Rooney took out a broken glass from under his sleeve and made to hit her but someone decked him from behind grabbing Amour to himself
“Dominic?!!”Amour called hitting her chest slowly
Dominic smiled. He made her rest on the wall before going to meet Rooney, giving him a punch on his face
Rooney’s lip bursted and he ran away. Dominic ran to Amour who was already squatting
“Are you okay?”he asked her affectionately and she nod
He helped her get up and she couldn’t walk properly. She was panting heavily
“I’ll help you. You have a panic attack”he muttered patting her back which made her breath subside
“Thank you”Amour said avoiding his gaze
“I think I’ll have to help you to the classroom”
“I’m fine”Amour declined
“You’re not. You’re even leaping. I noticed it so don’t decline my offer”Dominic said while Amour kept mute
He held her as they both went to the class

LIBRARY***
“Woaaa!!! I never knew you were a better artist”Pepper giggled as she watched Daniel complete the drawing
“This drawing is perfect for the project. It’s a pass! Who won’t love drawings about nature?”Daniel winked and Pepper’s cheek turned red
“You don’t have to blush that much. I know I’m pretty”Daniel said again
She blushed harder
“I can’t help it”Pepper replied timidity
“I might be tempted to kiss you again if you do that”Daniel chuckle
Camilla walked in and her eyes caught Daniel and Pepper together. She frowned going to them
“Daniel!”camilla called getting their attention. Her squeezed face was obvious
“Ohh, Camilla” Daniel smiled at her and she scoffed
“You should be with me and not her”Camilla blurted and Pepper frowned
“What are you trying to say?”Daniel questioned calmly
“You should be with me not her!”Camilla muttered again
“Who said so?”Daniel frowned
“Isn’t it obvious? Must I announce it before you know that I’m in love with you?”Camila sniff
“Why must you choose her over me”Camilla asked facing Pepper who was just staring
“You like me, but I didn’t say that I like you”Daniel replied
“Why?!”
“Because I like her not you!”Daniel said. Pepper blushed while Camilla widened her eyes
“Y…you like her?”Camilla stuttered. Daniel nod
“Daniel!!!!!”Camilla grit
“I guess you should just stop and shouldn’t push things further”Daniel replied. He grabbed Pepper walking out of the library
Camilla staggered, holding a chair for support while tears began falling from her eyes

GARDEN*
“I haven’t even thought of anything for the project” Vanilla sighed
“Have you forgotten what I’m capable of doing? You should know me better since we were besties before”Ryan winked and she blushed
Two female students went to Ryan, sitting beside him which made Vanilla frown
“What are you two doing?” Vanilla glared referring to the two ladies
Ryan chuckled.
“We…..”one of them wanted to reply
“Get lost! He’s with me!”Vanilla glared and they both ran out
“You look cuter when you glare”Ryan chuckle
“Don’t mock me indirectly” Vanilla hissed looking away
“I’m serious”Ryan replied and she smiled
“I wonder why you were jealous. They’re just harmless ladies”he said again
“Hey!!!” Vanilla glared
“Phew! Sorry!”Ryan laughed
“Back to the project” Vanilla uttered changing the discussion

Dylan walked to Beauty who had her head buried on a book
“I see you’re getting worked up”he said and she looked up
Immediately their eyes met, she looked away biting her lip
“You’re avoiding my gaze”Dylan uttered with a hurtful look
“I’m not”
“You’re!”
“Fine. I am”Beauty admitted
“I just…..”
“We should forget about wh@tëver happened between us”Beauty cuts in
“How can I forget when I’m in love with you? Are you kidding me?”Dylan frowned
Beauty bit her lip again
“I won’t accept…”
“Don’t complete the statement. Let’s just focus on the project for now. We’ll discuss this later”Dylan said
Beauty took her lip in.
“Fine!!”
“I’d be busy now. Maybe we’ll have to do the project later. We’ll meet at the library after school”Dylan replied and left
“I expected this”Beauty groaned

“Kaden!!!”Sugar groan
“I know you have a dumb brain but don’t let it get at its peak now”Kaden said still focused on the book in front of him
“What!! Are you kidding??”Sugar yelled hitting his head
“Ouuuuu! Your hand is painful lady!”Kaden said rubbing his head
“I’m no longer interested in this project. Do it alone if you want a complete mark!”Sugar stood up and left
Kaden groaned frowning deeply.

HALL••
Rover walked in and met Astoria. She looked up and immediately her glance met with his, she smiled
“Hey!!”Astoria said
Rover smiled, now standing in front of her
“I think I got a better idea for the project” she said
“Ohh! Yea. About that. I wanted to say that I’m not interested in it so don’t get yourself worked up. I have a fish to catch” he winked at her, turned his back and began walking away leaving her astonished
“Wh…at the hell just happened?”She asked her self
“Catch fish?”Astoria muttered again which got her thinking

1HR AFTER SCHOOL DISMISSAL HOUR••
Hilda sighed rubbing her eyes. She has been working on the project together with Emerald
He didn’t even spare her a glance so what was the need of still being in school
She sighed again, now staring at him
“I can feel your eyes on me. It’s annoying cause it’s a huge distraction”Emerald said still focused on the small note book in front of him
It was already filled with things he jotted so he flipped to another page
“Must you jot all things down?”Hilda groaned
“I h@të missing one point and for the fact that you’re here with he makes me feel distracted”Emerald hissed
Hilda frowned. Her phone began to ring
“I’ll get going. My mom called”Hilda said. She hung her bag rushing out

3HRS AFTER DISMISSAL**
Beauty sat on the chair. She checked her watch again….it was already few minutes past seven and Dylan was yet to come
She sighed tapping her leg on the ground. A cool breeze brushed passed her which made her walk to the window
Her eyes widened
“I…it’s about to rain!”Beauty stuttered. She ran back to where she sat and began packing her things
The first thunder clasp which was accompanied by lightning was heard which made her flinch
Slowly she was getting scared
Beauty made to move but the power supply went off. She brought out her phone with shaky hands trying to turn on the torch light but it fell off her hand and immediately it began to ring
She was shaking.
The rain began to fall heavily outside which made her fall to the ground. She cuddled herself covering her ears

“Füçk!”Emerald cursed again after waiting patiently for the power supply to be back. He stood up, packed his things through the help of his phone torch
“It’s raining too!”he hissed, bringing out an umbrella from his bag. Well, he always take it with him in case of necessity
He hung his bag walking out of the library but stopped halfway when he heard the ringing of a phone
At first, he tried to ignore it thinking that it was forgotten by a student but curiosity got the best part of him
He trailed the voice. He pointed the light forward only to see someone curled with her head on her knee
From the way she was, he knew that she was scared
“Who are you??”he asked, walking slowly
“G…go….aa….aw..ay!”Beauty said and Emerald widened his eyes
“Miss fire!!”he gasp running to her
He got to her, hugging her to himself then he remembered the night beside the store… how she reacted to the rain
“Let me go!!!”Beauty yelled but Emerald hugged her the more
“Hey!! Look at me! It’s Emerald”Emerald replied still hugging her
“Emerald?”Beauty called and hugged him
“Emerald!!! You came!”she sobbed still hugging him
The door opened and Dylan ran in. He was drenched by the rain and a surprise look was on his face when he saw Emerald. He halt on his movement
Now the power supply was back.
Emerald didn’t utter a word. He just kept a straight face.
“Beauty?”Dylan ran to her
“Please, take me home!”Beauty uttered
Dylan made to touch her but Emerald hit his hands
“Right now, you have no right to touch her. She’s mine and I will take over from now”he muttered standing up while Dylan stared with a hardened fist
Emerald carried Beauty in a bridal style walking out of the library
