CHAPTER 23
Mara woke up sweating profusely…. She was still in Xavier’s arms. They but consumables thier marriage and they slept in each other’s arms, while Mara had such terrible dream.
Xavier also woke up “What happened Mara? Did you have a terrible dream? He asked because he was baffled that Mara was sweating despite the AC.
Mara drank some water and explained her dream to him (Check Chapter 18-22)
“What did you mean? In that dream I married Rose? Over my dead body will I marry Rose and you marry Gordon Veriland?…..no that’s not happening, Aunt can’t do all that”He replied
Mara looked at him in the eye, “Xavier I am telling you, that your aunt had wicked soul, the reason I asked you to marry me yesterday was that, when Rose called me to follow her somewhere, we actually went to your aunt’s house” Mara confessed.
Xavier was surprised at the shocking revelation, his aunt threatened Mara to leave him from Gordon Veriland while he married Rose and take over the company? No that’s not happening.
“Mara…. But why will aunt want to head over our styles group? That company is my inheritance, if she told me that she wanted some shares I’ll gladly give it to her, I as actually planned to set up another branch for Our Styles Group and that she’ll head it so why is she doing all these?”Xavier asked her angrily.
“Now I know what to do, I am happy for this bad dream I know what to do now….. Good morning”She said and Made to leave the bed but he held her back….
“What’s it?
“Hey, that’s not how to say good morning to your husband, you dragged me to get married to you in an apron last night, shouldn’t you act like a proper wife now? He asked with his lips curved in a sly smile.
Mara looked at him suspiciously “That.. that last night I had actually made up my mind to comply with your aunt and Mary Gordon Veriland but we can break this marriage and have a proper marriage later” She said quickly.
Xavier smiled and pulled her towards his chest and kissed her directly on the lips and whispered against her hair…. “Good morning Mrs Mara Klein, we are married for now and we’re married forever, you’re my wife”
Mara gulped hard, she wanted to giggle really bad now, but she covered her face and made to run off to the bathroom, but he stopped her still… “Hey wifey, I don’t believe you’re still shy after your boldness last night and how you took over the bed last night or you have forgotten due to your dreams? He asked yet hotly again.
Mara was speechless, she tried her best and gave him a peck on the lips and run off downstairs so that she could go change in her room.
Unexpectedly Xavier go after her… “Why are you running away from your husband? You haven’t given me a proper good morning yet and I won’t let you off until you give me what I want” He said
Mara cringed and face him once, “hey Hubby you’re getting too clingy now, at least i should rest we… Did it yet last night”She stuttered.
Xavier smiled sweetly and cuddle her in his arms like a baby, “Wow, that’s cool I like it now that you call me Hubby but it’s more like you to call me by my name instead so where is my Good morning kiss? He asked pouting his lips.
Mara summoned all courage and pecked him playfully and tried to break from his grip but Xavier was obstinate….. No…. I want deep one”He pouted again.
“C’mon what has gotten into you all of a sudden? Didn’t you kiss me just now in the room?
“Yes I kissed you but you didn’t kiss me” he insisted.
“C’mon Xavier, we’re late for work, and I have some business with that aunt of yours, you can have as many as much kisses that you wanted”Mara argued but Xavier was persistent.
Mara summoned all the courage and kissed him, this time, deeply and passionately…. She wanted to pull away but he held her more tightly as they kissed…..
“It’s okay Xavier, we’re going to work”Mara said in between the kisses. But he rejected
“I am the boss Mara, who’ll ask me whether I come to work or not? And you’re now my wife, the President’s wife”He said and made her sit on his Laps on the sofa and kissed her more…
Mara is getting hot, he also noticed some certain pert of his body raising it’s head,….. This the kiss went on and on……
“Bro! There’s a new gosi….”Celine stopped immediately she saw the compromising position his brother and Mara was.
Xavier and Mara also stopped and looked at her simultaneously…… Celine let out a shout…. Mara also shouted.

” No! I don’t agree to this marriage! How will my brother get married in an apron? I have been dreaming of the dress I’ll wear to his wedding all these while and you’re tell me that you’re married? No I don’t approve of it” Celine argued adamantly.
Mara cleared her throat and replied “You can as well dream of your own wedding rather than your brother’s if you’re that jobless!”
Celine stood up furiously! “How dare you talk to your sister-in-law like that? You should respect me now that you married my brother!
Mara also stood up “Hey Sister-in-law I think you should get married and stop interfering in your brother’s Private life”
“How dare you, arrogant wife?
“Who the heck are you Bratty Sister-in-law?”

Mara was dressing up when she received a call from Angela to come over to Drunk Bar.
On getting there she met her friends in a tough meeting they’re really angry…
“What’s up with you all? Why are you suddenly frowning at me? Did anything happened again? She asked. Because her friends didn’t talk to her nor are they sharp like before.
But Lisa suddenly stood up and banged her had on the table.
“Hello, Mrs Klein, hope we didn’t disturb your beautiful sleep with Daddy? We’re looking forward to seeing a young Mara very soon” Lisa said in a mocking tone.
Mara was shocked
“Lisa since when do you start talking in parables?? I dont understand all these” Mara asked clearly confused and also pretentious.
“It’s not a lie that Love can make someone loose Strength and love can make someone gain strength; Since you moved in with him, that’s when I know something will happen and here is it” Dawn said and continued after facing both Charles and Mara, “You became week after living with Xavier and you, Since you fell in love with that Spoilt Rich kid you’ve been spitting nonsense” Dawn said to Charles and Mara
They both look at him with sharp eyes
“Just explain the situation and let’s know what to do i am not in for your scoldings” Mara replied…..
“Since you said we’re no longer useful that’s why we wanted to say goodbye to you” Angela said
“When did I say that? Why will I say so? You’re my buddies, we’re inseparable”
“Then why did you get married without telling us about it? Lisa suddenly shouted.
“You can’t tell, since her husband is rich, her wedding will be jam-packed with Rich people so how did you expect her to invite poor people like us? Charles asked again
Mara erupted in laughter “So this is what you’re all talking about? You scared me I thought it’s something big, actually it happened that way, we only get married within ourselves and there’s a situation”
“What situation?
Mara suddenly remembered something”How did you people know about this?
They all faced Charles “All thanks to our friend that’s dating a Rich kid”
Then Mara explained everything that happened to them from the beginning”
