They might kill you….us ”Kayla knelt before her dad
“what ’bout the baby?”Jenne asked
Kayla faced Matt whose eyes are on the floor like he was reading something down there
“dad?”Kayla whispered
“you don’t expect me to tell you to get rid of my grandchild, do you ”Matt faced her
“you can’t possibly do that”he added with a little smile and Kayla laughed in tears, hugging him
“we’ll take care of it together, Kennedy loves you and he’ll come back for you”Matt said
“what ’bout school?”Jenne asked “i’ll say forget school till the baby’s birthed. You can just leave this country to avoid people’s gossip”she added
“how?”Kayla blinked
Jenne smiled sadly “i swear I’ll miss you. The Korea lover”she smiled

Jenevieve walked in with a male guard by her side,she rolled eyes at him before heading for the staircase
“and where have you been?”Mrs Charles walked out of the kitchen
“I went on a date”Jenne replied without looking back,she disappeared from her mother’s sight
“where did you find her”Mrs Charles faced the guard
“on her way home,she was walking alone”he replied with a slight bow
“I told you guards a countless times, always stay around her!”Mrs Charles shouted and smiled walking back to the kitchen. “She went on a date, that’s good”

A male’s shadow was seen through the help of the street lights

Matt sighed and moved closer to her,he held her shoulders making her raise her head
“It wasn’t you or Kennedy’s fault. The baby in there is yours. And you’ve always been lucky.mom’s gonna be proud of you in heaven okay?”he assured,she smiled
“now what’s that word Geum Jan Di’s family and friends say to assure her?”Matt winked,she laughed
“Fighting”She raised her fist to the air and brought it down at once,her knuckles facing her

They stayed like that for seconds,then it turned into minutes

Kayla came out of the house. She’s dressed smartly and even though she’s pregnant,she’s still that cute Kayla

She’s presently heading for the mall to get things for her dad who’s still a cab driver
“I’m gonna surprise you tonight with your favorite dad, thanks”she smiled and left the house boarding a taxi
“to Lee’s shopping mall”she said and breathed as the driving calmed her
They got to a crowded area and the driver hit the horn angrily “what now?”he shouted impatiently
“calm down sir”Kayla smiled,he returned it through the mirror above
“I hate delaying my passengers, lemme go see what’s wrong”he said and she nodded wondering how a Korean speak good English like a white
Kayla unlocked her phone, Ken’s photo is still there “where did they relocate to?”She wondered looking towards the window
A cab is out there,just like her Father’s and the crowd kept on increasing
Kayla got out of the cab and joined the crowd
“what’s happening?”she asked a Korean woman, the woman turned to her and widened her eyes staring at Kayla’s swollen tummy

A teenager pregnant,not like it was her fault or the damn Kennedy’s fault

“ohhh, a man had an accident, that taxi”the woman pointed to Matt’s cab

“you can’t go further miss” An officer pushed her gently away
More cops are around and they’re investigating
Kayla kept on pushing to see and she gasped when the dead man was brought out of the one-sided damaged vehicle
“that’s the black shirt dad put on today…. That’s not dad,right??”she pulled the cop by the collar
Matt’s body was placed on a stretcher and Kayla screamed
“no dad! Dad! No! No”she started running after the moving stretcher
“miss you can’t…”other cops held her

“calm down you’re pregnant”one said
“so? You wanna father the child? What’s your füç?in’ business if I’m pregnant. No tell me motherfüç?er!” she screamed crazily
“this is cray cray”a white cop said with hands akimbo
“you’re all cray cray, release me my dad… aaaahhh, my baby…my baby”Kayla paced holding her belly
Women rushed into the scene,few nurses entered too. The road became completely blocked
“no don’t take dad away! nooo”Kayla screamed as the stretcher was placed in the ambulance
Kayla was made to sit on something comfortable as the women worked on her
“just breath in and out”the woman who explained earlier said
Kayla tried doing that,she did it for five seconds and flared up again
“i can’t breathe,i füç?in’ can’t breathe. My dad is taken away from me, he’s dead. I can’t breathe arrrrrrhhhhhh”she screamed
“she’s sure gonna lose her senses”a male nurse said
“you’ll lose your mind”Kayla tried hitting him but he moved away

Naive Kayla was just confused being sorrounded by Korean women, she could only hear their voices as she screamed both in agony and pain

“K..Kieran”Kayla whispered to one of the women as the woman placed the little baby before her
