“What are you two blabbing about when there’s food on the table?” Sally rushed toward the table.
“Foodie” Cody called and Sally smiled.
She sat down at the table, immediately tucking into the food.
“What are you doing here?” Cody asked, staring at her but got no reply.
“Are you two just going to stand there staring at me, I will finish everything if you choose to do so” Sally said through a mouthful of macaroni.
“Of course not” Max sat down before he grabbed a fork and dug into the food.
“I must say, this is pretty good” Sally said, her mouth full and Max smiled with his attention focused on the food.
“I guess you’re going to eat before you tell me why you’re here, foodie” Cody said and Sally rolled her eyes.
“Of course!” She said,
“I’m starving! I can worry about telling you why I am here after I’ve eaten” Sally smiled and Cody sighs.
He watched them for a moment, then decided to go to his room even though he was hungry he didn’t feel like eating he was worried about his sister.
He headed inside his room, his mind racing with thoughts of Alex.
He brings out his phone and begins to scroll through tons of Alex’s pictures which were taken by the guards he ordered to watch over her.
A smile slowly forms on his lips.
“She really has the cutest smile in the world,” He said.
“A date with her might be fun,” Cody smiled.
“But also risky, I don’t wanna put my Alex in harm’s way” He muttered sadly and sat down on the bed.
“I can’t wait for things to go back to the way they use to be,”
“You smiling and me frowning with a cold and rude attitude”
Cody said then he suddenly remembered Linda’s message.
“I haven’t read it” He muttered, deciding to check it out.
It was a short message.
“I’ve been calling your number but you aren’t answering any of my calls so I chosen to text you instead guessing you’re busy anyway we need to talk it’s very important Cody”
“Important?” Cody muttered, raising his brows.
“What does she want to talk about? And why is it important?” Cody asked himself, rereading the message again.
“Something isn’t right with this message, she didn’t add any love emojis”
FEMALE DORMS.
LINDA & CELINE’S APARTMENT.
LINDA’S ROOM.
She was laying down on her bed staring at the screen of her phone, she was waiting for Cody to reply to her text but he didn’t she suddenly let out a sigh.
“It’s obvious he’s busy, but I’m worried,” She said out loud.
“It’s already been 12 hours since I heard from him”
“I really hope nothing happened to him” Linda thought when she suddenly heard a knock on her door.
“Linda, are you in there?” Celine called from the other side of the door.
“Yeah, I’m here,” Linda said, dropping her phone before getting up from her bed and walking over to the door.
She opened it, and Celine walked in.
Linda sat back on the bed and Celine sat down next to her.
“Ahem, I’ve been meaning to ask something cause it’s really bothering me and I can’t take it anymore” Celine said.
“Ever since we left your father’s mansion your attitude towards me has changed a lot,” She continued.
“You’re always snapping at me, and you’re not as talkative as you used to be, I just want to know what’s going on, because I’m worried about you”
Linda took a deep breath, knowing that she couldn’t say what’s currently on her mind.
“It’s…it’s just some family stuff,” Linda said, her voice faltering.
“I’m sorry if I’ve been a little distant since we got back, but I promise it’s nothing personal”
Celine looked at her friend, clearly not convinced by her answer.
But she didn’t push the issue, instead changing the subject.
“Have you eaten yet?” She asked.
“I made some pasta…..”
“I’m not hungry” Linda cut in.
“You haven’t eaten?” Celine asked, her brow furrowed in concern.
“You have to eat something! It’s not healthy to skip meals”
“I’m not hungry,” Linda repeated, more firmly this time.
“I’ll eat later, I promise”
Celine still looked worried, but she didn’t press the issue.
“Okay, if you say so,” She said.
“But please take care of yourself”
“I will,” Linda said.
She knew that Celine meant well, but she just wasn’t in the mood to eat.
“What do you want to do now?” Celine asked, trying to change the subject again.
“We could watch a movie, or play a game”
Linda shrugged.
“I’m not really in the mood to do anything,” She said, feeling a little hopeless.
“I just wanna sleep,” Linda said.
“Oh, I will leave then” Celine said standing up.
She headed towards the door and opened it, she was about to step out before she stopped and looked back at Linda.
“Hmm, Linda I was wondering if you could follow me to a friend’s sister place” Celine asked.
“A friend’s sister ‘s place?” Linda raised her brows in confusion.
“It’s actually Rudy’s sister place,”
“Rudy’s sister is she referring to Cody’s sister Alex” Linda thought.
“It has been so long since I last checked on her so I was wondering if we could go there together” Celine asked.
“I will think about it,” Linda said and Celine left the room.
Linda let out a heavy sigh of relief as she lay down back on her bed and picked up her phone.
There was already a text from Cody.
“Hey Linda” It read.
“I saw your missed calls and I’m really sorry for not picking, just like you guess I am super busy so wh@tëver you wanna talk about can we do it tomorrow, I ❤️ you”
Linda smiled as she read the text and the last park got her blushing really hard.
“He loves me,” She muttered.
“There’s no need for me to kill Celine, Cody love me”
“He love me”
CELINE’S ROOM.
She smiled jumping happily on her bed.
“Rudy is alive”
“He is alive”
“He is alive and he is here in this school with us”
“Everyone needs to know about this especially his sister, I’m going to tell her tomorrow she will be the first to know before our friends”
BOY’S DORMS.
CODY’S ROOM.
“That should do it, I think she is sad that’s why she wants to talk,” Cody said, dropping his phone after texting Linda.
He just took off his shirt when Sally came into his room.
“Wow! Those abs and six packs are magnificent” Sally said, staring at Cody with a smile on her face.
“Ahem! What are you doing here, Sally?” Cody asked, a little taken aback by her comment.
“Can I touch it?” Sally asked, rushing toward Cody but she slipped halfway through.
Falling on top of Cody with their lips on each other.
