behave.” He rolled his eyes at my comment and I left the two men to chat up.
It seemed like dad was on his first bottle and I could only hope he’d maintain his issues so we could have at least one functional family gathering.
Moon was being a nosy kitten, looking around at all the children running around. I poured myself a cup of alcohol as kids ran up to her. “Can I hold it?” My cousin, Sofia, asked.
“It’s a girl and no.” ” She looked at me like she actually wanted to kill me because she couldn’t hold her.+
“Let me hold her!” She was about to throw a temper tantrum.
“No. The last time you held someone’s pet it went missing for ten hours and it had to go to the vet because the leg was broken.” She needs to go back to her mother.
“She won’t let me hold the cat!” Sofia fell onto the floor, crying hysterically and pointing her finger at me. Oh God, my mom was going to kill me for causing a scene.
“Sofia stop acting like a brat!” I whispered yelled and her little devilish smirk was obvious before she stared to cry again. Kids are so Fuçking evil.
“What’s wrong baby?” Her mother, Ana, comforted. She was like this because they treated her like a spoiled princess with no manners.
“Athena won’t let me hold her cat.” I rolled my eyes, turning my back to them and drinking.
“Athena stop being immature.” I ignored Ana, kissing Moons little nose. Wh@tëver news they needed to tell us needed to hurry and be shared because I was this close to leaving.
“Athena.” The voice of the devil called out.
“Mother.” I said back, my back still facing her. I didn’t hear the sounds of the annoying demon anymore so I assumed she was gone now.
“Why is Sofia fussing? What did you do?”
I kept my eyes off her but I knew she was standing beside me. “Didn’t let her pet Moon.”
“Why is there a cat here? You know how I feel about them.” No one truly cares.
“I can’t leave a kitten at home by itself. Not like how you left five year old me home with-”
“Wh@tëver your about to say I don’t want to hear it. We have been through this many times and we are to never speak of it again.”
“He’s here isn’t he?” I finally looked over at her. Her long black hair was pulled into a ponytail and those brown eyes still looked as young as they did when I was a child.
When she didn’t say anything I scoffed. “This is why I don’t like coming to visit.”
She looked at me with anger and I could see her fist clenching. “You-”
“Athena, my love.” Alessandro came up from behind me with a beer in his hand. “You want?”
“Women don’t drink beer.” My mother was clearly annoyed with me already and now he was offering me a beer. I definitely took it.
“This is my mom. Mom this is Alessandro my boyfriend.” I sighed, setting my cup down and drinking some of his beer.
“I’ve heard. Your the one who destroyed her marriage?”
“I assure you that had nothing to do with me.” I really wanted to leave right now.
“It had everything to do with you.” She snatched the beer out of my hands, slamming it down on the table.
Moon started to hiss at her and I felt like a proud mom. “Moon feels like she’s in a violent atmosphere so I’m going to to take her elsewhere.”
I smiled at mom before walking away with Alessandro’s hand in mine.
I don’t know when Serene plans on coming. Yes, she was invited but only because she’s family.
I don’t know how we’ve made it this far as best friends because my mom is kind of against the LGBTQ.
“Have you seen Serene?” I asked him once we were in the house. Just as he shook his head, I could here her loud laugh coming from the entry way.
We both walked to her, her eyes instantly falling to Moon.
“When did you get a cat?” Moon already was warming up to Serene, trying to get out of my hands and into hers.
“Yesterday.” I smiled as they interacted, Moon purring against her as she rubbed her belly.
“Spent almost a million dollars for that cat.” Alessandro rolled his eyes playfully and I slapped his arm.
“Oh shut up! It was only over two hundred thousand.”
Serene laughed, Moon staring up at her with her head tilted to the side. She was so cute when she did that little head tilt. “Where’s Rachael?”
Serene’s face went pale a bit and she didn’t even make eye contact as she said, “Shes sick.”
“You Fuçked it up didn’t you?” When she didn’t respond Alessandro and I both shook our heads.
“You should be ashamed.” He said, drinking the rest of his beer.
“What did you do?”
She kept her eyes on Moon, letting her play with her finger. “I might’ve made a mistake by looking at another girls @$$ then flirting with her a bit. Believe me I’m ashamed.”+
“Rachael was perfect for you.” She sighed, nodding her head in agreement. She started meowing a lot so I assumed she was hungry. “I’ll be back.
” I left the two to converse while I went to get the cat food from the car. Setting Moon down on the drivers seat I poured some of the food into my hand.
“Here you are pretty baby.” She chewed on the food in my hands easily. I could sit here and watch her eat all day.
By the time she finished people were walking inside to get the second best seats at the table.
Since this was my parents’ family dinner anyone with the last name Escarra— plus any plus ones, including Alessandro and Serene— would get the best seats.
I sighed deeply, grabbing Moon and beginning to walk back inside. “Can’t wait for this Sh|t to be over.”
Moon purred, probably agreeing with me.
