“ weird” she said and then suddenly begun smiling and blushing …..
Kiara slowly opened her eyes
“ where the hell I’m I?” she asked immediately getting off from the bed, when it done on her that she was in the school’s clinic,
The nurse suddenly walked in,
“ ohh ma’am you are”
“ how long have I being here” she cuts her off
“ ma’am…”
“ I asked a f*cking question, how long have I being here” she repeated in agitation
“ 4 hours ma’am” the nurse replied
“ four what..?” she trailed off, and stared at her gold wrist watch as her eyes widened
“ Sh|t, 7:25” she said and stared back at the nurse as she clutched on her collars
“ why the f*ck did you not wake me up”
“ ma’am you were unconscious and my job was to make sure to it that you were okay and out of danger” the nurse replied as kiara’s mind drifted back to the scenario that landed her in this Godforsaken place
She then glared at the nurse who was already frightened by her behavior, she let go off her collar, picked up her bag and was made to leave, she got the door knob but then halted and twirled back to her
“ who got me here” she asked
“ it was Mr jake” she replied
“ j..jake” she repeated in a mutter
“ he left immediately” the nurse added as she became muted
“ w..why would jake just leave me alone to myself after bringing me here” she thought for a while before finally turning the door knob and exited the room…
@ THE VIP ROOM, IN ORANGE HOSPITAL
That was the hospital joron had taken rehana to, he had arranged her to be put on a vip room, for her own convenience
“ hi” he said as her eyes slowly opened up,
Though she was having a blurry vision, but after some seconds, she was able to adjust to the ambiance,
“ j..joron” she muttered with a smile as he slowly rubbed her cheeks
“ I see you are doing well huh?” he asked as she nodded, and tried getting up from bed, and she do got up with less stress, as she sat upright
And thought for a while before getting off the duvet that covered her thighs, to her surprise, her knees were in a perfect condition as she gasped and looked up to joron, then back to her knees, they were as flawless and beautiful as they once were, no traces of any sort of injury
“ j..joron” she called as he replied with a smile
“ i..i thought I was injured some time ago, but then..”
“ yes but then the injury disappeared” he said with a smile as ana gasped with a bit of fear and anxiety,
“ I just don’t get, what is going on here” she said, as joron came over to her and sat a bit closer to her on the bed
“ here I got you your favorite” he said offering her some irish flowers, as her face lit up, she turned to him in a surprise as he smiled at her,
“ c’mon just have it” he urged her as she slowly got the flowers from his hands,
“ c’mon you could smell them if you want” he said as though reading her mind, as she shyly smelt a little of them, just the scent of them alone cooled down her nerves
“ how do you feel now?” he asked, as she turned to him
“ good” she said in a mutter
“ but then I can’t understand, why my injury healed up so fast” she said still confused on what might have happened while she was still unconscious
“ okay, fine I’m gonna tell you..” he said
FLASHBACK..
“ she is in the vip room, I want you to go over there now” joron said over the phone
“ b.. but how do I get in there, with all of the cctv cams, plus the receptionist..” joron cut off the voice from the other end
“ that’s why there’s a doctor outfit for you, clone yourself to be one and the cams wouldn’t get your facial looks, use the id as well to gain entrance, I’ll take care of the receptionist” he said and hung up
After some few minutes
“ sir, it is done”
“ good I hope you didn’t hurt her in anyway?” he asked
“ no sir, I didn’t, she was still unconscious and did everything slowly as not to disrupt her” the voice spoke from the other end
“ good, nice work make sure everything’s perfect as you leave” joron said behind the phone before hanging up…
END OF FLASHBACK
“ w..well you know I do study osteopathic right?” he asked as she nodded
“ and I do know the best therapy to heal up an injury” he said as rehana stared at him waiting for him to explain what he meant
“ what is it about?” she asked
“Shockwave therapy… that’s the name they call it” he said as rehana had wrinkles on her forehead
“ can you be more elaborative, how does that kind of therapy work?” she asked
“ it’s all part of the treatments and don’t ask me how okay?, cause I’m ain’t gonna tell you a thing” he said as rehana frowned
“ but that’s not fair” she said with a pout
“ ha, d@mn you look so cute when you frown” he said teasingly as rehana attempted to spank him, but then he dodged her and made to run off, while rehana chased him with a pillow,
They ran in circles, until joron slipped off and fell on the bed, and rehana without control came falling on him, as their eyes met each other, rehana’s dark eyes pierced into his, as he was lost staring at her,
He slowly traced up her hair lines, as he got rid of the strain of hairs over her face, he must admit that she was the only one in his heart, he had never come across such a beauty in his lifetime, and if her kind were the last, then he was gonna preserve her in his heart, hold her so tight that she wouldn’t be able to go away from him
Her long hairs hovered round his head, as they both stared at each other, joron was getting so much tempted to kiss her, as he slowly got his hands around her waist making her lean closer to him
Just then the door clicked opened as rehana immediately got off him
“ uhmm, I .. I’m sorry “ the female nurse who came in with some fruits for rehana made to go back
“ n.. no..no it’s fine, you can come in” rehana said bellowing her head out of embarrassment
The nurse slowly placed the fruits on the little table
“ ohh yeah, this were the fruits I do ordered right?” joron asked as the nurse nodded
“ good thank you..” joron said as the nurse nodded and turned back to leave..
“ rehana” joron called as she sat without turning, he slowly came closer to her
“ a..are you okay?” he asked as she nodded
“ i.m really sorry for..”
“ yeah I know it was a mistake” she cut him off immediately as he nodded
He brought forward the tray of fruits,
“ c’mon I think you should have some” he said, as she slowly raise her alluring eye balls to him, as he gestured her the fruits, she took on her favorite, an apple an begun munching on it
Joron also picked up the same apple
“ ahh d@mn this sure to be tasty” he said gesturing the pleasure he got from the taste of it,
As rehana ate quietly, they were some moments of silence before joron decided to break it
“ d.. do you still like him?” he asked as rehana turned to him in a snap
