[# Chapter Eleven

Carnage drove right up to the shabby building and turned the engine off. He hopped out that instant and walked around the car to let Meira out. “We’re not going back till tomorrow morning. Got it?”
“What!” her eyes went wide. “I can’t stay here–”
“Get inside and stop talking.”
She angrily sneered, “No.”
“Meira.”
“Ryat.”
“Meira. I’m not in the mood to play with you. Get in and cut the cr*p.”
“Are you deaf or just not hearing right? I said no,” she folded her arms.
He saw the defiance in her eyes and almost chuckled. ‘She’s cute, adorable maybe, but annoying. I don’t have time for this b*llSh|t.’
Ryat sighed and cracked his knuckles. He walked right over to Meira, grabbed her hips and threw her on his shoulder like a bag of rice. She wasn’t even heavy. “You’re such a little brat. You got the boys and me in a lot of trouble today, it’s like you want me to go back to prison.”
She squirmed on his shoulder. “Let me go!”
“How ’bout you make me?” he annoyingly rolled his eyes and started walking towards the building.
Meira pouted and folded her arms. “You’re such a meanie.”
“Yeah, wh@tëver.”
Meira was trying to keep her hair out of her eyes and her glasses on when she looked up and met Venom five feet away. He held his neck and turned it a few times, rolled his shoulders back and slid an elastic band from his hair. She gasped lowly at how beautiful it was, even though it was dark it still looked unbelievably pretty.
He must’ve felt her gaze, he looked up and their eyes met. Venom’s lips curled into a subtle smile. His canines were pointier than normal. Meira felt shy all of a sudden, her eyes became locked on his tongue as it tantalizingly swiped over his lower then upper lip. They were a little plump, and now moist–they looked succulent in her eyes.
‘Wow…’ he took her breath away with another smile and wink. ‘He’s so handsome… Oh my God!’
Neon appeared and jumped on Venom’s back, distracting him from her. The two looked at each other and grinned. Neon pulled on his hair then ran off, Venom laughed and chased him around the car. When he caught him they playfully fought and tackled each other to the ground. They reminded her of Lion cubs playing in the wild, it was so cute to watch.
“Ayo Korpse, come take a look at these Füçkheads,” Bandit was laughing at their stupidity then joined in himself.
“Dog pile!” Korpse shouted and gracefully dropped backwards on top of them. “Hahaha…”
Her surroundings became dark, she frowned at that. When she looked around it was clear she was now inside the warehouse, but it didn’t look like what she’d expect. It was pretty spacious and massive, but well-kept and smelled like nutmeg. There was a kitchen area, couches, a big TV, and a staircase that lead to what she assumes to be beds separated by curtains. However, there was seven beds instead of five. Who were the other two for?
“Ryat, why is there so many beds up there?”
“Mind your business,” he dropped her onto a couch. “If I go over there, and come back here, and you’re not where I left you,” he placed both hands beside her head on the couch and moved his face close to hers. “I’m gonna spank you better than your mother ever could, little girl.”
Shudders rippled across her skin. She should probably–definitely–be scared of him but she can’t. The idea of being spanked…sounded like music to hear ears. ‘This isn’t normal. I shouldn’t be thinking, or feeling the way I do, about my stepbrother.’
He licked his lips, very briefly his eyes went to her lips. He looked back at her eyes then walked off towards a tabke where he searched through some things.
In the meantime she sat quietly, she adjusted her glasses and looked around. The setting looked like more of a clubhouse of some sort. Bandanas of every color were tied everywhere and paint splatter was on the wooden walls. She looked behind her and saw there were pieces of board nailed to the wall in the form of a heart, inside the wooden heart was seven prints of hands that were dipped in red paint. Curiosity got the better of her, she ignored Ryat’s words and got up to go take a closer look.
Under each hand print were names; Ryat Hamilton, Zayde García, Killian Cain, Ace Rivera, Ajay Rivera, Godfrey Cooper and Aviel Lee.
Meira stepped forward to touch the handprints, they were dusty. She looked at the ash colored dust on her fingertips and arched a brow. She kept staring at it then Ryat’s words echoed from the back of her mind, she stepped back trying to go sit down before he returned but she walked into a wall of muscle instead. She felt something pressing against her backside and became flustered.
“R-ryat? W-what are you d-doing here?” she asked nervously.
“I thought I told you not to move.”
Meira bit into her bottom lip. “I-I didn’t hear you, I swear!”
“You’re a bad little liar, has anyone ever told you that?”
As a matter of fact, many people have.
Ryat leaned down to brush his lips against her ear, his warm breath fanned her skin. He saw goosebumps rise on her neck leading down into her cleavage. “I meant what I said, little dove.”
She gulped.
“Get back to your seat, now.”
Without delay she moved away from him and ran back to the couch.
Before she could take a seat he said, “Did I Füçking tell you to sit?”
She shyly looked down and remained standing until he walked to her side. Meira looked at him, he stared at her with gentle eyes then opened his arms.
“What are you doing? You…want a hug?” she asked.
He nodded.
Thinking he had forgiven her and that their relationship would be better from now on she naively went into his arms and hugged him with a big smile on her face.
Big mistake.
When she tried to leave he held her in place, Ryat looked behind him out the open door. After making sure no one was looking he raised his hand and slapped Meira on her backside. He was a bit surprised at how soft and jiggly it was, he slapped her again to make sure he wasn’t seeing wrong–and of course Meira squeaked and tried pulling away but failed miserably. Again, it jiggled all the way to her thighs.
“Goddamn,” he whispered above her head.
“Ryat stop it stings!”
“I told you stop playing with me didn’t I?”
“Okay I’m sorry!”
“Shut up.”
“But Ryat you can’t do this, you’re my step–” she was cut off by another hard slap. The sting from it made her tip on her toes trying to escape another one.
“I told you not to call me that, right?”
“Ugh, I h@të you!”
“Who doesn’t?” he smacked it once more then let her go.
Meira held her behind and jumped, her face scrunched in pain. She rubbed her *ss cheeks and glared daggers at her st*pid stepbrother. When she was done she stood there eyeing him, he stared coldly at her then sat down. Meira folded her arms expecting an apology from him, but he went right back to ignoring her existence which frustrated her. She couldn’t understand why did he h@të her so much when she has done nothing but try to be nice to him.
“You’re an *sshole,” she exclaimed under her breath.
No response.
She huffed and sat down on a table nearby. “I wanna go home. Take me home. I’m gonna tell Theodore you were in a shootout with the police!”
Carnage who now has a cigarette and lighter in his hands side-eyed her with all the sass but still did not answer her.
“Ryat, you can’t keep me here. I don’t know where this place is! I have homework to do! What happened to Katniss? Where’s my friend? I don’t have friends, she’s my only friend. She’s nice, I like her. Can I please go see her? Ryat, I’m hungry is there food here…” she bombarded him with questions.
Ryat deeply sighed, he lit his cigar and began smoking. He took a long draw from the cigarette, tilted his head back onto the couch back then opened his mouth. A perfect mixture of white-grey smoke left his mouth to float into the air, spread out then disappear. The smell of tobacco began to fill the place. He soon got lost in his thoughts, his little sister’s voice fading into the background.
There was no sound in that moment, he was in complete darkness. For a split moment, he felt at peace–his heart was no longer clouded with h@të, darkness and bitterness towards his family. Before long, his moment was ruined by the memory of police storming his home and shoving him to the ground to handcuff him. A tornado of negative emotions–anger, h@të, sadness–started swirling in his heart. He was young and dumb, sure, but he loved that girl with all his heart. He’d get hit by a train if it meant saving her life, but she turned out to be not who he thought.
She was a liar, a manipulator. She pretended to love him, but in reality she loved his money. When he realized he was being taken advantage of he ended things with her. Then, like the cunning fox she was, she seduced him and he fell for it–once he caught in her deadly web of lies she framed him for r*p*. It was a lie. She had willingly given herself to him, she even made him do it with her. It was vice versa but of course no one believed him, and her family was affiliated with major American Mafia groups. He was easily framed and sent off to prison. Growing up Ryat was a problem child, since he couldn’t get love from his parents he found love in being a troublemaker. He only truly felt love…when he met his friend group.
When everyone abandoned him his friends were there. They came to see him every visiting day and brought food and necessities. They were the ones who dropped out of school to work odd jobs–and dirty jobs for Mafia and street gangs–in order to afford a good lawyer and get him out of jail. Venom is the oldest and graduated first, he was offered a scholarship to Harvard University but didn’t take the offer because he had to work his *ss off to take care of Ryat. Bandit and Korpse did the same thing. Neon is the only one who stayed in school because he literally threatened the principal to let him, but he contributed and sacrificed so much for him to walk free again. He would forever be grateful to his friends.
They say blood is thicker than water, but after seeing no one visit him in prison except his mom who only showed up five times, he’s decided water is better than blood. Füçk family.
“Ryat.”
A soft, sweet voice penetrated his thoughts. He opened his eyes and met bright light shining down on him.
“Ryat, you’re crying. Please don’t cry,” he felt soft, smooth fingers wiping the tears he didn’t know were even falling. “I don’t know what you’re going through, but I want you to know that I’m here for you anytime you need me. I know you h@të me, but I don’t h@të you. Ryat, I just want you to know that everything is gonna be okay one day.”
Her voice calmed his demons and sent them to sleep. He brought his eyes to hers, she was on her knees beside him on the couch. Her innocent smile made his heart squeeze with guilt. She was so full of light and purity, he was dark and filled with destruction. This beautiful little girl needs to stay away from him before he drags her into his dark world for the demons to rip her apart, but no matter how many times he pushes her away she comes right back–like a moth to a flame.
Carnage stood and dropped the cigarette butt. “Stay here. I have to go. I’ll take you home tomorrow, the streets are a dangerous place after dark.”
The night was cold, but his heart was frozen.
“Okay, please take care Ryat. I’ll be here waiting for you,” Meira sat properly and smiled.
He didn’t respond, he didn’t even turn to look at her, he just walked out. Carnage didn’t even pay attention to his friends who were busy running around in their underwear spraying water from a hose at each other.
They noticed him and wanted to ask what’s up, but seeing where he was going they knew not to interfere or interrupt him. Carnage was bound to come talk to them anyway.
Ryat walked to the shed in the middle of the backyard and opened the big padlock with a key he brought, next to the shed was three conjoined pens with noisy pens. He entered the shed that was dark inside and closed the door behind him, he walked inside and moved a blue drum. There was a door on the ground with another padlock. He opened that one too, it revealed a concrete staircase illuminated by purple light. He soundlessly descended the stairs, dropping the wooden door behind him, and the sight he met woke every dark creature in his heart up.
There she was, the girl he once loved. She was naked, chains wrapped tightly around her body like a harness and duck tape around her mouth. Mascara stained her face, she trembled in fear as she looked down at the tank of rabid piranhas waiting to be fed. She was hung up by a single chain attached to the ones on her wrist by a hook.
“Did you miss me, Angel?”
Every bone in her body shook. That voice sent terrifying chills running through her. She started sobbing and looked over at the boy, now a man, whom she had sent to prison. He was a tall stud muffin, smirking in the dark purple light with arms folded across his wide chest.
Tonight was her last night on earth, and she knew he was gonna make it hurt because Ryat was a professional at inflicting agonizing pain on others. He was gonna make her regret ever looking at him. ?? ??? Füçked with a Bloodlust B*st*ard and went scott-free. God have mercy on her…
Because he won’t.
