Her mother set her on a blind date. She smiled fakely and walked to him,at the far end he’s seated, waiting patiently
Immediately he saw her,he smiled and stood up
“Jenevieve Charles?”he asked pulling out a chair for her
“Thanks, I’ve got hands”Jenne said and pulled the chair completely for herself,she sat down
He looked at her before raising his hands in surrender,he walked back to sit across her, still keeping that lazy smile
“I’m…”he tried introducing
“I know Michael Jackson, funny you share same name with the late American singer Jackson”she cut in again. He managed to smile
“Lets go straight to business,I can’t possibly start a darn relationship with your arse, I don’t know you and we can never work out cause you’re not my type so whatever my mom bribed you with should be between you and her and I’ll advise you run away with the money she gave you or you’re doomed”Jenne said and stood up not waiting for a reply
“and thanks for the time wasted”she added and walked away, leaving him speechless
As Jenne got outside,her personal guard opened the Volvo door for her
“your mother’s sure gonna be mad”He said
“I’m used to that”Jenne replied and entered. The guard sighed and shut the door closed
•Back To Seoul,South Korea~Happy Restaurant•
Kayla had just washed the plates,she cleaned her hands on her dress before exhaling
As she uncapped a bottle of water….
“More are in,go get them”Madam Won appeared
“buh… I just washed..”Kayla stammered almost getting choked
“I said more are in the customers section,you just washed piles of plates,so?Are customers not coming or do you plan on chasing them all away?”Won snapped and she shook her head immediately
Won walked away and she released the breath she didn’t know she’s been holding till now. She better look for a better job with a better human
“Pinnie do something”she muttered as she walked

“momma said dad’s gonna come soon…very soon”Kieran muttered eating the already sliced cucumber in his flask, Jane’s eating too
One hand is holding a red velvet cake and icecream waffles is in the other hand. Kieran never looked at her hand,he was raised that way
“see? Everyone must have a dad”Jane smiled, Kieran nodded, picking the last slice before covering up
“I’m sure your dad will be nice, unlike mine”Jane said,before Kieran could say a word….
“Jane!”Someone called,they looked at the direction. There’s Jane’s mom standing by the longue door
“ Mom”Jane squealed pulling Kieran along
“meet Kieran,my best friend”Jane said
“Good afternoon Jane’s mom”Kieran smiled
“awwwn,he’s cute”The young woman said. Maybe Kayla’s mate or just a little age gap
“There’s my momma”Kieran ran to Kayla who was just coming,he jumped on her
“He’s childish”Jane muttered
“He’s cute”her mother replied
“Yeah,I’m a year older”Jane bragged as Kayla and Kieran walked up to them

“tomorrow’s Saturday,how bout we visit the theme park?”Kayla suddenly questioned. Kieran widened his eyes a bit
“what bout the restaurant…Mrs Won”he asked
“Mrs Won and the restaurant can wait,my dark haired first”Kayla tapped his nose and he giggled
“you’re the best dark haired”Kayla smiled

“wow it’s beautiful”Kieran gushed
“It is”Kayla smiled,they just arrived and have done everything necessary,so now,it’s enjoyment time
“A roller coaster! Can I momma?”Kieran screamed giving her those puppy eyes
“Jeez Eddy. You’ll trick one into stealing with those cute eyes”Kayla laughed
“yeah, Eddy dark haired’s momma”Kieran pouted. Kayla blinked,she just said Eddy?

“don’t say no momma,I won’t get injured, promise”Kieran made more cute faces
“c’mon I brought you here to have fun. Go on”Kayla made the fighting sign
“yeah!”Kieran ran to Join the queue
Kayla walked to the icecream stand
“wowwww”Claire gushed as she came down from a black Mercedes with Kennedy
“pfft”Kennedy scoffed with a fake frown
“You’re angry I brought you to watch children,is that how you hate children? I love children bro,you must love them”Claire scoffed
“didn’t say I hate ’em sister,get married and have kids,then I’ll know you love children”Kennedy rolled his eyes crossing arms
“cause you don’t have a child? Don’t worry oppa you’ll come to love children more than I do when you have six”Claire winked and put on her sunglasses
“Says one who has ten”Kennedy said sarcastically
“wait isn’t that Kyla?’Claire pointed to the spot Kayla stood licking icecream. She pronounces Kayla as ‘Kyla’
Kennedy’s brows narrowed spotting Kayla,he didn’t move,he just watched her like a movie
Kayla on the other hand looked at his direction and she widened her eyes
Staring at the once cute, harmless Eddy is now making her heart skip in fear
Kayla rushed to the queue and pulled Kieran who’s bout getting on the ride
“momma it’s my turn”Kieran said in annoyance
“please baby,let’s leave now. We’ll come back some other time,buh now? Lets leave”Kayla pleaded squatting before him
“but why now?”Kieran frowned
Kayla almost answered him when a domineering voice sounded behind her
“you got a child?”
Kayla gasped and turned to Kennedy. There he is, standing like the scary man he is…..his stupid scent taking control
Kennedy’s eyes never left the cute little guy holding his mother firmly in fear or maybe the ‘xenophobia’ way
But this guy looks so much like him. The resemblance?

“you… took in…. Kayl?”Kennedy’s eyes darted to Kayla. Shocked,Calm and unsure
Kayla stood straight, tightening her hold on Kieran
Her hands started shaking, infact she trembled
Now why’s she scared of him? She füç?in’ can’t tell
Kayla heaved a deep sigh and looked at Kennedy. Both brown eyes locked and she finally gathered the courage she’s been praying for
“Yes, I’m a mom. You wanna know right? Kayla Moore’s a mother and I know where you wanna go to….that the child is yours. Listen Mr. Kennedy Jerkins,the child isn’t yours and he’ll never be yours”She rushed her words
Kennedy frowned
