“Zara” Kadence shake with her whole b©dy shaking. She was shocked, confused, traumatized. How the hell did her sister become a vampire?!
Zara coughed out blood and it spilled on her red cloak. The knife Khalil used to stab her was a poisonous one.
She fell on Kadence’s l@p breathing faintly.
“Kadence…baby sis” Zara said and cu-mpped her cheek while smiling.
“Why?” That was all what was able of leaving Kadence’sl-ips. Her tears dropped on Zara’s b©dy.
“Because…because I love you. I’m sorry Kadence, I turned to a monster because of my jealousy towards, my blind hatred towards you. That envy and jealousy made me not to see the reality not until Liam helped me…” Zara said and coughed.
“Liam knows?” Kadence asked and zara nodded.
“Be with him, stay by his side…you two are meant and destined to be together. I’m happy, I’m happy that I used my vampire powers for something good” Zara said and smiled faintly, blood still oozing from her wound and tainting Kadence’s dress.
Khalil stood confused by what was happening. So it was Zara the one that betrayed him.. He smiled.
“I told you that if you betray me I’ll be the one to kill you right” He thought and dropped the knife. The knife was to be used only once…
“Tell mom that I love her so much and I love you too so much, I was just to dumb to realize it. Till we meet again” Zara said and closed her eyes. Her hands dropped from Kadence’s cheek.
“Zara, no!!!!!!!” She screamed and shook her in tears.
This can’t be?! They haven’t yet done all what they were supposed to do as sisters. They haven’t gotten married, they haven’t yet made their mother proud of them…She can’t leave her just like that!!!
Zara’s b©dy slowly disintegrated into ashes and flew upwards. The wind blew on them disheveling Kadence’s hair.
She hvgged her b©dy and cried bitterly…
Khalil stood there while laughing. Suddenly someone caught his n£¢k, taking him by surprise. He turned to see Liam with a murderous look on his face.
“Look what you did, you made my Kitty cry” Liam said in anger.
A fight suddenly begun between them.
Kadence knelt down, crying bitterly while a deadly fight was occurring around her. It was all their fault, because of these st*pid vampire she lost her sister and Khalil…
“Khalil!!!!!!” She screamed in pure rage. The ground suddenly began trembling.
She slowly stood up with her hair covering her face. By that time Reina was launching at her with a smile on her face.
Before she could even t©uçh Kadence, Kadence caught her n£¢k and ti-ght£ñed her grip on it. Reina tried to free herself but to her greatest surprise she couldn’t. A human was overpowering.
Kadence lifted up her head and what she stared into scared the daylight out of her. Kadence’s eyes were pitch white and shining too…
“Mari…”
Before she could even finish her statement Kadence dug her hands into her che-st with so much pressure that it sank right into her heart. She r!pp£dher heart ap@rt.
Reina g@sped still staring at Kadence till she fell on the floor and died. Liam and Khalil st©pped fighting, they were both staring at the…new state of Kadence.
“Khalil re-ad myl-ips, I’ll be the one to kill you. I’ll kill you the same way you killed my sister. Mark myl-ips” Kadence said, approaching dangerously towards him.
The atmospheric weather alre-ady changed. It bec@m£ dull and gloomy with thun-der striking here and there…
Kadence took another step and held her che-st. She placed her hands on herl-ips and coughed. Looking at her hand, she was surprised to see blood in it…
Kadence continued coughing really ha-rd spitting out blood. What was happening to her? Something rang in her head and she g@sped.
“Tomorrow is my birthday” She muttered.
Liam rushed to her side. Khalil looked at her one last time and turned his back on them.
“Everyb©dy retreat” Khalil said and looked one last time at Reina’s b©dy before leaving.
Liam sat on the floor and made Liam l@yon his l@ps. He couldn’t un-derstand what was happening. She just kept coughing blood and that scared him really bad.
“Liam…tomorrow is my birthday” Kadence managed to say, her eyes were alre-ady back to normal.
Liam froze, that means that…no he couldn’t allow her to leave him alone in this world. This war made him not to realize it…
“No Kitty, I’ll find a way to save you” Liam while said trembling alre-ady.
“Let’s get her inside” Kaitlyn bent beside him. Tomorrow was her birthday and coronation day but we really doesn’t want to think about it.
Liam looked at her and nodded. He scooped Kadence in his arms and stood up. Kaitlyn led the way inside while he followed behind.
The supernatural were all tired, some were mourning their lost ones who died in the battle.
Jody helped the school and mind controlled the humans, erasing everything that happened today from their mind.
A special holding were granted to the human so that they could leave the school for the mean time. The school wasn’t longer safe for the human.

Liam held Kadence’s hand while she la-id on one of the be-d in the school. Right now, he was crying internally but kept a calm face for Kadence.
“Why is this bad luck shinning only in my family. My sister just died, now I’m the next in line. Who’ll take care of my mother” Kadence said weakly, letting her tears roll.
“Don’t say that. You’ll survive” Liam said and k!$$£d her hand.
Meanwhile outside the room, Emma was crying her eyes out. She couldn’t believe that her best friend had this cruel fate imposed on her…
“Calm down Emma” Sophia consoled her.
Ivan stood afar while looking at her. He turned and walked away, he just doesn’t like seeing her cry…

Diamond High, 11:53pm**
“Your go-wn is so beautiful princess” The designer said while his workers were helping Kaitlyn wear her dress.
The palace was being decorated for tomorrow and the banquet was being set. Althrou-gh, Kaitlyn was really stressed out. If their kind finds out that she isn’t royal, she can imagine the chaos that will happen?
Martha stood from afar, watching her too. She really doesn’t know what will happen tomorrow but she hopes that it will turn out to be good.
The time was slowly flying by. Emma eventually fell asleep due to excess crying. The other were busy guarding the school and Liam stayed beside Kadence. That’s what she asked as her last wish…
The time was slowly ticking to midnight. If one saw Kadence’s b©dy, one could have cried.
Her once shinning b©dy looked so pale, her once sparkly brown eyes were so dull, herl-ips were dry and cracked.
Liam couldn’t control himself anymore, he let his tears flow. At this point of time, he realized that he was useless…
He secretly has been searching for something to cure Kadence’s illness but none was found. The only thing he can do was stay by her side…
“Don’t cry plea-se…” Kadence said and cu-mpped his cheek.
“I hope you find someone who’ll love you as much as I do. I’ll be watching you from above. I love you de-eply and dearly and no one can ever replace you in my heart” Kadence said weakly.
“I love you too Kitty, no one will ever replace you in my heart” Liam said in tears.
He leaned closer and then pressed hisl-ips on hers. The clock ticked loudly, signalling them that it was midnight… another day… Kadence’s birthday
“I love you” Kadence said and closed her eyes falling into an eternal sleep…
“Happy birthday Kadence” Liam hvgged her, crying in her shoulders. Nothing can lift up this burden. He felt like a million torns were stabbe-d in his heart.
“Kitty…” He said and k!$$£d her forehead in tears…

“Liam…it’s okay we nee-d to keep her in the coffin” A teacher said.
Liam k!$$£d her head and then la-id her back down. He looked at her face for long till he couldn’t take it longer, he vanished away…
He appeared at a cliff t©p and looked down at the sea, the wind blew on his hair disheveling it. Right now, he was the saddest man on earth.
He has thought of various ways to cure her but nothing was found. How will he transform her to a vampire when he’s a demon and beside if hr wanted to turn her to a demon it will involve a long and painful procedure.
“Sh|t! Thay hurts so bad!” Liam said as a drop of tear fell from his eyes and dropped in the sea…
He turned and went back. Upon getting there, he saw that Kadence was alre-ady placed inside a transparent coffin and her dress was changed to a white one.
Emma was sitting beside her coffin, she just couldn’t control her tears. de-ep down she was angry and broken…angry that Kadence never told her she had such a curse upon her but broken when she thinks she’ll never see Kadence’s smile again.
Liam stood from afar, watching them. Tears dropped from his eyes as he watched Kadence.
Memories they’ve made at the house kept resurfacing in his mind. Her hvgs, k!sses, smiles, laughter..he misses them all. Right now he just feel like dying too..
Sophia walked and hvgged Liam, ru-bbing his back. Her eyes were red and swollen it was obvious that she cried a lot too.
“It’ll be okay Liam.” Sophia said and f0rç£d a smile.
“Not it won’t” He whispered.
Connor went and helped Emma up….
“C’mon we gotta stay strong for Kadence. Let’s go and prepare for Kaitlyn’s coronation” Connor said and walked out with Emma.
“The L.O.M says that she’ll be buried tomorrow” Eric said walking in with a sad and heartbroken look on his face.
Liam turned and looked at him. If looks could kill, then Eric could have been buried by now. Eric simply looked down in guilt.
Liam turned and walked away…
“He’s really mad at you” Sophia said and Eric simply sighed.

Palace, 09:13am**
“We’re all gathered here for the coronation of our beloved princess. Today is sure going to be a grand day” The MC said.
The supernatural were all walking in the palace, dressed prettily and handsomely. They were just so happy for the coronation.
“Eric,my son!” Eric’s mother exclaimed and hvgged him.
“Mom, how are you doing?” Eric f0rç£d a smile on hisl-ips. He was dressed in a black suit, looking more handsome.
“I’m good” She pinched his cheek.
“Aunt…uncle” Lisa said and hvgged Eric’s father. Romeo stood behind watching them. They broke hvg and Lisa went to hold Romeo’s hand
“Aunt…uncle…meet Romeo, my b©yfri£nd” Lisa said and hvgged his arm.
“Omg…he’s so handsome” Eric’s mom said checking Romeo out.
“What of you Eric? Are you planning of becoming a bachelor?” Eric’s dad said.
Eric sighed and walked away before his parents will start teasing him.
Liam was standing at one corner, dressed in a simple dress yet he still gained a lot of attention especially from the ladies.
If it wasn’t for the fact that Kaitlyn is a friend of his, then he wouldn’t have come here.
While the guests were all arriving, Kaitlyn was in her room as they did her makeup. She was wearing the Queen’s dress, looking so pretty in it but yet worry marred her face.

“Where I’m I?” Kadence muttered in confusion.
Suddenly the lights c@m£ up and she saw around hundred of people lined up in front of her on both side.
A lady was sitting on a throne with her head down, she had long silvers hairs. The lady looked up at Kadence.
She stood up and slowly walked to her pas-sing the people who bowed at her. Her feet st©pped walking as she st©pped right infront of Kadence.
“My baby…” Tears gathered in her eyes.
Kadence stared dumbfounded at her. It looks like she’s seen her somewhere.
Her eyes wi-de-ned when she realized where she saw her. It was at the palace where a picture of her was placed on the wall. She was the queen of the supernatural, the goddess…
One thing doesn’t seem right, why is she calling her baby?
“Who are you?” Kadence muttered, looking at her.
She cu-mpped Kadence’s cheek, Kadence suddenly felt a warmness coming from them.
“You’ll un-derstand after this” She said and k!$$£d her forehead.
Images suddenly began flashing throu-gh her eyes. She could she a baby…a baby. She saw how the Queen exchanged the baby with Kaitlyn.
Martha took the baby and kept it at the door step of a house. A man opened the door and saw the baby, he took her in an raised her.
“I’ll name you Kadence” The man said.
The images st©pped and Kadence blinked back. So this is it? She’s that baby…
“You’re my…”
“Mother, yes I’m your mother. I’m sorry I abandoned you, it was to protect you. I’m so sorry Maribella” The Queen cried
“Maribella?” Kadence wondered and she nodded.
“Yes, that’s your name.” She sniffed.
Kadence spaced out completely. So she got swapped with Kaitlyn..Wait how did she got here?
“I had to seal your power from manifesting till you turn 19 because Rhys would have killed you if I didn’t. Thanks to your mate, he trained you to become a strong woman…a strong leader” The Queen held her hand.
“My mate?” Kadence kept asking questions. She was just dumbfounded.
“Yeah, Liam is your mate. You two are destined to be together, you are the only ones who can end this enmity between the two camps. You two are the ones to mend what was broken” The Queen said.
Kadence was even more than confused…
She looked at the Queen and hvgged her ti-ghtly.
“I forgive you mother, it isn’t your fault you had to do what you did in order to save me. I promise I’ll make you proud” Kadence smiled.
“Thank you Bella, I think it’s time for you to go” The Queen smiled. They broke the hvg and she k!$$£d her forehead again.
The light began emanating from Kadence b©dy. Her whole b©dy began glowing…
“Ahh!!!” She gro-an ed as her heart began aching really bad. It was so painful that she knelt down.
She looked up at the Queen who smiled at her.
“I’ll always be with you Maribella” She smiled.
“Ahh!!!!!”

Kadence’s eyes flew opened and immediately the glas-s coffin shattered into pieces.
She sat up and looked at herself, her b©dy began regaining it’s color going back to normal.
Something suddenly rang in her head…
“I have to get to that coronation” Kadence thought and stood up then rushed to the door. Unfortunately the door was locked.
She took one step behind and then lifted her hands to the door. It broke to pieces..
“Wow” She muttered, looking at her hands
Kadence then ran out of the room, luckily she was in the palace. She continued running, searching for the main hall… People were staring at her since she was ba-refooted but she didn’t care…

“The moment we’ve been long awaiting has finally come. The day our beloved princess kaitlyn will take the throne and save us from the malicious king Rhys” A priest said.
A guard walked in with the crown placed on a red cushion. He walked to the them and knelt down pres£nting the throne to the priest.
Kaitlyn was so stressed out that Eric couldn’t help but notice it…
“Princess Kaitlyn with the crown that I place on your head, I hand you our life, our future may you be wise just like your mother” The priest smiled and brou-ght the crown Kaitlyn’s head.
Kaitlyn stared at the crown with her heard beating fas-ter the more the crown gets closer to her head.
“No, I can’t” Kaitlyn looked down.
The crowd g@sped and began murmuring to themselves.
“I can’t accept the throne. I’m…I’m not the real princess” She muttered and the whole crowd g@sped in shock.
The door suddenly swung open and all the heads turned to the entrance. The crowd were all staring at the person who was standing there in disgust
“Look at her clothes…so cheap”
“Has she lost her mind? Coming to such an important occasion ba-refooted. She must be mentally deranged”
They were all ma-king comments except people of Diamond High. Their eyes won’t st©p bulging out in shock. Liam was the most shocked of them all….
“Kitty”
Kadence looked front, completely unfazed with the look she was receiving. She walked and reached where Kaitlyn was standing.
“I’m sorry Kat” She whispered to Kaitlyn who was looking at her like she’s the ghost.
She turned to the crowd and gave the bold look.
“Kaitlyn isn’t the princess…I am” She said loudly.
The crowd looked at her and began mocking her. How will a crowned princess look like that.
“Crowned princess you say?” A man stood and said.
Kadence looked at him with very fierce look. So much that he quietly sat down
“Silence!!” Kadence yelled and the crowd st©pped talking. There was a kind of aura emanating from her that invoke respect.
“Our kind is at the verge of extinction and all what you have to do is sit here opening your stinky fangs to mock? There’s really no difference between you and the demons and vampires you claim are cruel. Don’t you get it? What we nee-d in order to win is solidarity but I’m seeing none of it in each and every one of you here….that alone breaks my heart.” Kadence said lookin at each and everyone of them in the eyes.
“I don’t nee-d you to respect me or bow down to me. All i ask of you is to be united…united we stand, divided we fall” Kadence said.
Kaitlyn smiled, even if she’s not the princess at least she’s happy to have Kadence rule her for she’ll make a great leader more than she’ll ever be.
Kaitlyn took the crown from the priest and faced Kadence. She placed the crown on Kadence’s hair.
Her b©dy began glowing and her hair slowly changed to silver plus her dress changed too.
The crowd kept g@sping, so she wasn’t lying. Right now she looked so much like the former Queen.
“Ladies and gentlemen, your new queen. Queen Maribella” Kaitlyn said and was the first to cl@p.
The students of Diamond High began cl@pping followed by the rest. So Kadence was the princess all along and they never…
Kadence or should we say Maribella smiled and curtsied. The crowd all bowed in respect.
“I’m positive that together we’ll win this war” Kadence concluded.
“Kitty…” Liam smiled out tears
Kadence’s eyes locked with his hand she froze. She missed him so much, more than she could imagine.
“Baby!!” Kadence whispered and rushed downstairs then ran to him.
Liam stretched his arm and she ran to his embr@ce burrying her face in his che-st.
“You have no idea how much I missed you” Liam cleaned his tears
Kadence helped him cleaned them..
“I’m never leaving you again” Kadence smiled.
“Just k!ssme alre-ady” Liam whispered.
She chuckled and pressed herl-ips on his. The crowd cl@pped and cheered even more…
