(Our forbidden love)
“How could he toil with feelings this much and deceive me?” She cried, her face reddened and tears rolled down her cheeks.
She had never felt so hurt before but learning that the person she loved so dearly was only using her made her heart ache so terribly.
“It hurts.” Diane sobbed. “Weren’t his own powers enough for him? Why would he do this to me? Why do all of you keep playing with me?” Diane cried hard but this time, her voice was filled with anger.
Sweat rapidly filled her body and drops of it fell to the floor.
“From my parents to all of you. Why are you people always taking advantage of me? Is it because I’m weak?” She screamed and her eyes suddenly glowed.
She suddenly sprang up and used her powers on Amanda. Amanda tried defending herself but her back was slammed aggressively on the wall.
“Well, I’m not weak anymore…” it suddenly seemed like she had two voices.
She used her powers and began strangling Amanda from a distance.
Amanda panicked and tried chanting some words but none of them worked. She kept losing her breath, dying with each second that passed.
“It was you. You exposed my powers to Nate.” Diane growled, squeezed the life out of her.
Tears spilled from Amanda’s eyes, her victory had been cut so short.
Snap!
Her neck bones dislocated and she dropped dead on the floor.
The next person that entered was Chloe and when Diane turned to her. She instantly went out of control.
“And you too!” Diane yelled and grabbed Chloe’s neck with her powers.
Chloe put up a fight and tried using her powers to fight back but it seemed like a waste of time because none of them were affecting her.
“What are you?” Chloe choked.
“I’m your worst nightmare.” A sinister smile appeared on Diane’s lips and she began throwing her all over the class.
She used her powers to bang her around like she was a toy. The Diane she knew was temporarily gone.
“Argh!” Chloe groaned in pain as her spine got hit so hard on the floor, against the table and on the wall.
Diane broke her spinal cord before other students could rush into the classroom.
Without any questions, they started using their powers on Diane but with one force of air, pushed at them, they were thrown back, injured.
It felt her powers vanished and she dropped to her knees.
Her eyes came to normal and tears filled them.
All her life, she had been abused, tortured and broken by all those she expected to love her but that ends today.
She was done, forcing anyone to love her. She had to love herself.

Diane kept wandering around the kingdom, she didn’t want to see Nate.
She felt too hurt.
“Hey drama queen!”
Diane brought her steps to a halt and turned to see Lilith.
“Aren’t you Chase’s friend?” Diane asked, blinking at her.
“No, I don’t befriend losers.”She grinned darkly and launched an attack at Diane.
But before Diane could retaliate, Nate appeared in front of her and stretched his hand forward.
Lilith’s powers backfired but they didn’t meet her, she was able to dodge it.
“Nathaniel Ashton.” Lilith smirked . “This isn’t your fight, don’t get involved.”
“Any fight that involves woman is my fight.” Nate smiled sinisterly and attacked her.
She was quicker than he thought. She teleported away from each of his attacks and got closer to Diane who was standing behind him.
As she was about attack Diane, Nate grabbed his butterfly out of the way and they teleported.
“d@mn it!” Lilith cussed.
Nate suddenly appeared back but this time alone.
He snapped his fingers and Lilith laughed.
“Nathaniel, snapping fingers doesn’t work on me…” Lilith smirked.
“I thought as much.” Nate smirked back.

Ashton’s mansion.
Diane stayed there, waiting for Nate. It took an hour for him to return.
“That demon was a badåss bîtch.” Nate chuckled as he appeared in his room.
“Diane, are you okay?” He asked when she said nothing in return to his comment.
“Did you save my life just now, so you can kill me?” Diane asked without any tears in her eyes.
Nate heard what happened in the school, he didn’t believe it but now he understood the rumors.
“I am not going to kill, I’m never going to.” Nate said, his voice shaken with guilt.
He walked closer to her and cupped her cheeks in his palms. “I can’t justify what I wanted to do..”
“Of course you can’t!” She yanked his hand off her face. “Nate, I trusted you. I loved in the way that I could, only for me to find out…all the affection you showed was a lie.”
“Diane, I’m sorry… that was truly the plan but everything changed. I’m not that person person anymore.” Nate explained.
“Nate, I’m not angry at you and I don’t care about your person. I’m just disappointed because I never believed you can stoop so low…to destroy a girl’s life because of power… ” Diane’s couldn’t stop the tears that filled her eyes as she spoke.
“I’m going far away from you.”
“Please, don’t come after me.” She muttered and turned to leave but he used his powers to pull her to himself.
He wrapped his hands around her and whispered; “You can’t escape from me, Diane.”
“Because…because I love you.” It took him so long to put his feelings together and find out what he felt for her.
“Diane, I love you. Please don’t leave me. Forgive me…” Nate pleaded, his voice filled with despair.
“Diane…”
“I will never forgive you, Nate. Not in this life or the next.” She used her powers to jerk his hands from her body and push him backward.
She faced him with her eyes burning with h@të. She dragged off from her neck, the necklace he gifted her and threw at him.
“If you ever try finding me…I’m going to use every power that I have and I’m gonna kill you…” Diane snarled h@tëfully and disappeared.
