CHAPTER FOURTEEN: HIS TOUCH
Watching her, I notice how she
refuse taking another step after what I said, I
still have no idea how she feels about me, will
she turn pale if I go over board?
My gaze lower to the top of her Brë@št, I stare at
them, if I touch them, or better yet grab them,
will she step further away from me? ” Don’t be
ridiculous” she finally reply, making our eyes
meet ” I will change in the bathroom” I stare at
her, she is no longer blushing, infact, it feels like
she knew exactly what I was thinking.
” Lacey ”
” Please don’t ” she shut me down, even before I
could do anything, when am I going to get her
on my bed, isn’t this too slow or rather, I might
be moving to fast, she just started accepting the
fact she will stay here, I should calm down.
But then my body is reacting in a whole
different way, my palm itching to touch her, my
lips suddenly dry for hers, ÇOçk aching, one
could say am getting a fever with how hot my
body is becoming.
She step out of the bathroom with a night dress,
a white transparent nightdress, she must not
know what that is but it’s not helping ” Arthur?”
She hurry over, place her palm on my forehead ”

I smile ” it appears so ” my first thought was to

that she is putting on pink underwear, is it

” I will get some water ” my eyes widen at that,
she can’t step out like this, others might see…for

stop her from going.

forehead once more ” it seem like you’re getting
worse, you were fine earlier ” I look at how

” I don’t think so ” I drag in my cigarette in the
process of her pouting her lips. but that only
made her pull it out of my mouth ” lacey?” I call.
” You shouldn’t smoke, it’s not good for your
health ” she stood up, move towards the
window, throw it away, I watch her, she is
definitely acting strange, is she trying to
withstand me? Lacey turn around and look at
me, hands folded ” what is it that you want?”
” I forgot ” I didn’t avert my gaze from her, not
one bit, studying her I grin a little ” am hot, will
you be okay if I take off my shirt?” Her face heat
up at that, I stood up and look at her ” no right ” I
tease her, and she blushes.
” If you have nothing to do, why don’t you go to
your room ” she move closer, holding my hand,
stopping it from moving to my buttons, I had to
Lower my eyes to meet hers, why am I getting
all excited? ” Arthur ”
” I told you lacey ” placing my hand under her
jaw, I lift her face a little ” you have to keep my
hands and mouth busy if you want me to stop
smoking ” her face hot even more red at this
point.
” H….h…h…ho…..how?” She stammered and just
that, just that made my hope rise to seventy
percentage.
” Lacey ” I had to swallow, what’s this feeling of
nervousness, I have never felt it towards any
woman before, am scared I might break her
even further, I feel like permission is needed to
even touch her hair or else she might break ” let
me massage you ” she step back at my words ”

” And your mouth?” She ask without looking at
me. Her face turns redder.
” I will kiss the back of your neck ” silence engulf
us, none of us said anything else, I just watch
her move towards the bed and lay on her

you to take off your clothes lacey ”
She lift her head and look at me ” why?”
” Calm down ” I lift my hand ” you can use the
sheet to cover your waist downward, I just need
your back bare”
” Then turn around ”
” Yes ma” doing as she said, I felt so excited,
just like a teenager learning about Brë@št for the
first time, if someone were to see me like this,
they will wonder what have come over me.
” You can start” she mumble and I turn around,
and there she is, her bare back all to me….
moving close to the bed, I slowly touch her and
watch her body flinch slightly from that, I have
no idea how to massage someone, I just wanted

Moving my hands upwards to her neck, I press it
down a little to receive a gasp from her lips,
when I stare at her face she quickly turn it to the
left side of the bed, hiding those blush from me

I lean close and whisper ” you’re beautiful ” I
climb over her body and place my both hands
on her back, begin to massage and each time I
lower my hands to her waist, I drag down the
sheet a little, seeing a glimpse of her underwear,

at that moment my phone began to ring, I let go
of her, getting off the bed, pulling my phone out
of my pocket, I stare at the caller, lacey father?

I look back at lacey, who have use the whole
blanket to cover her body, not even her head it
out….. running my hands through my hair, I
exhale ” good night lacey ” I move close and
drag just the top down, I stare at her flush face ”
sorry if I went overboard” she said nothing, her
gaze not even meeting mine, I lean close and
kiss her forehead before leaving her room.
Walking back into my room, I call him right back
while grabbing another cigarette in the process ,
putting it in my lips I light it up ” what do you
want?” I groan when he pick up the call.
” I want my daughter back, let me buy her ”
” Hmmm”
” I can not lose another child of mine, how
horrible of a father can I be? I can’t do that to
my child anymore ” he sound hurt, weak and
sad ” I need her back ”
” Mr William”
” Please ”
” Fine then ” I pull out the cigarette and blow out
the smoke ” I will need thirty trillion dollars” he
said nothing and I smile, it’s impossible for him
to get that amount” call me when you have it ”
and with that I cut the call, throwing my phone
on the bed and leaning on my window.
“Lacey”I mumble, her name rolling out of my
tongue easily ” I want you so badly ” I don’t think
I can survive if I don’t have her, I want to get
buried in her, I want to hear her Mõ@ns.
I want her.
Lacey couldn’t move from
the bed, my hands move to my lips, I couldn’t
believe our lips touch like that, he touch me in
such an inappropriate way but I liked it, maybe
it’s just my hormones?
How am I supposed to face him tomorrow? I
