Lovelyn slipped a car key secretly into his
pocket, hardening the kiss while her arms went
to his neck to wrap gently.
Reno had to turn his back on them, and the
beauty of the fireworks in the sky continued
sparkling till they pulled away from each other.
Richie rested his forehead on hers, and she
chuckled, still holding on to his neck.
“I’m thinking of giving birth outside this country”
she said.
“Where do you wanna go?” He asked.
“Spain, we’re gonna fly out when my due date is
in a week” she replied, and he kissed her
forehead.
“Done” he whispered and hugged her tightly,
both smiling happily.
Five months ago, if anyone told them they’d be
each other’s air, they’d have strongly denied, but
here they are, clinging on to each other.
No doubt, they need each other to live, and as
far as they both know, nothing is ever
separating them anymore cos even after death,
they’d journey to the afterlife together.
Their feelings will last till the end of everything.
They broke the hug, and Lovelyn smiled as their
eyes mirrored.
Just like it has always been since their first
meeting, their heartbeats are echoing in their
chests.
“Your perfume hasn’t stopped driving me crazy”
she whispered, and he giggled, holding her
waist.
“Your lips hasn’t stopped driving me crazy too”
“My lips?” She blinked, and he brought out her
lipstick from his pocket.
“This!” She gasped surprisingly.
“Still remember?” He smiled.
“Yeah. The one that fell from me by your car
window the day we first met, I can still
remember running away like flash!” She replied,
and he laughed, taking his forehead away from
hers.
“Well I picked it, and since that day, I’ve been
wanting to kiss your lips everyday. I mean,
they’re so cutely red” he said sincerely, and she
blushed.
“So it was love at first sight for you too?” She
said, looking at him lovingly.
“Yeah, baby” he replied, and she smiled widely,
but then he remembered he felt something in
his pocket earlier apart from lipstick.
He quickly inserted his hand again and brought
out the key she slipped in earlier.
“What’s… this?” He asked surprisingly.
“Your little birthday gift, it’s a small car” she
smiled.
“No. No Lovie, I …
“Shhh” she placed a finger on his lips.
“You once got me a car too when I was at my
lowest, and you even changed my wardrobe.
You offered paying my school fees and buying
me a house too but I was the one who declined.
Please don’t reject this. I h@të the idea of you
always riding a taxi to work” she said
pleadingly, the he sighed.
“Lovie”
“Baby” she replied, and he hugged her once
again.
“Thanks so much, I’m glad I have you” he said,
and she hugged him back in relief.
“I love you more” she said, and he giggled.
They stayed some more minutes before leaving,
and immediately they left, the old padlock seller
came by, smiling as she watched their
backsides.
“So beautiful” she muttered.

SECOND DAY, GRAVEYARD*
The family of three came out of Richie’s new
car when it drove in.
They’re all holding flowers for the dead, and
they walked to Finn Kang’s grave which got
rebuilt already.
“Dad, how have you been?” Hwasa said,
squatting as she dropped her flowers.
“I feel like things will get easier for I am mum
now. We found my twin” she said, and Richie
squatted beside her, dropping his.
“I wish I met you, I’m your carbon copy” he said,
and Mrs. Kang squatted in their middle.
She looked at her babies, then they both hugged
her from each side in their squatting positions.

THREE WEEKS LATER, HAN MANSION*
“Oh my Füçking gawd!” Bernie screamed in his
room, and Everest had to rush out of his room
to go meet him.
He’s currently dressing up for school but not in
uniform.
He dressed Sëx¥ and even sprayed his hair pink,
giving him a more dashing look.
Exams ended last week, and today is the
graduation party!
“Why the Füçk did you yell like that?” Everest
asked, and he showed him his phone screen.
The final exams results came out just now, and
instead of his usual C, he got just one C and two
Bs, then the rest are all As.
“Füçk!” Everest gasped shockingly.
Bernie snatched the phone from him and rushed
out of the room to his dad’s study where he met
him having his coffee.
“Dad! Dad just look at this!” He showed him the
results impatiently, and Mr. Han removed his
glasses to be sure of what he’s seeing.
“You did well” he finally said the words Bernie
has always been dying to hear from him, and
Bernie’s eyes widened.
Mr. Han looked up with a bright smile.
“Good job” he said, and Bernie smiled widely.
“Thanks, dad” he said proudly and started
walking out.
“Son” Mr. Han suddenly called, and he turned
back immediately.
“I’m sorry for how bad I treated when your mum
was still here. The disowning I threatened to do
and everything… forgive me whenever you feel
like doing it” he said, and Bernie almost couldn’t
believe his ears.
Did his dad just apologize to him?
“Dad” he said emotionally and rushed to him.
Mr. Han stood, and he hugged him, crying like a
kid.
“It took you long enough to come around” he
sobbed.
“I’m sorry, son” Mr. Han smiled remorsefully.
From the door, Everest was watching with a big
smile.
“Finally” he sighed, and his phone beeped.
He checked to see the message he’s been
expecting, from the Seoul general police
division.
He’s to come for his appointment letter
tommorow.
“Yes!” He jumped and started jubilating.
Bernie came out of the study immediately, and
Everest faced him.
“Congratulations on your graduation, kiddo” he
said, and Bernie hugged him tightly.
“Thanks for all your tutoring throughout my
exams. I wouldn’t have done well if not for it.
Dad called me his son for the first time and
apologized to me, today is my happiest day
alive. I love you Everest” he said emotionally,
and Everest smiled widely before hugging him
back.
“I love you too, kid bro”

JAILHOUSE*
A warden could be seen distributing food round
the cells of criminals, and the hungry wolves
devoured every bit of it immediately it landed in
their hands.
She finished the general cells and pushed the
food troll to a dark angle where a small tight
room is.
There’s just one person in the room. Jillian!
She’s looking so wretched and pitiful in the tight
room, backing the wall.
Her right hand is gone so only the left one is on,
and she can’t even take food with it.
The warden had to slip in her food through the
space below the door, then her water.
“Ex…cuse…me” Jillian’s voice was barely
inaudible as she spoke.
“What?” The warden replied.
“Can I get… poisoned? Please” Jillian mumbled,
and the warden shook her head before walking
away.
“Please… poison” Jillian sobbed.

HORIZON HIGHSCHOOL*
Though it’s the graduation party of the seniors,
a lot of juniors still crashed the party, so the
school is full to the brim.
The speech is going on in the hall already, and
the principal will soon drop the microphone.
The hall is filled with the graduating students
though a lot are flexing around the school.
Chloe entered the hall with a big smile, and she
met Mira who’s coming out.
“Oh…sorry” Mira said and took another angle,
but Chloe pulled her back.
“Your lipstick is smeared, did you kiss Vista?”
She smiled, and Mira hasn’t replied when she
wiped the smeared part of her lips.
“Done” she said, and Mira smiled slightly.
“I’m…
“Where are you going out to? C’mon let’s wait till
the end of the speech” Chloe cut her off and
pulled her back into the hall.
Mira smiled, feeling so happy as she followed
her.
Immediately they sat, the principal dropped the
mic, and the head of the school committee took
over hand over the awards.
“Best male graduating student who aced all
subjects throughout his stay in this school
without a single bad record, it goes to… Jeremy
Fiennes” he announced, and everyone began
clapping loudly.
“Baby!!!’ Hwasa shouted as he started walking
to the stage to take the award, and he blew her
a kiss before taking it.
“At the best female graduating student, there are
three, and they’d be called according to the
ranks” the announcer said.
“Chloe Shin” he called.
“Oh m g!!! Go girl!!!!!” Mira and Hwasa cheered
with the other students.
“You’re the best boo!” Savage screamed louder
than the rest, and she was laughing till she got
to the stage and took it.
“Hwasa Kang” the announcer called again, and
another loud scream happened.
“You’re the best twin!” Richie shouted from
beside Mrs. Kang
Mrs. Kang stood from the middle of the crowd
and started waving her hands in the air proudly.
“You deserve it swii!!!!” Mira screamed.
“Yoo!!!!’ Chloe shouted.
“I love you Joyce!” Jeremy shouted, and she
was blushing as she received hers.
“Lovelyn Kim” the last name came, and the
screams doubled from everyone in the hall as
Lovelyn entered the hall immediately.
Her pregnancy is showing already, but thanks to
the academic gown, she’s covered.
“That’s my girl!!!” Richie shouted, and she
smiled at him, bundling her long gown in hand
as she walked to the stage.
“Miss preggie!!!!!!!” Hwasa and Chloe shouted.
“Preggo pregger!!!” Mira and Vista added, and
everyone laughed till ate got to the stage and
took hers.
The photos session started, and the stage
became a photo booth as everyone took a spot.
Everest came with Mr. Han to snap with Bernie
who’s so hyper, and they were still on it when
Dolly appeared in front of him.
“Not again” he said
“You’re smiling today!” She said surprisingly.
“I’m not totally frowny” he replied, and she gave
him flower bouquet.
“Congratulations, senior” she smiled.
“Thanks, junior” he replied, and he turned to
leave, but he drew her back to his side this time,
and her eyes widened.
“Everest, snap us” he winked at him, and Everest
did it sharply.
She looked up at him, and he winked cutely,
making her heart skip beats.
He’s handsome!
Lovelyn kept snapping and snapping with
almost everyone and Richie almost didn’t get a
chance to snap a personal picture with her.
Celine walked past her, and she pulled her back.
“We should snap together” she said, and Celine
blinked.
Richie snapped them, and Celine smiled lightly
as she faced her.
“Thanks, I’ll forever value the picture” she said,
and Lovelyn gave her a big smile.
Ruby sat alone, no one wants to snap with her,
and she almost broke into tears when Kim Won
stepped in.
“Why are you sitting alone?” He asked.
“Dad” she spranged up.
“Dad!” Lovelyn rushed to them, and Ruby turned
her face to the ground.
“A picture won’t hurt” he said, and they both
stood by his sides.
Richie snapped a picture of them, and Kim Won
gave flowers to both of them before leaving to
talk with the principal.
Lovelyn was about to leave with Richie when
Ruby talked.
“I’m sorry”
It came in a mutter, but Lovelyn turned
immediately she heard, and she saw tears in her
eyes.
“Not now, Ruby. I’m planning to forgive you as
my stepsister, but not now. I still can’t stand
you, I see your mother each time I look at you”
she said.
“I understand” Ruby nodded, and Lovelyn finally
left with Richie.
“Finally got to snap with you after so long” he
said, and she smiled as he slipped an arm on
her waist.
“Thanks for gracing my day, I love you” she
said, and he kissed the top of her head before
giving her a soft one on the lips.
“I love you too sweetheart”
They faced the camera at once, and the light
shone on their faces
He suddenly carried her, and she squealed.
“Richie!”
“Shhh” he hushed, and she smiled, staying still
in his arms as another picture clicked.

7PM, ARCADE*
Tonight is the night the lovebirds planned to
walk the arcade till the end, so they’re currently
on the path already, hand in hand as they
strolled.
As usual at every visit, the moon sat
magnificently on the sky, gracing then with
illumination as the cold night breeze blew
around.
“You’re not feeling cold, are you?” Richie asked,
and Lovelyn quickly shook her head.
“I’m wearing two sweaters remember? And
you’re right here. Your warmness crowns it all”
she said, and he stroked her hair slowly before
they continued their walk under the moonlight.
“Tonight is so sweet” she said.
“Every night is always sweet with you” he
replied.
“Exactly my point baby” she said, and they
laughed as she held his arm tighter.
“You still haven’t told me what Everest did” she
said.
“That crazy boy tried to slice my head open to
see what’s inside” he replied.
“What!” He gasped.
“He’s crazy, but he’s good at the same time,
can’t keep hating him after everything he did for
me” he replied.
“Right” she nodded, and he sighed.
Few more steps brought them to the arcade end,
and he suddenly stopped
He faced her, and she looked up at his face.
“Lovie, … I promise never to to anything to hurt
you, and i want you to trust that” he said.
“Forever, you’re the best one for me” she replied.
“I’ll take care of you and our baby for the rest of
my life, and I’ll love you both with equal length”
he said, and he smiled.
“I really wanted a grand proposal, but I’m not
very rich anymore” he said, and bright white and
red lights suddenly came on around them plus
beautiful balloons on a colourful white bed full
of flowers and roses, several colours.
There’s a big teddy sitting on the bed, and on
the chest of the white teddy, LET’S GET
MARRIED, SWEETHEART was written boldly.
Lovelyn’s eyes widened, and she turned back to
Richie only to see him holding a shinny ring box
already.
Her eyes widened more, and he went on a knee
before looking up at her.
“Marry me, Lovie” he whispered, and Lovelyn
covered her mouth with her palms first, taking
three steps away from him.
“Oh my gawd baby!” She started jumping like a
kid, so freaking happy and excited at what she’s
seeing.
“Gawd!” She gasped again, and Richie smiled at
her cuteness.
Pregnancy really looks too good on her.
She was still covering her mouth with an hand
when she retracted the steps and gave him the
second hand
He inserted the ring and kissed it.
He was still on a knee when she hugged his
head to her big tummy, stroking his hair
affectionately.
“I’ve found my world, no going back. You’re my
world, Richie, and I can’t love you less, big baby”
