Lucifer open his eyes to see Leah about to hit his head, he grabbed her immediately and pinned her down
“Who has the upper hand now?” He asked and she laughed
“Baby doll, you’re doing well,” Leah said, he let go of her and she sat on the bed
“It’s strange, since when did you start sleeping for so long with a wet towel on your head?” Leah asked
Lucifer looked at the bowl beside the bed and also the towel then he looks at his bruises
“You didn’t do this?” He asked, and raise a brow
“Am not a doctor, I’m only an assassin and A mafia boss lady and the daughter of a……”
“Enough, a simple question and you’re drawing a dialogue,” He hissed and went into the bathroom
“How grumpy! I will come back later we have a mission this afternoon,” Leah shouted and left

“Natalie the mighty,” Lucas said from behind and carried her up in a bridal style
“Hey, put me down,” she shouted and hit his head
“Ouch, that hurts” Lucas pouted, and dropped her gently
“Good for you, if you dare carry me again I will show you why they call me Natalie the mighty in quangikwe,” Natalie rolled their eyes and Lucas laughed
“Care going to training with me?” Lucas asked gently

“Let’s go,” Natalie said and they left
Natalie and Lucas were about to cross the hall when a heavy plank falls from the top, she wasn’t looking
“Natalie watch out,” Lucas shouted and pulled her roughly making her head hit his chest
Someone kicked the plank and it falls to a corner, Lucas was still holding her tightly till she disengage from him
He looked at her and their eyes met, he took his time to observe her face and she was beautiful
“Get a room,” someone said walking away
Lucas blinked twice
“Lucy, Thanks,” Lucas shouted
She ignores him
“Hey,” Natalie ran after her
“Don’t follow me, don’t say I didn’t warn you,” Lucy muttered going where only she knows
“Thank you for saving my Life,” Natalie said
“Wh@tëver,” Lucy rolled their eyes and walked out
Natalie turned to Lucas who was already beside her
“She’s always like that, she hardly talks… She’s just the same as Gabriel,” Lucas said, she arched a brow
“Gabriel is a silencer just like her,” Lucas added
“Oh,”
“You look pretty,” Lucas said beaming
“I know,” she replied as they left, going to the training field

Gabriel went to the power room to see Summer, Molly, and Lilly
“Are you alright? You look like you didn’t get enough sleep last night,” Summer asked concerned
He ignored her
“Gabby you don’t have to be Mr stone all the time,” Lilly added

He went over and sat in the open space near Molly without saying anything
His mind was thinking of Leah, why can’t she love me? Why did I have to fall for her of all people? Why am I madly in love with her? Why can’t I stop loving her no matter how I try?” He thought silently
“We have a mission in two hours, everyone should prepare,” Logan walked into the place and say
“You’re not included,” he turns to Gabriel
“And why is that?” Gabriel asked, already on his feet
Logan scoffed
“You want a death wish huh!” Gabriel said and step closer
“You should get one,” Gabriel said and punch his face
Logan staggered back and brings out a small knife from his trouser, he attack Gabriel instantly
Gabriel ducked it, he kicked Gabriel hard and he staggered back, he fold his fist angrily and made punch Logan again but he dodge it and give him a catch in his arm
“Enough,” came Leah’s cold voice from the door
They stopped with their head down
“Summer take him to the clinic, Logan come with me, “Leah said going out
“Yes my Lady,” Logan replied and followed her, getting to the door he stared angrily at Gabriel before storming off
“Are you hurt? Lemme see,” Summer asked gently and hold his hand
A glare from Gabriel made her drop her hand And he stormed off
“Crushing on Gabriel can be hard,” Molly mumbled and Summer sat back in her position
“My innocent heart,” Summer muttered
“Lilly maybe you should help, you both are pretty close,” Molly added and Summer looked at her
“Guys don’t look at me that way, am close with Gabby yes but he won’t tell me about his relationship life, just keep trying,” Lilly said and received a signal in her laptop
“Marcus,” she muttered

TRAINING GROUND*
Lucas was still training with Natalie when a guard informed him about their mission
“I have to go and get dressed strawberry,” He said and cupped Natalie’s face
“Who is strawberry? Since when did I become a fruit?” Natalie pouted
“You’re a fruit don’t you know,” Lucas teased
“Silly,” Natalie muttered and he chuckled softly
“I will take you to a beautiful place when am back, okay?” Lucas said and kissed her gentle
Natalie’s eyes widen as she felt his lips on hers, he pulled away and looked at her face
“You’re pretty,” He added and crashed his lips on her again
