Caleb walked into the lab inspecting the activities of the workers.
“Good morning sir”
“How was your night?”

“We’re still working on it but we hope for a positive result” A man on white lab coat said.
“Keep up with your good works” Caleb tapped his back before proceeding to other sections.
A lady ran to him with a tablet in her hands.
“Good morning sir” She greeted with an uneasiness in her voice.
“Is there a problem, you don’t look good” He said and she transfered the tablet to him.
“What’s the meaning of this?” He gave her a stern look.
“The company just lost some money worth over $80,000” She said to the shocking of caleb.
“How was this money removed and who did?” He asked inquisitively.
“All transfer credentials was traced to one account” She paused and Caleb gave her a go ahead look.
“Mrs Selena account”
Caleb’s mouth dropped open.
“WTF did you say? ” He raged angrily which attracted some workers to stare.
“I’m sorry sir” She apologized while fidgeting.
Caleb dashed out of the lab like a hare straight to Selena’s office. He pushed the door and banged on her table.
“Listen here Selena I want you to answer every bit of my questions without hesitation” He said breathing heavily.
“You just badged into my office Caleb and…”
He didn’t let her finish when he banged the table again.
“Shut it. Now tell me what did you use the company’s money worth over $80,000 to do?” He half yelled.
“So that’s the reason you badged into my office?” She sighed and made to stand but Caleb held her jaw staring into her eyes fiercely.
“Selena this company is not one of your accounts where you can withdraw money at any time. This money are meant to maintain the company. I’m sure you used the money to purchase your drugs right?” He grinned.
“Yes I did and what are you gonna do about it?” She snarled and he grabbed her tighter.
“I would spare this one last time but I promise the next time you use the company’s money for one of your useless drugs you wouldn’t believe what I’ll do” He let go of her and left the office.
Selena glared at him annoyingly, she pushed away all the files on her table and banged the table furiously.

Harrison was lost in thought while driving down to get some groceries from a supermarket when he sighted a lady running with her bag in her hands.
Two men were behind her running after her, but something looked so familiar about her. She ran passed his car and he caught a glimpse of her face.
“Doris? Who are those men and why are they after her?” He wondered halting his car. He came down and ran after them.
“Don’t worry Doris I’m coming to save you” He muttered increasing his steps.
Doris kept running till she tripped and fell violently on the floor. She sat on her buttocks moving herself backwards from the two criminals who were glaring at her.
“Who are you, what do you want from me. Leave me alone please” She pleaded in tears.
“We would have left you if you gave us the money but you refused so now we want another thing” The plumpy one said with a smirk on his face.
“I don’t have anything to give to you, my man is gonna come for you” She voiced boldly.
The two men held their knees laughing her to scorn.
“Your man really? This girl must be crazy” The thin man grinned showing his tobacco stained teeth.
“Don’t come close to me you donkeys” She warned till her back finally met the wall and they were standing in front of her.
“Are you done running?” The plumpy grinned holding her cheek tightly.
“Please stop you’re hurting me” She winced in pain.
The slim guy snatched her purse from her and collected the bundles of dollar notes.
“Sweet money” He smelt the money and let out a creepy laughter.
“Let’s mess with her” The plumpy said and started undressing himself.
“That’s the spirit” The slim guy nodded.
The plumpy guy was about touching Doris when he received a slap that sent stars into his view.
Doris looked up and saw Harrison, she couldn’t contain her happiness, she jumped on him excitedly.
“Baby you came thank you” She pecked his cheek.
He said noting, he pushed her behind himself and cracked his knuckles loudly. The plumpy guy who he slapped had a red face already.
“Her man really came” The slim guy said in a mockery tone.
Before they knew it Harrison already gave them a punch that led to bleeding.
“Baby please don’t engage in a fight with this notorious criminals let’s leave at once” She held his hand but he released himself.
“You wanna do this right, let’s go” The criminals said with a smirk.
The three engaged into a fight and Harrison beat them to a pulp that they weren’t able to get up from the floor.
“It’s ok babe you have given them enough beatings, let them be” She said with fear in her eyes.
“Are you afraid of this men, I’ll call the cops to arrest them” He brought out his phone.
“No no no no don’t call the cops please” She pleaded.
“Why are you so concerned about this criminals, they stole from you right then allow me call the cops so they can do their jobs”
“Harrison please let’s pretend like nothing happened, just don’t call the cops” She said.
“Ok then if you say so” He picked up her bag and money and gave it back to her.
“I’m leaving now” He said and turned to leave but she held his hand.
“Where do you want to go Harrison, I thought you came to rescue me why then are you leaving?”
“Doris I’m not in for your nagging session, I have some where important to go okay!” He half yelled but she still held him back.
“You’re going nowhere Harrison, why are you so unaffectionate, do you even love me the way I do or it’s Tina all on your mind” She asked staring deeply into his eyes.
“Doris like I said earlier I’m going somewhere important, take care of yourself” He released his hand from hers and left the scene.
“Why’s he always behaving like this, can’t he ever love me the way I do” She bit her lower lips as tears escaped from her eyes.
She looked at the two criminals growling on the floor, her heart got pricked with anger.
“You donkeys get up fools!” She yelled stepping on them. They both stood up shaking fearfully.
“An ordinary task I gave to you, just look at how he beat you both up like kids”
“We’re sorry ma’am” They both apologized.
“Now I want you to go after him and beat him to a pulp, make sure he goes unconscious get out” She ordered and the two criminals ran after Harrison.
