“Anderson..?”
“No! No no it’s not what you think..I..I this must be mom’s lipstick…y..you know how much she loves putting them on and she hugged me before I left..guess that’s how I got it on my collar” he lied smoothly even though he was nervous
“Ohh..I get it,totally get it” she smiled awkwardly
“So.. you were about to say something before we changed the topic and talked about the ‘collar’” he chuckled
“yeah yeah.. let’s sit” she led him to the living room and they sat next to each other
“Sooo..” he looked at her with anticipation
“last night..I…we…I didn’t mean to do it ..Sofie and I,we..” She stuttered not knowing where to begin
“Don’t tell me you want to apologize because you guys went out yesterday…I mean I totally get it, I’m not mad okay?” he smiled at her and held her cheek
“you don’t understand..I..”
“Come on it’s fine,you had fun right? Water under the bridge” he leaned closer to her and pecked her lips

“Shh don’t talk anymore, I’ve missed you” he kissed her and deepened the kiss
Catherine didn’t reciprocate and just sat there letting him do all he wants
“Don’t keep me waiting,kiss me my love” he mumbled
She responded to the kiss and kiss him in the same pace.Anderson held her waist and pulled her to him and she gasped and he used that opportunity to slip his tongue and explore her mouth with it

“No!” she broke the kiss and pushed Anderson off “i’m sorry I can’t…”
“What do you mean you can’t?!” Anderson frowned
“no! I mean we can’t do this here,Aunt Becky is still yet to be back..a..and I don’t want her to find us in this state”
“Okay then let’s go to your room” he smirked and pecked her

“what’s go…you know what,I think I should get going..” he stood up

“Goodnight Cathy” he kissed her cheek and left
Catherine sighed and went to look the door and went upstairs to sleep

MADDISON’S HOUSE
“Good morning my love” Maddison pecked Mr Xuan’s cheek and smiled sweetly at him
Mr Xuan sat up and looked at her “I need to go”
“W..why? I thought you were going to spend the weekend with me” she whined
“Maddison,this needs to come to an end… it’s hurting my wife, it’s time I be there for my wife” He muttered
“Wh..What? So..so you’re going back to your wife after using me? I’m no longer important to you?!” tears prickled in her eyes
“Maddison look,no that’s…what we have..” he held her hands and stared at her “What we have you and I is special and unique,but I’m losing my family because of this.. because of us so..”
“Leave!” she sniffed in her tears “Leave Maxwell!” she looked away
He sighed and got up and dressed up.She got up and wore her robe and walked up to him
“You know one thing I promise,is that if you walk out of here without changing your mind ,I will never let you see your child!” she spat out
“What do you mean child?” he turned to her “Wait.. you’re preg.. you’re pregnant?!”
“Of course I’m pregnant,i was bound to get pregnant because you didn’t even care about anything when you planted your seed inside of me!”
“i ..I need to go” he took his jacket and left in a rush
“Maxwell! Come back here! Arghhh!” she screamed and scattered her hair “You will pay for using me! You will!” she paced around the room like a mad woman

Sofie opened the door and came face to face with Catherine and she rolled her eyes and closed it back but Catherine held the door before she could close it
“Sofie please hear me out” Catherine pleaded
“Fine,five minutes” she opened the door wide for her and went to sit down
Catherine followed suit and sat opposite to her
“I’m sorry for the way I acted and chasing you out” she mumbled playing and staring at her fingers like they’re the most interesting things in the world
“And? Why did you do that in the first place?” she arched her brow
“I ..I was stressed out..and anxious because of tomorrow” She lied smoothly “And…I didn’t…”
“I’m your best friend for heaven’s sake! You could’ve talked to me instead of biting my head off and shutting me out!” She snapped
“I know I know…please forgive me I didn’t know what I was thinking” Her voice cracked
“Hey it’s okay..I understand” she got up and went to sit next to her and pulled her in for a bone crushing hug “You can talk to me about anything remember? And I’ll always be there for you”
“Thank you” she wept
“Now don’t cry,wipe your tears.Remember you have a Bachelorette party tonight and we don’t want a moody bride to be” Sofie wiped her tears
“Okay” she smiled and fanned herself “i’m not crying”
“Great! Now let’s check if everything is in order for tonight and tomorrow of course.Let’s start with the wedding planner then the girls,also the guests for tonight…”
Catherine watched adoringly as her best friends spoke and thought about how lucky she is to have such a friend but she felt like beating herself up for lying to her best friend and not telling her about the sin she committed

TAYLOR MANSION
Millicent,Both Anderson and Xavier’s younger sister sighed sadly as she stared at the pregnancy test in her hands showing negative results
“God! What have I done to deserve this!” she wept
Millicent and Tyson,her husband have been trying to have a child for 2 years but with no luck
Everytime,her mother-in-law would remind her to give her son an heir to carry on with the Taylor legacy
She stood up and went downstairs but stopped when she heard a female giggling downstairs with Tyson
“Ohh Tyson you’re such a flirt!” the woman complimented and giggled
Millicent hurried downstairs and met them in a cosy position
“get out of my house” Millicent said sternly staring at the Bambino sitting comfortably on Tyson’s lap
“Leave us” he said pushed her off him
“I can’t believe this arghhh!” she squealed and left with her heels clicking loudly on the floor
“Tyson what was that!” Millicent shouted
He got up sluggishly and walked up to her
“I want a child! And you can’t give me one…a..and I will keep l.. looking for a good woman to bear me a child!” he said drunkenly
“I’m trying okay! But this…this is too much!” she wept and rushed outside
“leave! And don’t come back unless you’re pregnant with my child and hurry up we’re leaving tonight fo..for your dalkop brother’s wedding” he laughed “I’m such a good joker! Comedy gold” he laughed “Pregnant” he chuckled and staggered upstairs holding on to the wall

SECRET WAREHOUSE
A tall figure entered the basement in the secret warehouse and chains echoed as he closed the gates
A man was laid on the table and his hands and legs were tied.He breathed heavily yet slower and seemed like he can kick the bucket anytime because of how bloody and bruised he was
“Bizza Hosten” The tall figure stood before the man and he pleaded with his eyes
“P..Please I didn’t mean to do it” he pleaded
“You didn’t mean to do it yet you stole my goods Hosten! Who was your accomplice? Your boss? We both know you cannot do this alone and definitely without some orders and go-aheads” He leaned closer to the man laying on the table
“It was a wo..woman please I know nothing else! She threatened to..to kill my family and I did it please just let me go!” He sobbed like a little boy
“What’s her name Hosten?” He looked at Hosten with darken eyes
“I..I don’t know” he whispered
“All you can come up with is that it was a woman!? There are plenty of women out there Hosten!” He roared “Since you don’t value your life,Tiger! Get in here and kill this bastard” He took one glance at the poor weak mean and left
Hosten cried and pleased with all he can but the man paid deaf ears and his cries increased when a short man with scars got into the room with different torture tools
“Music to my ears” the man smirked as he heard Hosten’s screams while walking down the hall but he was disturbed by a well built man who blocked his way
“Boss,I thought you said we should let Hosten for you to handle” he spoke
“Nah Matthew, tomorrow is my dear brother’s wedding and I don’t want to get my hands dirty” he patted his back and they walked side by side
“Okay but why didn’t you want to attend his party tonight?”
“I’ve got a lot on my plate and two women to hunt for”
“Wh..What? Two?!” he asked totally perplexed and stop walking
“See you later!” Xavier chuckled and left him there to battle with his own thoughts

Music blaster loudly with women screaming and dancing to the beat and some cheering for the male strippers that were doing the work
The girls decided to have it at Catherine’s home and Aunty Becky had no problem with it and decided she will excuse the girls for the night but they should be up early getting ready for the big day once she gets back
Catherine squeezed herself out of the crowd and went outside where there was less noise to call Anderson and check on him
“Babe!” Anderson answered the call almost immediately
“hey! Just wanted to check up on you” she said and heard loud music and screams coming from his line “I guess you’re having fun”
“Yeah yeah! I just…”
“Ohh baby yes! Don’t keep me waiting” a feminine voice Mõ@ned in the background
“What was that? Are you…”
“No Baby that’s just Scott, he’s just messing with you..shut it man! I’m talking to my wife!”
Scott laughed in the background,he was Anderson’s best pal
“Ohh..well then I guess we’ll talk”
“I love you Cathy” he said with all the love he could muster
“I love you my dear husband” She blushed and hung up
Catherine took a deep breath and went back to the party praying and hoping for a better tomorrow filled with love, happiness and peace nothing to go wrong.
