Brain lay down on his bed doing nothing, suddenly his phone started ringing he hiss when he saw it Carl
” What???” He asked rudely immediately he answered the call
” Arrogant brat, is that your greetings” Carl replied

” Geez, you are becoming more rude” Carl scoffed
” I’m ending this call right now since you don’t have anything to say”

Nelson apartment
Nelson sat on the chair in they’re small apartment his eyes glued on the table fill with alot of note books and text books
He heard a nock on the door and raised his head looking at the door wondering who could be
It’s too early for his mother to come back and she does not nock before entering the house, they don’t even know anyone around there area, and his mom doesn’t make friends either
He reluctantly stood up and went to the door, he was shocked when he opened the door and saw Gabby standing with a bag hanged on her shoulder
” What are you doing here” he asked looking at her
” Is that even a question, this is my friend’s house, must i have something to do here before coming” Gabby asked
” No, no, no, is not like that is just that, I’m kind of surprised you know” Nelson replied awkwardly
” Aren’t you happy to see me here? ”
” Of course I’m happy, come in please” he stepped aside giving her way to enter
” What’s that in the bag” Nelson asked, he closed the door and followed her behind
“It’s veggies, some frozen chicken and shrimps, i branch at the grocery store to get them”
” To do what with them” he asked
” To Cook for you of course”
” huh, You shouldn’t have spent your money buying those things” he said
“Shhhh, it’s nothing i will do more because we are friends, now sit and wait for this sweet delicious meal I’m going to prepare for you” she wink
“You cook” he asked
“Yeah, i can cook very well” she replied
“Oh, let me show you the kitchen and maybe help you with anything” he said and tried going but she stopped him
” I no where the kitchen is and i like cooking alone, i will be back”
She kissed his cheek and went to the kitchen
” Weird” Nelson muttered and went back to continue doing his work
Gabby arranged the food on the small dinning table neatly when she was done making it
” You finished so fast” Nelson said the moment he entered the dinning, he didn’t wait to be told before sitting down and start eating, he was actually hungry
“How does it test” Gabby asked curiously
” great but not like my mom” he said shoving more food in his mouth
“Are you now saying I’m a bad cooker” pouted her lips
” No, come on don’t feel bad, your food test yummy, aren’t you eating”
” No I’m not hungry” she replied and sat on a chair beside him
” But the food is plenty i won’t be able to finish it”
” Ok, i will eat small, i remain some food for your mom hope she likes it” Nelson nodded his head in response
Gabby smile and started eating but she wasn’t eating much, her full attention was on Nelson
