Star boarded his car angrily closing the door with a bang
He punch the steering wheel angrily not minding the pain he felt on his hand
“How could he do that without my consent?.?
Be felt like going home but remembering how he disrespected his dad,he decided against it
“I guess I’ll stay with Ethan tonight” he muttered
He brought out his phone to call Ethan, just as he was about to dialed Ethan’s number,he saw Roselia’s number
“Should I just say Hi to her at her workplace” he thought and without thinking
He turns on his engine and drives out of the compound
Few minutes,he got to Roselia’s workplace
To his relief, they hadn’t closed yet.
He texted Roselia to meet him outside and a minute later, Roselia came out
He alighted from his car as he saw her
“Hey” Roselia smile walking to him
“Hi”he replied
“Its a surprise You came to see me” she said smiling
” I was just passing by so I decided to say hi to my friend” he replied
” Am your friend? She asked in surprise
” Aren’t you? He said
“No it’s not like that,I was just surprised how I became your friend in just a few days of knowing each other cos as I heard from the students, you don’t make friends easily” she replied
“You are right,I don’t make friends easily but I guess you are special” he said sincerely and Roselia smile wholeheartedly
Roselia did what he never expected, she hugged him
“Friends do hug right? She said and he smile before hugging her back
He was trying so hard to control his heartbeat from beating loudly, same goes to Roselia
Moment later they broke the hug and Star shock Roselia by kissing her on forehead
Roselia felt butterfly in her stomach as he kissed her forehead
“I should leave” he said
” Ok call me when you get home” she said and he nodded
“Bye” he said
” Bye” she replied and he entered his car
He wave at her for the last time before driving out

PATTERSON’S MANSION ??
Peace walk inside the living room and met her parents pacing around
Without saying anything to them, she turns to the stairs,it was then Mr and Mrs Patterson saw her
“Peace you are back? Are you okay? Mrs Patterson asked in concern
” Ignore me” she replied and climbed the stairs to her room
Getting to her room, she fell on her bed Immediately after ensuring that she had lock the door
Her mind drifted back to Roselia and Star, and she started crying
“Why her again?
” Am I not pretty as well??
“What is so special about her that am always losing those my heart beat for to her!! She screamed angrily in tears
“Princess is everything okay in there? Mrs Patterson asked in concern from outside
“Leave!! She shouted at them crying out loudly
“Princess we are sorry for getting you betrothed without your consent but we did this for your good”Mr Patterson said from outside
” Just leave” she muttered burying her head into the pillow and continue crying ignoring her parents who were still knocking on the door
