Everywhere seems quiet for the two
Even the chairlift which seems to have been making moving sound under the cable became quiet
The night breeze was cool but it’s coolness isn’t having any effect on Stephanie

Logan realized himself and moved away, looking away also

“Ohhh, just maybe”she muttered and looked away
Her eyes spotted a weird movement and she gasped seeing an ermine
~Ermines are little wild animals mostly found in winter season. They’re rarely seen around tho cause they are shy animals.
They also camouflage so they won’t be seen or noticed~
“Ermine!”she screamed and fell her face on Logan’s chest
Logan sighed boringly
She slowly raised her head and the first thing that caught her eyes are his lips
She swallowed
“You wanna kiss me again,don’t you gay?”his bored tone made her jerk
“Sorry”she apologized and moved away
“We’ve gotten to the top”he said and pulled up the safety bar. He jumped down and she did too, using her poles to support her steps
“I really saw an ermine, believe me”she talked
Logan didn’t reply,he increased pace
“It was a mistake,I only pecked your lips then and now,I didn’t kiss you. Besides you say you’re bi so…”She stopped talking when he turned to face her
He removed the popsicle from his mouth and shoved it in her mouth
“I’m straight”he said and continued his walk
Stephanie stood there,frozen
What the heck is wrong with this twat of a guy?
She spotted the animal and she took to her heels, running past Logan
“Ermine!”she screamed
Logan stopped walking as he watched her display her cuteness
She disappeared from his sight before he realized he had stopped walking
His eyes spotted the ermine just before it camouflaged itself in the snow
He scoffed and walked away
Meanwhile,a shadow watched from a distance. After watching the scenes he needed to,he left

Stephanie came out of the bathroom,all clean
She just had her bath. She dresses herself in the bathroom. And that’s exactly what she just did
Logan’s lying in his bunk, reading a book
Wait,a book?
Stephanie gasped and rushed to him
“Hey!”she shouted
Logan ignored her and when she tried snatching it from him,he rolled down and stood up
Stephanie fell on the bed instead
“Lemme have my book!”she stood up
“Why did you use an action comic book cover,hmm?”he smirked
“It was a gift,I didn’t just buy it”she frowned
“Interesting. And how do you feel anytime you read the erotic part? you’re gay,innit?”he asked
“Gays read romance for straight”she rolled her eyes
“And should we practice what we’ve learnt from the book?”he raised the book higher
Stephanie gulped. She almost said ‘yes’

She frowned deeply and jumped to collect the book
Logan rolled his eyes and threw the book on her bunk before walking into the bathroom
“Twat”she bit her lower lip harshly and jumped on her bunk
•Next Day~Year one, General Class•
Stephanie sat among guys, almost getting choked of sitting
Like,they’re over hundred in a class and all are guys
Even the two lecturers standing at the front of the class are males
Well,what do one expect? This is College for guys anyway
Stephanie’s phone rang and she excused herself immediately
She got to the washroom and picked the call, seeing it’s Paige
“Hey Paige,what’s up?”she whispered
“Steph, guess what?!”Paige asked in the other line and started screaming happily
Stephanie removed the phone from her ear, waiting for Paige to scream for what’s called eternity
After exactly thirty seconds…
“I’m done”Paige said. Stephanie returned the phone to her ear
“I have no time for guesses”she rolled her eyes
“You’re sounding like a guy already”Paige grinned
“Shut it, Paige. I am a guy”she snapped
“You wish”Paige answered
“Anyway,my friend and I are visiting today. It ought to be friends,but Hazel’s staying behind cause she’s doing a group dance in class today. So it’s just me and Harper”Paige said
“Can’t wait to see you,ah swear.”Stephanie almost screamed
“Bluffing. Why don’t you visit?”Paige scoffed. Stephanie could imagine her rolling her eyes
“C’mon babe,I promise I’ll visit soon. Yunno,I’m still handling Stephan’s case”She pouted
“Any clue on Fire?”Paige asked
“No”She sighed
“Anyone suspecting you?”Paige asked further
“I think my roommate is. But I’m safe since it’s him,I know how to handle him”Stephanie said
“Ohh, your hot room…”Stephanie hung up immediately someone entered
He stared at her and she widened her eyes

“Sorry I barged in,Nature calls”he staggered to one of the toilets doors and Stephanie sighed in relief
He’s drunk
“They call me Ryan”he said from the toilet and she laughed, walking out

Evan stayed alone, sipping quietly from a bottle of vodka directly when his phone buzzed
He looked and smiled shortly when his eyes read ‘Little sister’ on the screen
He picked the phone and swiped the green button
“What’s up, little sis?”he smiled widely
“I’m missing you. And exactly why I hesitate before calling,you’re just a year older,stop calling me little”Harper’s voice sounded in the other line
“You’re little to me and I’m missing you too”he said
“I’m coming to see you”Harper blurted
Evan blinked. “what? No. Don’t…”
“Bye ‘big bro’”she drew the last two words and hung up
“füç?”he muffled and slapped the phone screen gently on the counter
“Sister’s problem?”Emmett walked to him and sitted beside him
“Yeah, Harper should never visit me. Everyone’s gonna know us both”Evan said
“Yeah, like last year when she visited. She was like ‘everyone you know my brother?He’s the hottest in this college.’ which isn’t even true”Emmett said and Evan punched him on the belly
He groaned playfully
“I’m hot. And yeah,she loves bragging about me a lot and it’s making me sick”Evan nodded
“That’s even why I love her the most. Just lemme date her so she’ll announce me too. ‘Hey everyone,this is EMT,my bae’”Emmett said in a girlish tone
“I love stuff like that”he said
“My sis is no go area”Evan warned
“But she’s pretty”he groaned
Evan scoffed and took another sip
“Still not drinking?”He asked
“Nah, drinking reminds me of him. How do you expect me to drink when same alcohol caused everything?”Emmett said and Evan pushed the bottle away, sighing
“I’m sorry, wouldn’t have said that. Wouldn’t have even kept on drinking when you walk up to me”he muttered
“I just hope he forgives me wherever he is. Heaven or hell”Emmett muttered
“It was a mistake, EMT.”Evan patted him
“I know but..we were close. He was my everything…and I chose to kill him”Emmett fell his head on Evan’s shoulder
“You got us…you got me”Evan patted him

“Paige, where the hell are you?”Stephanie complained searching for Paige with her eyes
She’s standing beside an ice cream stand
“Look behind you”Paige replied. Stephanie looked back to see Paige waving crazily from a distance
Stephanie got to her and they glared at each other
“Did you see a vision about me in your Queens college?”Stephanie scoffed
“Looks like you already grew wings”Paige sneered
They both rolled their eyes and burst into a funny laughter, hugging each other
“I missed you, baby”Stephanie hugged her tightly
“Steph, I thought you won’t come out.. maybe you’ll be with your mates,the guys”Paige pouted
“Dummy,I’ll never”Stephanie smiled and broke the hug
“I missed your smile,my love”Paige tapped her nose,they interlocked fingers and walked to find seat
They got to a table for two, ordered icecream.
Stephanie was helping Paige pull out a chair when Logan appeared from a distance
He’s been searching for his roommate for sometime now,and asking a first year student,he was told ‘he’ came here
Logan stood as he watched the girl feed his girl roommate
Okay,he knows they’re both girls. But then,was his roommate serious when she said she’s gay?
