Chapter Twenty seven
A WEEK LATER
“Hello Louis”Peter greeted as he walked into the room the three of them shared at school.
“Hello”Louis returned as he layed on the comfy sofa taking a rest.
“Why the sad expression?”Peter asked again as he sat in one of their many chair.
“Nothing”Louis replied.
“What do you mean nothing? We just came back from the School trip. Shouldn’t you go to your girlfriend?”Peter asked and there was no answer from Louis.
“Don’t you miss her? It’s been a week since you left because of your mom visit while Rose stayed back at the camp to return with the rest of us. Shouldn’t you be the first one to welcome her?”Peter asked again and this time. His question brought Louis up.
“I should right! You also think the same thing but it just so turns out that my girlfriend doesn’t think that way. Look what she sent to me”Louis said as he gave Peter his phone.
“Don’t come to the entrance to welcome me back and try to ignore me if you see me at school. I don’t want people talking about us. I mean it Louis”
Peter read out the text and stared at Louis who looked a bit frustrated.
“Why would she ask me to do something like that?”Louis asked.
“It’s because she doesn’t want the students to find out about your relationship. There is a kind of rumour going around that any other girlfriend you have will have her hair pulled apart and beaten”Peter told him
“I didn’t ask them to do that for me”Louis yelled out.
“Well you have a lot of fans and they are very protective of you after what happened with Lilian they all have this notion about keeping you safe from other girls. Rose must have heard and that’s why she wants to keep it a secret. You don’t want her hair getting pulled out right?”Peter asked.
“I don’t but I miss her. It’s been a week since we’ve seen each other”Louis said as he put on a sad expression.
“Then you will just have to wait until you are out of school and instead of sulking. You should try to prepare something for her return”Peter said giving him a great idea.

Louis parked in front of the school entrance waiting for Rose to show up. Just like she want. He did as she said and that’s only because she asked him to not because he is scared of what the female students will do once they find out about him dating Rose.
He saw her walk out with some students and his face Lit up with a smile. After saying goodbye to them. She got into the car while he drove off.
“You shouldn’t have parked there? I thought I told you that I don’t want them to know about our relationship”She said to him.
“This is not the first time you will take a ride in my car”He returned as he kept on driving.
“But that’s when we weren’t dating and besides your chauffeur was always around . Why didn’t you bring him?”She asked and instead of replying he stopped the car.
“What’s wrong Louis?”She asked.
“Nothing. Just wanted to do this”Louis said as he moved towards her to claim her lips.
Rose pulled away to stare around. “people might see us” she said.
“I drove quite far from school. So don’t worry”Louis said as he claimed her lips again.
This time she relaxed in his arms while he ravage her lips. Never have he felt this way before Louis thought as he kept on kissing her. Not even with Lilian. Rose lips keeps on tempting him and he could hardly resist a sweet temptation.
“Have miss you like hell” he said as he kissed her eyes and nose before kissing her lips again and it wasn’t until the kiss began to grow hot that she pulled out of his arms.
“We better stop here or we might do something we might regret” Rose said huskily. He stared at her for a while before letting her go.
“I will stop here but I won’t be stopping next time and besides I won’t regret it”Louis said making her blush.
“Stop trying to seduce me and take me to work”She said to him.
“We aren’t going there”He said as he stared the car .
“Then where are we going?”
“On a date”
“But Louis! Have got to go to work. I don’t want others thinking that am being favoured the most”Rose said
“This is not favouring you. This is me wanting to take my girlfriend out for a date”Louis said
“We can pick another day and…..”
“If you keep resisting then I will have to stop this car and continue with my seduction”He said and that got her silent.
He stopped in front of the cinema and got out of it along with Rose.
“We can’t go out with our uniform. You should have let me change. What if someone recognise us?”Rose asked
“Let’s do this “He said as he moved towards her to unbutton her school jacket while he did the same with his leaving them both in their white shirt.
“Will this work?”Rose asked and he gave her a kiss before nodding his head in response.
“Is this where we will have our date?”Rose asked as she stared at the building.
“What’s wrong?”He asked in return.
“I really hope that you are not one of those guys who still believes in taking a girl to the movie for a date. It’s too old fashion”Rose said with real distaste and immediately Louis hid the movie ticket he bought.
“Am not. I only came here so we can try out that restaurant over there and…..”
“Instead of trying that restaurant out. Why don’t I take you somewhere else. You will really love it”She said smiling up at him and he had no choice but to accept .
“Do you call this having a date?”He asked as they queued on the road side.
“Queuing with my boyfriend on the busy street to get hamburgers have always been my wish and it’s happening today”She said excitedly and not wanting to ruin her excitement. Though he would have preferred if they ate hamburgers at a restaurant instead of queuing at a burger stand.
While she munched on the burgers he watched her. Loving the cuteness she displayed.
“It’s really yummy! Sure you don’t want some?”She asked.
“I don’t. Am still full as it is” he replied.
“Don’t tell me you are one of those rich kid who only eat from a well known restaurant and all that”She asked looking displeased. Louis would have replied with a yes but when he saw the angry look on her face he had to lied.
“Of course not. Am not like that”He replied as he took a bite from her burger “See!”He added as she gave him a smile.
“If you are done here . Why don’t we leave for…..”
“Wait a minute! I still have somewhere to take you”Rose said and before he could protest. She pulled him by his hand.
“Our next date will be here!”She said as they both stood in front of a game room.
“Are you sure?”Louis asked and she nodded excitedly and before he could protest. She pulled him in and for the next few hours. They tried all the games in the room. It was exhausting for Louis but he had to keep on going to make Rose wishes come true.
He was breathing heavily when they walked out of the gaming room.
“The next place we visit is a sauna”Rose said with a lot of energy.
“A sauna?”He asked and she nodded.
“It’s also one of my wish. Let’s go Louis”She said and he nodded and happily she hurried off while calling out to him to join her.
Rose stood at the sauna counter waiting for what she ordered to be delivered while she went through some of the pictures she took with Louis today.
With Louis doing all of her wish, it’s been the best day ever. She really hope nothing ruins this great day for her. She thought still going through her phone when she heard her name being called.
She looked up to see Sarah along with some of Royal high school students. During the trip she had made a lot of friends and that’s all due to her closeness with the Lord’s of the school.
“What a surprise Sarah! What are you doing here?”She asked.
“To relax just like you. Are you here with someone?”Sarah asked.
“No! Am not. I came alone”She lied not wanting them to know she is here with Louis. Their relationship is still a secret to everyone.
“Why don’t you join us”Sarah offered while the rest chorused the same thing.
“I don’t think so. I was just about to leave”She said as she quickly excused herself.
She got to Louis and was urging him to let them leave when she heard Sarah voice behind her. Immediately she let go of Louis hand.
“I thought you said you were alone”Sarah asked.
“And I am. I just met him by coincidence right?”She asked Louis who played along.
“Why don’t you join us Louis”Sarah invited but Louis refused giving an excuse that he had to leave too.
A while later Rose stood outside waiting for Louis to show up and when he finally did. He ignored her.
“Louis am sorry” She said as she went after him, knowing that he is angry.
“Sorry? I went to a burger stand with you knowing that it is a first time for me. I went to a game room and tried the dancing game with you when I don’t even know how to dance and also came to sauna which is also a first for me. I did all this just so you can fulfil your wish and also to make you happy and in exchange what do I get?”He asked looking angry.
“Am sorry Louis. I didnt know Sarah would be here and ….”
“You still don’t get why am angry. It’s not because of Sarah or anything. It’s because you choose to deny our relationship. What I want to do now is to tell everyone that you are mine but are you willing to do that?”He asked and when she didn’t give him a reply. He turned to leave only for Rose to hug him from behind.
“Am sorry. It’s just that am scared of what people will say when they find out. They accepted Lilian because she was someone of your class but am not” Rose said and he pulled out of her arms. Turning towards her.
“Our difference in social status doesn’t matter to me and I don’t care what other people think. I fell for you and if they are not happy about that then they can all go to hell”He said and she hugged him again.
“Am sorry for being a coward. From now on I won’t let other people words influence me”She said as she gazed up at him and he kissed her in return.
“So now why don’t we go and watch a movie?”Rose asked.
“But you said it’s all old fashion and…..”
“It’s all a lie. I just wanted to get my way first before letting you get yours”She said telling the truth.
A while later they got into the cinema and a while later the movie began.
“Why pick a horror movie Louis?” Rose asked as she shrank in her seat. Getting scared as the movie continued.
“To get you scared”He replied knowingly even as Rose moved close to him.
“I should have known”She said hitting him on his arm.
“And also to seduce you too” he said as he kissed her lips.
“What are you doing? People are watching”She said as she managed to pull away.
“They won’t see us and besides it’s all dark In here and it’s been a while since I kissed you” he said pouting gently.
Tempted by his cuteness she pulled him close. Kissing him and while the movie kept going. The two were only focused on tasting each other lips.
