He came across some confidential files on his table. He picked it up and check through it.

He muttered.

He place the files in a different place and continue his search. A strange painting on the wall caught his attention. He stares at it for while and walked to it.
He took the painting from the wall exposing a rectangular space with a locked safe inside.
“Liam will never stop surprising me”
He muttered and tried to unlock the safe.
It beeped red and refused to open.
He sighs and phone Ben.
“Can you come over to Liam’s office? I need you to unlock a safe”
“Sure.. boss
I will be there in ten minutes”
Ben replied.

Liam was placed in a strange dark room. Two built cops walked in with a dangerous look on their faces.
“Finally, we found his killer”
One of them said.
“Yeah, let’s move him to the detention room before boss arrives”
The other cop replied and stood Liam up. His hands and legs were chained with handcuffs.
Liam just kept quiet with his head down.
They stood him up and walk him out of the dark room.
Citizens already filled CPD trying to catch a glimpse of Liam. As he was brought out. Everyone shouted cursing at him.
Liam just look down as he walks in the hands of the two cops.
“Am surprised the city took his case serious”
“Yeah, they must really detest him”
The other cop replied.
Everyone outside began to throw Sh|t and dirt on Liam. Some threw eggs at him, cursing at him at the same time.
They stopped after he finally entered the detention room.
Detective stones and an old man dressed like someone in a soldier army.
He has strong face and mere looking at him, one would know and assume he takes nothing for granted cos of his serious hard face.
They sat him down opposite the man and det stones.
Liam looked up slowly. Det stones also looked at him pitifully.

Det stones said sadly.
“Can you excuse us now?”
The man beside det stones asked.

Det stones replied and stood up. He bow a little to the man in respect before walking out.

Ben walked into Liam’s office. Robert was sitting on Liam’s office chair, reminiscing and thinking how he was once sitting here controlling his hard earned company resources and not being managed by some else.

Robert sighs and stood up from the chair. “I need to unlock that safe right there, I know you can do that without any difficulty”

Ben smile and brought out a tiny touch and screw driver.
“What do you want to do with all this?
Are you trying to open a vault? It’s just a safe”

Ben said and walk to the safe on the wall.
Robert sighs and brought out his phone.
“I need to phone rose to know maybe Andrew William will be coming or not”
He said.

Ben suddenly said and opened the safe.
Robert looked up.

Robert said.
“Yeah… What do you mean Andrew William is coming?”
Ben asked.
Robert ignored his question and walk to the safe. He brought out the Asset transfer file.
He looked at Ben and Ben looked at him.
“The fake asset transfer file”
Ben said in surprise.
“This isn’t the fake one”
This is the real one,
My assets are now Liam’s properties”
