Ceciliaβs eyes widened the more as she went dumb instantly. Her heart began beating so fast due to fear.
β Iβm sorry, boss. Iβm deeply sorry β She said with tears leaving her eyes as Jayden stared at his wet body. It wasnβt just any type of waterβ water she used to mop. He balled his fist tight as he stared at Cecilia.
She went to him and began wiping his white shirt with the rag in her hands. She totally forgot.
Jaydenβs eyes grew even wider.
β Youβ¦ β He made to shout but he calmed down. Cecilia realized what she did and quickly bent her head. β Iβm doomed β She said inwardly as she lifted her head a bit to stare at her boss who had an angry look on.
β Iβm sorry β She said again and he sighed heavily before storming out of the office.
Cecilia bit her lower lip slightly.
β Will I get fired?? Gosh, Iβm scared β She muttered again as she began cleaning the spot the water spilled on.

Mu Yul balled his fist more tightly, and so did the man in the black outfit.
β Youβre not leaving here with this soulβ They both chorused and Blueberry raised a brow. He smirked and stood behind Ianβs soul, urging them to take him. Mu Yul stared at Blueberry with a frown trying to figure out what was on his mind.
Ian couldnβt stop crying as he stood in front of people he didnβt even know. He swallowed nothing as he watch Mu Yul take a few steps towards him.
β I might not know who I am, but Iβm very sure you both canβt take this soul from meβ Blueberry said and Mu Yul immediately grabbed Ian by the hands.
β Help me, pleaseβ¦ I donβt wanna die β Ian pleaded as he stared back at Blueberry. Blueberry diverted his gaze from Ian to Mu Yul who was pulling Ian away. He smirked as he suddenly stretched his hands. An unseen force held Mu Yul by the neck, choking him.
Blueberry kept squeezing his hands and that seemed to be affecting Mu Yul. He tried to disappear but the force wouldnβt let him.
β I told you not to test my patience. That soul must live come what may β He waved his hand and Mu Yul almost collided with the wall, but he stood his ground.
The man in black appeared in front of Ian and as soon as he made to touch Ian, a vortex of wind blew him backwards, crashing him against the wall. Ianβs soul ran behind Blueberry as he resumed crying.
Blueberry walked towards the man in black but on getting to him, the man vanished. Mu Yul stood up and made to attack Blueberry, but someone held him from behind.
He looked back with so much anger, but it subsided when he saw who it was; βYeomra, their supremeβ
β You should leave that soul alone β Yeomra said and like that she disappeared with Mu Yul. Blueberry breathed out as he stared at his hands.
β How did I do that?β He wondered, but he was interrupted by Ianβs voice.
β Am I really dead? Will I be able to go back into my body? I canβt diΓ© right now. Mom and Dad died already, leaving me with my grandma, so I canβt die yet. Please help meβ
β Though I saved your soul from leaving this world I donβt know how to make you go back into your body cos I really donβt know who I am or what I can doβ Blueberry replied and Ian began to cry again.

β Letβs go see your friendsβ Blueberry said and led the way. They got into the room together and this time, none of the boys were hiding their tears.
They were crying loudly cause the doctor already announced Ianβs dead. Maikel couldnβt hold the pain anymore and he began gasping for air.
β Maikel!β Nash held him. Devynβs eyes widened as she rushed to him too.
β Maikel!β She called but he wasnβt thinking straight anymore. She immediately faced Ianβs body and landed him a slap.
β Get your @$$ up and look how miserable youβre making us all feel!β She shouted in tears.
β Please do something β Ian held Blueberryβs hands as he cried with his brothers. He couldnβt watch his brothers cry anymore. This actually made him know how important he meant to his brothers.
Blueberry started staring at them one after the other with so many things going through his mind β Who was he? Why was he sent to Earth? What was his mission?β He thought with his eyes closed.
β I donβt know who I am. I guess I was sent to her, but for what reason? No matter what the reason may be, can you please grant Devynβs wish by sending him back to his body?β Blueberry said in his head with his eyes closed. The next thing he heard was a loud cry from everyone. He opened his eyes gently and saw Ianβs eyes were opened.
Blueberry smiled slightly and staggered out of the place. No one even noticed him.
β Ian!β Maikelβs head came back to normal when he saw Ian. He knelt in front of him and hugged him real tight.
β You moronβ¦ I h@tΓ« you!β Maikel cried and his other brothers joined in the hug as they cried on each otherβs shoulders. Devyn cried out of joy as she watched them.
β We can go home. I already called a driver. The next audition is tomorrow, will you still come?β Miss Rachel asked and Maikel stared at Ian who nodded weakly.
β I told Grandmother sheβll be seeing me on TV again so I must keep my promiseβ He replied and Miss Rachel smiled. Valerie immediately pulled Ian into another hug.
β I h@tΓ« such pranks β He muttered and Ian smiled, hugging him back. They disengaged from the hug and left the room with the help of some securities cos their fans and reporters were outside, waiting to know if Ian was awake and what made him collapse on stage.

The reporters kept asking, but they were able to make it to their car successfully with the help of the securities.

Devyn had been smiling ever since the concert. Results for those that passed the first rank would be announced the next dayβ the second day of the audition.
β Thank goodness MARVINS are complete. Thank God nothing happened to Maikel and Ianβ She smiled even broadly but stopped when Blueberry left his room.
β Hey Berry β She waved and he did the same as he approached her. He sat next to her and she smiled again.
β Did you attend the concert?β She asked and he nodded.
β Then why didnβt I see you?β She asked again.
β Oh! I left early. I was sleepy so I rushed back home β He replied while she smiled at him again.
β Donβt ask me why Iβm smiling, something great happened today, thatβs why. You want ice cream? Letβs get it together β She said excitingly.
β No, you should practice more butβ¦β He stopped and stood up.
β But? β She asked.
β Good luck β He answered with a small smile and left for his room.
β Heβs behaving weird β She muttered as she watch him close the door while the door to the sitting room opened and Cecilia rushed inside.
β Mom? Did something happen?β Devyn asked, concerned.
β Something almost happened β She replied β but thank goodness it didnβt. So how was the concert?β She asked.
β Coolβ¦ I played really well and my partner sang really great making us the best partners everβ She smiled.
β I believe with time, youβll use your voiceβ Cecilia said and Devyn nodded gently, pulling her mom into a soft hug.

The boys all sat around the table, staring at Ian to explain what went wrong with him but he still couldnβt give a proper explanation.
β You mean, you just felt like fainting? Are you nuts? Do you know the doctor told us you died? β Nash yelled, tears dropping from the corner of his eyes.

β Are you playing with me? You almost killed me out there! Gosh, Iβve never felt this much pain beforeβ Nash added and Ian pouted.

Valerie faced Nash and held his hands.
β Itβs not his fault. One actually doesnβt know when something bad would happen. If they knew, Iβm sure they would try their possible best to avoid it β Valerie said.
β But dude, that joke was an expensive one. I really h@tΓ« what happened todayβ Alistair muttered sadly.
β You guys should stop it. Stop making Ian feel bad, okay? Itβs all in the past now. At least MARVINS still stands, weβre still complete, isnβt that enough?β Maikel asked and Nash exhaled. The pain he felt back there was second to none.
β Letβs cheer up. We still have tomorrowβ Maikel said and the boys nodded.
β Iβll make dinner with Valerie todayβ Sweetheart said pulling Valerie up and they made to enter the kitchen when Ian spoke. They all faced him.
β I heard the concert this time is different, if a member f*cks up, thereβs a high possibility for elimination. Do you think weβll qualify?β Ian asked.
Nash laughed.
β They must be out of their mindsβ He said as dropped his phone.

β Weβll prove to them why weβre the best boys band in all the music schools in Koreaβ He said and went into his room. Maikel sighed while Rema went to Ian and hugged him.

Lesley walked into her apartment happily. She decided to trek home so it took her a couple of minutes to get home.
She input her passcode and entered the house only to feel that same dark energy. She frowned.

She moved backward in fright.

β Emerald!β Belinda called as she rushed to her.
β What? Did something happen?β Emerald asked while Honesty and Gemma moved their gaze to them.
β I heard if any member f*cks up, thereβs a high possibility of disqualifying themβ¦ β She paused.
β So? β Emerald asked cluelessly.
β I think the Marvins wonβt make it β She said sadly.
β And the new girl, I mean the artificial doll, she played quite well, what about a little game with her fingers?β Gemma whispered into Honestyβs ear and they both giggled.
β What? β Belinda and Emerald asked at once.
β Nothing βThey both replied, and left the sitting room while smirking evilly.

β Youβre all ready?β Harriet asked and her group members nodded.
β Since MARVINS arenβt sure theyβll be on the list, we need to try our best to beat any other human on that stage, including the masked Angelβ Zora said and Elvira nodded.
β Just be yourself okay? Donβt try to copy anyone. You might end up failing because of that and if we do fail, you both are leaving this groupβ Harriet warned.
β You always threaten to send us out, why?β Zora muttered as they left the house.

ALL~STAR MUSIC SCHOOL
Devyn came this time with Blueberry. They waited for Lesley who showed up not long after.
β You prepared?β Lesley asked and Devyn nodded. They turned to enter the auditorium when Blueberry heard his name. He turned and saw Mu Yul so he waited while Lesley and Devyn entered.
β Hey, dude β Mu Yul hit his chest jokingly.
β Are we close to be doing this?β Blueberry asked.
β Iβm sorry about yesterday, okay? I was just obsessed with taking that soul. You should know better, Iβm a grim reaperβ Mu Yul said while Blueberry started leaving.
β Are you sure youβre not gonna talk to me? Because of that? You sure are pettyβ Mu Yul tutted as he went into the auditorium too. They didnβt bother to seat, so they stayed at the back, watching as the students did their things.

Devyn got to the room MARVINS used the previous day and met them there. She smiled slightly upon seeing they were all cool.
Maikel walked to her and her smile widened.
β Sorry I couldnβt listen to you play, but Iβll be all ears todayβ He said and she nodded. She faced the other members and waved at them.
β Good luck β She smiled and left.
β Letβs go hear the results of yesterday then weβll know if weβll be performing todayβ Maikel said and his group members stood up.
β Of course we will, cos they canβt deny we did great. Not like Ian fainted during the show, we were done performing when the incident happened, so I donβt want any of you to have negative thoughtsβ Nash said and led the way.
Ian smiled and followed behind, the others chuckled as they all left the room to the hall. All the particiP@Εts gathered to welcome their results too.
Lesley, Devyn, Blueberry, and Mu Yul all stood at a spot, staring too. Angel, the girl with the veil, stood alone in a corner and was staring at Devyn instead.
The hall became quiet and a curtain was lifted off stage, revealing the faces of the judges. Many hearts started beating fast.
β Good morning students. Iβm Judge Zander Hwang, and here on my right side is Judge Rachel Choi, the two on my left side are Mrs. Park Shin Ah and Mr. Lee Dong Yunβ Judge Zander introduced and the students clapped.
β Firstly.. Iβll congratulate everyone that performed here yesterday and also thank all the spectators. Before todayβs program takes place, the results of the previous program must be announced so weβll know those who are qualified for the third round while the results of today will be announced today and the final show will be tomorrow and the winner takes the awardβ Judge Zander said and the students exhaled.
β Now the first on our list this morning isβ¦ β He stopped and looked at the anxious crowd. Some were praying and their actions only confused Mu Yul and Blueberry.
β Why are they making a huge fuss just because of the results?β Blueberry scoffed.
β The first on our list is MARVINSβ Judge Zander announced.
β Yes!!β Devyn jumped up in excitement as the hall went crΓ zy with screams. Judge Zander chuckled softly as he urged the students to keep mute as he continued calling out the names.

BESTIES came third followed by SPARKLING GIRLS, before SUNSHINE. Gemma swallowed nothing as she balled her fist tight.
β You guys shouldnβt hold grudges, I think the Angel girl deserves it thoughβ Harriet warned her group members who nodded gently. At least, they came third.
β Iβm sure theyβll go crΓ zy β Zora laughed.
β Why not, they left the third position to the fifth β Elvira replied, chuckling.
Devyn and Lesley came out sixth and this continued until the 11th group.
β So out of the 18 particiP@Εts, only eleven made it to the second roundβ Judge Zander said and the students screamed loudly while some became sad.
β Angel was supposed to be disqualified but she wasnβt because the fault was from us. I mean the lights going off and onβ¦ β Judge Zander paused and the students all went mute.
β And finally, MARVINS are disqualified from the show, so Angel comes first β He announced and dropped the mic.
β Are they kidding me? β Nash said angrily while Maikel held him cos Nashβs eyes were red already, reflecting how mad he was.
β No, they canβt be eliminatedβ Devyn shook her head continuously while Mu Yul stared at Blueberry.
β Of course, they canβt. If theyβre eliminated, and If thatβs what will make you sad, then you shouldnβt worryβ Blueberry faced her.
Lesley looked at him with a frown.
