The kiss lasted for what felt like an eternity, their lips parting only for brief moments to catch their breath.

They explored each other’s mouths with a gentle urgency,, their tongues intertwining in a dance of passion and desire.

Emerald nibbled and sucked on Lyric’s lips, earning a little mo@n from her.

“Füçk” Lyric mo@ned in pleasure. Emerald eventually broke the kiss and went below her jaw,, placing wet kisses and bites on her neck.

Lyric immediately bit her bottom lip,, feeling cr@zy sparks all over her body as he kissed her neck softly. She didn’t understand why she was feeling that way, even though she knew it was forbidden.

Lyric knew she had to put an end to it, before things spiraled even further out of control.

She shakily grabbed Emerald’s hand and removed it from her body,, carelessly flinging it aside.

“P!ss off already. We can’t.. i don’t.. Ahhh!!” Lyric abruptly stopped him,, shaking her head at how wrong the whole situation was.

“d@mn. You’re even hótter when you’re fake m@d” Emerald claimed her lips again,, more hungrily and desperately this time.

As good as the kissing was, and as wonderful as it felt to have Emerald’s hands wandering all over her body, Lyric eventually came back to her senses and pushed him away from herself.

“Let go. This is so wrong” She warned.

“But we both enjoyed it right?? Well,, i’m sorry if i confused you in anyway. It’ll never happen again,, i promise” Emerald said and Lyric blinked rapidly. Did he just apologise to her?

“Stay away from me. I want nothing to do with you. What just happened between us was a mistake.. a terrible mistake. This is terribly wrong,, no,, i can’t do this to Mom..” Lyric muttered, then scurried away.

Emerald had so much on his mind that he could barely think straight,, but there was one thing that he couldn’t ignore or deny about the kiss that he shared with Lyric.

And it was that he actually enjoyed it.

⟨MORNING⟩

Lyric was sleeping soundly like a queen when suddenly, confetti rained down on her from above,, startling her awake. She smiled as she slowly opened her eyes.

“Happy birthday Lyric!!!” The girls screamed, showering her with roses and glitters.

They were mostly her course mates from college,, while others were teenage girls from her estate who were informed about her birthday.

“Guys. You remembered..” Lyric slowly sat up from her bed,, wiping tears from her eyes as she saw the streamers and balloons that her friends had hung in her room while she slept.

“Happy birthday baby boo!!!” Raspberry said as she walked in with a beautiful,, frosted cake that had a candle carved in the shape of the number *20*.

The scent of sweet icing and fresh baked cake filled the room,, making everyone’s mouths water.

“Thanks so much guys!! You guy’s don’t know how much this means to me. You all deserve kisses on your cheeks. I’m glad we met in this universe. Thank you..” Lyric smiled widely.

“We too.. C’mon blow your candle, before it goes out and don’t forget to make a wish” North said.

“Wish to have a boyfriend before you grow old”

“Wish for a new car”

“Wish to loose your *V* card 🤣”

“Wish for your Prince charming to appear right in front of you before the end of this semester”

“Wish for Happiness..”

Lyric closed her eyes for a few seconds and opened it,, before blowing the candle and the girls screamed m@dly.

Others left for their various houses immediately Lyric blew the candle,, leaving her with Berry and North.

“Can’t believe Lyric turned 20 before me. How can you be a year older than i am..” North groaned.

“Well.. You’re lucky you remember your date of birth. Unlike me,, who only remembers her name and her grandma’s face” Raspberry muttered,, trying to fight back the tears that were battling to fall at that moment.

“C’mon. Don’t be a party pooper. Everything is gonna be fine. Sooner or later,, all your memories will come back to you” Lyric pecked her cheek and ruffled her hair like an elder sister will do to her younger one.

“The party starts in 5 hours.. Let’s get ready, we need to use 2 hours checking who’s bre@st is bigger in the bathroom,, an hour in your make up room and then 2 hours to put on our dresses. We must make everyone drool.. some people must f@int today” Raspberry said and stood up from the bed.

“But i want to have a taste of my cake first..” Lyric pouted.

“You can do that later, c’mon. For now,, listen to berry and let’s get ready” North said.

“One sec..” Lyric said and picked up her phone from her bed. She sighed disappointedly when she saw no text message from her mum.

“She left without telling me goodbye. And today, she didn’t even bother wishing me a happy birthday??” She mumbled and kept her phone before joining the girls in the bathtub.

Kingsley sat down tiredly on the floor while breathing heavily. He was sweating so much that his hair was sticking to his face,, making him look hót.

Since he woke up,, he has been exercising,, trying to cool his nerves. He hasn’t been himself this days.

Something has been running through his mind.. or it might be a certain someone 😉.

“Time to get back to work..” After taking a short break,, Kingsley was about to resume his press-ups, when the door suddenly burst open and Luxury, one of his séx toys walked in.

Luxury glared at him and stood up from the chair. Without a word,, she picked her bag which laid on the floor and began marching towards the door.

“Füçk you. A$$hole. Once you’re back to your senses,, you’ll come back begging…” She gave him the *F.U* finger and left,, slamming the door loudly behind her.

Kingsley dipped his hands into his already messy hair and gro@ned frustratingly.

⟨TESSA’S APARTMENT⟩

Tessa sat in front of the mirror as she did her makeup. She was putting on an extremely short gown that barely covered her @$$ with a transparent top that revealed the bra she was putting on.

“I’m pretty,, way more prettier than her.. Then why her and not me?? What’s so special about her??” Tessa muttered to herself.

She turned sideways and stared at her back view before turning front. She looked at her face and her lips.

“Thought i’m not good looking,, i have a nice shape and séxy curves. Then why not me,, why her!!!!” She screamed and pushed all her breakable bottled colognes to the ground.

It shattered into pieces.

She ran her hands through her hair and picked up her phone,, placing a group call across to her friends. They picked up at once.

“Hey Tess..” Quincy said,, surprised by Tessa’s call. She never calls them,, they just go to her willingly.

“Don’t tell me you’re up to something b@d again. If it involves pushing someone off the roof and stabbing them,, count me out. You may deny it,, but you and i know you were the one that hurt Lyric. I still wonder why she didn’t report you..” Mona Lisa said,, and Tessa just hissed and rolled her eyes.

“And so? It’s not like she d!ed or anything. She brought it upon herself the very day she decided to ste@l what’s rightfully mine. Floyd is mine,, get it??” Tessa replied sharply.

“Wh@tëver!. Just count me out of your m@dness. I’m too young to be serving times behind bars. I haven’t even graduated from college yet,, naaah” Mona Lisa said and hanged up on her. Quincy cleared her throat afterwards to ease the awkwardness in the air.

“So Tess. Do you have anything planned?” Quincy asked.

“You girls should just get ready. We have a birthday party to ruin. And make sure you arrive on time,, i can’t do this all alone. Lyric Dunlop watch your back,, the w@r has just started…” Tessa smirked ev!ly. She folded her fists tightly and gritted her teeth.

⟨AN HOUR LATER••XSCAPE CONDO⟩

Dwayne was munching on sushi, while pressing his phone with the other hand. Floyd was laying on the couch with his headset on as he typed on his laptop.

“Dude, which color should we rock at Lyric’s party?” Dwayne asked as he kept his phone and stood up.

“Let’s rock grey” Floyd said as he stopped typing too and opened his wardrobe.

“No,, a white shirt on black skinny jeans will be way more cooler. I love the color white” Dwayne said,, shaving his face while looking at the mirror.

Floyd brought out a white denim jacket and placed it on his bed. A smile spread across his face when Lyric’s face flashed in his mind.

“What’s up with that creepy smile? Don’t tell me.. lemme guess. You’re so exited to see Lyric. Even though you know her step dad doesn’t like you” Dwayne chuckled. Floyd looked away and nodded shyly.

“Hey. Uhmm. Can you teach me how to.. to.. to kiss a girl” Floyd stuttered and stood up.

Dwayne pinched his cheeks,, trying to find out if his ears were playing tricks on him. But,, they weren’t.

“First of all, are you tryna give Lyric a kiss as her birthday present. And secondly,, you just asked the right person. I know i’ve never dated before,, but i know a lot concerning this topic” Dwayne said.

“But.. i think might mess up. I’m really terrible in this trying to *woo* a girl kinda thing. I’ve never felt like this before..” Floyd said and blinked innocently.

“Come here, I’ll teach you!” Dwayne said and Floyd moved closer to him.

“First,, your breath. You can’t kiss a girl with a bad breath,, it might turn her off. You have to ensure you breath smiles like candy” Dwayne said, checking his teeth and tongue.

“Okay… This is how it’s gonna be. I’ll pretend to be you,, and you’ll play the role of a girl. Okay?” Dwayne said

“Okay” Floyd nodded..

“So first imagine you’re all alone with Lyric in a room. You just grab her by the wrist and slam her back on the wall, slowly. Then raise both your hands up,, caging her to the wall” Dwayne said, demonstrating it on Floyd.

Dwayne’s both hands were on the wall, caging Floyd as he gave him free tutorials..

“Then the next thing is for you to have a cool.. but yet n@ughty smile. Stare deeply into her eyes and make sure she’s in the mood. About your lips,, you lick it and smack it so loudly that her attention will be shifted from you to your séxy lips” Dwayne continued,, doing exactly what he was explaining.

Floyd just nodded, paying full attention.

“Then you lean close like this,, not breaking the intense stare” Dwayne said, leaning closer to Floyd.

“And then you just-”

The door suddenly swung open and a maid came in. She wanted to clean the room,, since she suspected that Dwayne and Floyd must have left.

She abruptly stopped on her tracks when she saw them in that weird position. She quickly looked away and bowed.

Both Dwayne and Floyd blinked severally, staring at her and the maid just remained still.

“Sorry for interrupting, Boss. I thought you must have left. I apologise for barging in that way. You may get back to what you were doing” She bowed again and left.

“Hey. Wait… wait!! It’s not what you think!!!” Floyd and Dwayne chorused.

⟨DUNLOP RESIDENCE••1PM SHARP⟩

The whole mansion was booming with music here and there as the students came in. All of them looking pulchritudinous in their own way.

Some were dressed cutély and handsomely while some were dressed Bîtchily and their faces looked as if they were ran over by a make up truck.

Inside the huge living room,, a HAPPY BIRTHDAY LYRIC was pasted stylishly on the wall. Almost immediately,, Floyd and Dwayne walked in.

“They came??”

“It’s Xscape”

“Füçk,, they’re so handsome!!”

“Floyd never dissapoints. He’s so hót”

“Dwayne marry me!!!”

“A night in Dwayne’s bed is all i dream for”

Floyd sighed. Just the thought that Lyric might not feel the same about him was k!lling him inside.

“How does it feel like to be at your crush house?” Dwayne teased.

“Can you not do this. C’mon!!!” Floyd rolled his eyes.

“Let’s go and sit there” Dwayne said and they went to an empty table with girls drooling and taking pictures of them.

They ordered a few drinks and chatted as they waited for the party to begin. Dwayne looked at the entrance and his mouth dropped to the floor when his eyes landed on North and Raspberry who were just entering.

He nearly undressed North with his hard gaze.

“Füçk. What is she wearing!” His mind screamed

Floyd traced his line of sight and his jaw dropped to the floor too.

Raspberry was busy discussing with North as they walked in. They were putting on a tight purple gown that exposed their beautiful curves and they dyed their hair purple,, letting it drop freely on their back.

“Hey guys!!” Berry said when she got to them.

“You look stunning!!!” Floyd complemented and both of them smiled.

“Thanks hot stuff” Raspberry said and took a seat beside him,, while North sat beside Dwayne.

“Hi” She waved shyly and he waved back with a smile.

Immediately Dwayne turned back to look at North, she was busy munching on the cupcake she saw on the table.

“North??”

North turned to him with wide eyes and stains of chocolate and strawberry crumbs on her lips. Dwayne chuckled when he saw her face.

“Lolzzz. You look like a kid who got caught stealing cupcake” Dwayne said and brought out a handkerchief from his pocket, then began wiping her lips for her.

“It’s better now. I forgot to tell you.. you look good by the way” Dwayne said and flashed her a smile. She jolted on her spot as she stared at him.

“Happy birthday Lyric”

People kept greeting as she walked in and Lyric warmly welcomed them while smiling.

Floyd began staring at her. She was putting on a purple fitted off shoulder gown with black heels and her long hair fell freely on her back and she had a light makeup on.

She was looking cute, Sëx¥ and hót at once.

There was a huge table for gifts,, and it was filled up to the brim already. Almost as tall as Mount Everest.

Floyd stood up and began to approach her. Lyric just smiled,, and was about picking up a pineapple juice box,, when she was suddenly pushed from behind.

She landed roughly on the floor,, crashing into the side dishes and cupcakes. Of course,, she raised her head up only to see Tessa and her minions glaring at her.

“Lyric…” Both Raspberry and North yelled,, about to ran to her aid,, but Dwayne stopped them. He knew a brawl will arise if he let them go.

“Don’t. Floyd will handle it..” He said, and if looks could k!ll,, maybe Tessa and her minions will be 10 feet’s below with the scowls they were receiving from everyone.

“The queen of bullying is here..”

“I wonder who invited her”

“d@mn it. She’s so annoying”

“Happy birthday,, Lyric..” Tessa scoffed and catwalked in,, acting like she owned the place. She stared at the cupcakes and thrashed them one by one.

“Yuck. This is gross…” Quincy tasted the strawberry cupcake and spat it on the floor,, messing it up.

Lyric managed to get herself back together and was about to stand up,, when two figures appeared in front of her.

“Grab my hand,, lemme help you” Emerald and Floyd said in unison.

Lyric stared at both of them with dilated pupils.
