“What?!” Beauty asked maintaining an eye contact with Emerald
“I want my appreciation….right now!!!” Emerald replied still staring at Beauty who looked confuse
The remaining students too were staring and grinning from ear to ear waiting for what next would happen
“I always had this thought that Emerald wouldn’t stay forever without asking for an appreciation” Kaden clicked his mouth and then shook his head
“I bet he’s an alien because what is this?….his pride is out of this world and surprising it still fits in perfectly with his personality” Sugar mouthed and Kaden turned to her sharply
“What then do you have to say about me?”he asked, taking his face closer to hers
She used her finger to push his face away
You’re 0.0 close to Emerald” Pepper chipped in after taking her eyes off Daniel
Well, he was still talking to Camilla and it hurt her…..a lot.
“Will you say this if I’m your boyfriend?”Kaden turned to her
“I’m a child of the righteous one so, I stand for the truth….always” Pepper replied dragging the last word
Kaden hissed then turned his gaze back to Beauty
“You’re a coded psycho that’s why Daniel is yet to notice you” he mutter
Pepper shot him a glare but didn’t utter a word further…..silently, she snarled at him
Sugar couldn’t help in as much as she tried to take in the laughter
“Are you in your right state of mind?” Beauty asked, stretching her hands to check his pulse but Emerald slapped her hands off
“Hey!!! I saved your darn @$$ at the party and you can’t even come to show appreciation?” Emerald hissed
Beauty faced Dylan who has been quiet all the while
“We both saved you” Dylan replied drily
“Only I did it” Emerald replied
“But she came to both of us”Dylan said again
Beauty just sat looking confused than ever
“Both of you did what?” Beauty yell, staring at the both of them
“Helped you after you were drugged by Hil….?” Dylan paused before he could complete his statement
“Who? Hilda?”Beauty raised her brow but Emerald and Dylan remained silent instead
“I knew it….someone drugged me at the party” Beauty smiled
Looking up, her gaze met with that of Hilda who just walked into the class
Beauty stood up
“And where do you think you’re going without what I requested for?” Emerald raised his brow
“I’ll do that after I’m done with this” she smiled again
“Hey! You won’t…..” Emerald couldn’t complete his statement before Beauty walked out on him totally
Dylan sat already enjoying the show. He already knew what next was gonna happen
Beauty walked up to Hilda who was already seated
On the table there was a cup noodles and a bottle soda
Hilda raised her brow as she saw Beauty sitting beside her
“Why are you here?” She asked but instead of replying, Beauty took the noodles and soda
“To eat with you and…”she paused
“And then what?”Hilda asked nervously
Vanilla entered the class and when her gaze went to Hilda, she was surprised to see Beauty there too
“I know this kindness isn’t for nothing” she mutter, going to seat with her eyes not leaving Beauty
“Have the strength to fight because you gonna cry” Beauty smiled sweetly
Hilda moved away but instead, Beauty held her shoulder
“Not too fast. Wanted to let go of it but come to think of it, you made it worse by making me want to appreciate someone for saving my @$$ the day you drugged me” Beauty uttered, facing the noodles in front of her
“And so what?” Hilda asked trying to be strong. She was already shivering inside
“I h@të apologizing to people.”
“And so what? Who do you think you are? Because you’re the daughter of one of the old hag billionaires?” Hilda spat
“You’re doubling your punishment” Beauty said, more like a reminder
“What will you do?”
“This….” Beauty said and immediately a punch landed on Hilda’s cheek which sent her to the floor

Beauty say on top of Hilda giving her h.o.t slaps now and then and Hilda couldn’t help but keep on screaming
Camilla and Vanilla couldn’t even do anything as they stood transfixed at their spot
The students were laughing too

EVENING-7;45PM*HOSPITAL
Amour walked into the ward and immediately Ryan saw her, he stood up and without saying a word to her, he left
His eyes were swollen already because he has been crying. Apart from being the ladies man, he’s also an emotional type. He cries over any little thing
“Hey!” Amour said and Range slowly opened his eyes
“I..I thought you won’t come” he smile
“Cut that Sh|t off, it was as if I was forced” Amour replied
Silent ensued after that. Range looked away trying to hide the emotions in his eyes
Suddenly Amour’s phone rang and when she brought it out, it was Cora calling
“Hi sis”
“Amour where are you? I was Füçking worried and scared. Tell me and I’d come to pick….”
“I’m fine sis” Amour cuts in
“I won’t listen to….” Cora wanted to say but the phone was dragged away from her by Mr Sandor
“Amour!!!”came his voice
“Evening dad”
“Why ain’t you home yet?” Mr Sandor went straight to the point ignoring her greeting
“At the hospital” Amour replied calmly
“Hospital? Doing what? Did you fall ill? Did you forget to drink the tea? What happened to you” Mr Sandor asked at once
“Calm man. I never knew you cared about me and also it wasn’t me who was admitted” she replied and over the phone, she could hear Mr Sandor release a sigh of relief
“Then why are you there?” He asked and this time calmly
“I’m here because of someone. Bye” Amour said and hung up the call not wanted to answer more questions
Range faced her
“Won’t you be going home?”he asked
“Why did you pretend? Why did you act like the phobia was gone?” Amour questioned instead
“I was scared”
“Scared of what?”
“You won’t understand even though I explain to you. I’ve never felt loved and….”
“What about the love shown to you by your friends?”
“Please don’t go there. There’s a huge difference “ Range groaned
“This might be the last time I’ll be helping and I mean it so get over your phobia or you might end up being dead someday. I don’t give a Füçk anyway” Amour hissed and Range swallowed
“Amour i…..”Range wanted to say but paused when the door opened
Right in front of him was Mr Augustus, his father who has been away for close to a month
Range scoffed when his eyes landed on his father and he averted his gaze
“What are you doing here?”he asked
“I’m here to see my son. You’ve got a problem with that?” Mr Augustus asked going in fully. He stare at Amour, nod his head and turned his gaze back to Range
“Cut that Sh|t old man and play your games well…. I’m not your son. Go to Justin” Range replied coldly
Mr Augustus stare at him surprised but quickly replaced it with a smile
“You found out to quick”
“Doesn’t that justify why you’ve been away even before mom died? You’re not even getting better and besides….I should be expecting another sibling” Range said drily
“Range!!” Mr Augustus yell trying to control his anger which was already boiling
“Augustus!!” Range yelled back and Amour stare at him more surprisingly
He has never seen this side of him
“Don’t start playing a fatherly role right now. You abandoned me when i needed you the most….you were busy with a woman when I needed you so let that sink in”
“You’ve changed a lot. What am I saying? You’re changing everyday and I’m sorry you had this phobia just because of how I neglected you. This is my credit card in case you need something” Mr Augustus replied dropping two credit cards on the shelf before leaving the ward
Range hissed.
“Range….”
“I’m sorry you had to see this ugly side of me but I couldn’t control it” Range said calmly and Amour swallowed

A WEEK LATER*
All students returned back to their classes. They just had their last paper for the test. Well, the test started three days ago
“I wish Beauty is here…she’s a pain killer” Pepper groan as they walked to the class
“Even though she dealt with Hilda I feel sad that she’s the only one suffering the punishment. We can’t even help her just because the school management said so….it’s total nonsense” Amour said
Beauty is in a different classroom with Hilda taking their punishment for fighting which was going against the school rule. To top it all, a therapist was provided for them both
“How did you see the questions?” Sugar asked
“It was difficult as Füçk. I couldn’t even answer Five questions even though I read hard” Pepper complained
“Don’t lie. You didn’t read at all”Kaden chipped in
“Hey!”Pepper glare at him
“After all you ain’t the daughter of the righteous one because you also tell lies” Kaden said and walked away from them
“I think the answers were good”Amour said and Pepper turned sharply at her
Finally, they entered the classroom going to straight to their various seats
Pepper stare at Daniel and blushed slightly
“I guess the questions were easy for him” she mutter to her self and looked away
Instead Daniel walked up to her and sat beside her
“Mind if I sit here and talk to you?” He smiled and Pepper’s breath ceased
“Yes! Sure! And I’ll like to faint after you do that” Pepper released her breath and Daniel burst into a hysterical laughter
She giggled
Sugar quickly looked away
“Love is worse” Amour clicked and when she looked up, her gaze met with Dominic who waved at her. She looked up going to meet him
Now, Sugar was all alone
Camilla walked into the class afterwards and went to Vanilla who’s head was buried on a book
“Coming from?”
“To see Hilda” Camilla sat
“Hope you know the instructions. Going to see her is not permitted” Vanilla said
“You don’t tell me what to do sis” Camilla glared and she went mute
Moments later the electric bell rang which made the students go to the assembly
After they were all gathered, Mr Rodger walked in looking terrifying
His eyes was blood shot
Beside him were Mr Router who was nicknamed Mr Coldstone, Mrs feisty, Mrs hurricane and others
“I guess something bad happened” Amour whispered
“I guess too. Take a look at their faces” Sugar replied
“The test sheets have been stolen” Mr Rodger dropped the bombshell
👥 GASPS!!!
“Silence y’all” Mr Rodger barked and there was silence
One could see that he was greatly annoyed
Even the drop of a pin could be heard
“I am highly disappointed and guess what?….a search is ongoing” He said again and just as he turned to leave Mr Paul, a teacher walked to him with a bag on his hands
“We already found the thief” he announced and the students began to murmur
Mr Router stood
“Drag her in” Mr Paul ordered
“I didn’t steal and darn sheet” the voice continued and as the person was dragged out to a clearer view, the students gasp the more
Even Mr Router opened his mouth
